"Room: The room was incredibly comfortable and fully equipped with smart controls that were very responsive and convenient to use. The front desk provided two key cards right away, which was great because we could leave the heating and AC on to warm up the room while we were out eating. Coming back to a warm room was wonderful. There were also complimentary teas, coffee, a tea set, and a small table perfect for enjoying a cup of tea. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered lovely views outside, adding to the comfort.
Hot Spring Bath: The bath area was very spacious, and thankfully not crowded at this time. The large pool was incredibly comfortable, and the experience far exceeded our expectations.
Food: Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was also exceptional. I had a large hotpot container from the previous day that wouldn't fit in the microwave, and one of the staff members kindly heated it up for me in a pot. Their service attitude was incredibly friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast closes at 10 AM, and we came down late and finished eating around 10:30 AM, but they never rushed us. In the lobby, there were also complimentary snacks, teas, and coffee available all day, which was a fantastic perk.
Service: The service was consistently delivered with a smile. My manager, who happens to be from my hometown in Gansu, was incredibly thoughtful and even gave us a small souvenir. All the other staff members were professional and attentive too. It was a very pleasant experience overall."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Zangwang Square, making it super convenient to walk to Jiuzhaigou. Plus, there's a McDonald's right outside the hotel, so food options are incredibly easy. The two young men at the front desk when I checked in were really nice – very friendly with great smiles. When I was checking out, they even tucked a small tangerine into my bag as I was getting my luggage. It might seem like a small gesture, but it made me feel really warm and appreciated as a customer. Thumbs up for the service! 👍🏻"

"Although the hotel is located slightly away from the main Jiuzhaigou scenic areas, the staff more than make up for it with their exceptional service. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay.
The staff even offered to drive me to nearby places within a 5km radius of the hotel and assisted me with purchasing bus tickets (of course, I reimbursed them). They also created a WeChat group to facilitate communication during my stay, which made everything very convenient. On top of that, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade.
The only area for improvement would be the breakfast, as the variety was somewhat limited. That said, I have no real complaints at all. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful service provided by the hotel team."

I made a big mistake by spending too much on taxi to the hotel, but a huge shoutout to the receptionist today who recommended to buy a ticket near the hotel back to the railway station. "Overall: The room was spacious and very tidy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The bed was huge, and there were plenty of working power outlets in the room.
Facilities: The air conditioning was adjustable central AC, and the temperature was easy to control. We visited in winter, and the room was very warm. There was a projector in the room connected to the internet, so you could turn it on and play live streams directly, which was a great experience. The toilet was smart, so finally, no more cold seats in winter – pure bliss! However, I do have a minor point: when the auxiliary spotlights in the room and the small spotlights in the bathroom were all on, they would flicker. Also, the shower head holder in the bathroom was broken, so you had to hold it while showering, but this didn't affect the shower experience at all.
Service: When we first arrived, we didn't realize it was a walk-up building (no elevator), so the owner personally helped carry our luggage to the door. We chose this hotel, of course, because it's close to Jiuzhaigou, making it convenient to get there. The owner provides a dedicated shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou. As soon as you check in, they'll ask for your planned time to the scenic area the next day and arrange the pick-up/drop-off vehicle, which is punctual. Plus, after leaving the scenic area, you can just call the owner for a pickup, which is flexible and convenient – truly an unexpectedly great service, so thoughtful! It significantly enhanced our trip experience.

"The hotel room was excellent, and the food was great too. The staff were all very friendly. A special shout-out to the driver who took us to Jiuzhaigou. He helped us with our luggage in the evening and drove us to Jiuzhaigou in the morning, even giving us a rundown of the main attractions and suggested itinerary within the park. He was really wonderful. The lady with WeChat ID '7ian' was also very patient and addressed all my questions, she deserves praise. Plus, the room had a super large TV, I've never seen one this big in any other hotel – at least 100 inches!"

"This hotel was the best one I stayed at during my trip to Sichuan; I absolutely loved it. The lobby was very inviting, and the room was incredibly comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure. It's about a 15-minute walk from the hotel to the Jiuzhaigou entrance, which is super convenient. Plus, there are tons of restaurants around, so you never have to worry about meals. Most importantly, the coffee was delicious! I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit Jiuzhaigou."

Eeva_weiweiThis is a high-end, Tibetan-style guesthouse. Perched on the mountaintop, it boasts breathtaking views. Their service philosophy is incredibly forward-thinking, surpassing even many traditional five-star hotels.
We stayed in the 'Zhuangyuan' suite, which features two separate rooms – absolutely perfect for families.
Breakfast was spectacular, offering both delicious food and stunning scenery.
We learned to prepare traditional butter tea from a kind ******* staff member. Early one morning, a thoughtful young staff member accompanied us up the mountain to pick wild strawberries. And as we departed, another lovely young lady not only packed our wild strawberries with sugar but, knowing we were headed to Huanglong National Park, also thoughtfully provided us with oxygen canisters.
The complimentary travel photography session was also fantastic! Despite a sudden thunderstorm that necessitated a slight schedule change, they delivered perfect results – truly professional and patient!

All the staff I encountered were very friendly, greeted me proactively, and even helped me with my luggage (this was excellent… they pulled my suitcase all the way to the main entrance; otherwise, that cardio workout would have given me a headache for ages).
As a member, I also got 20% off dinner at the restaurant. The portions were quite generous, and the food tasted good—highly recommend.
I got a free room upgrade with fruit and nougat 🍬. They asked about my preferences for the stay, and since I wanted a view, they gave me an excellent room with a scenic view. The joys of the off-season!
The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. A special shout-out to the shower's very clear markings!! (No more getting scalded or frozen… My 'J' personality truly appreciates this).
As I was leaving, the front desk even gave me some qingke (highland barley) cakes, which were also delicious.

1118000****I didn't expect a guesthouse within a scenic area to offer such excellent service. I arrived early in the morning to drop off my luggage, and the young man (who seemed to be the owner's brother) immediately drove me to the entrance of the scenic spot – no fuss at all. In the evening, after exiting the scenic area, he even came to pick me up. Knowing I was exhausted from walking all day and didn't feel like going out to eat, he personally brought my takeout order right to my room. All in all, the service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Plus, the guesthouse facilities were very clean, and I loved the decor style. If I ever get the chance to visit Jiuzhaigou again, I'll definitely book this place.

MM18150****Location: It's right up a small slope opposite the 'Romance Park' (Qian Gu Qing), so the location is very convenient. The ambiance is cozy, highly recommended. Plus, the hotel offers free shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area in the morning, but I missed it due to timing, so I took a taxi for about 45 yuan. Coming back from the scenic area, there were too many people, so I had to share a ride. Remember not to share a ride right at the scenic area entrance as it's very expensive. If you walk a little further away, you can find shared rides for about half the price.
Service: The ladies (staff) were very enthusiastic, they came down to guide me and even helped with my luggage. It was so heartwarming! The breakfast was also very well made.
If you're only staying for one day and leaving, staying near the scenic area might be more convenient. But if you're staying for two nights, this area is definitely the one to choose. It's super convenient for both dining and catching shows in the evening.

MM769323****Our entire stay was an absolute delight! The hotel is a 15-minute drive from the gully entrance, and they offer a free shuttle service directly to the scenic area's main gate. Our room was spotless and odor-free, the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a truly peaceful night's sleep. The staff were all so warm and attentive, from check-in to check-out, they were efficient and thoughtful. The restaurant on the first floor also serves great food; the yak hotpot was particularly fresh and delicious. The value for money is simply unbeatable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! This stay exceeded all expectations. The hotel's cleanliness, down to every detail, was impeccable, especially the bathroom. For this price, it's far superior to anything you'd find closer to the gully entrance.

SSusuYANGA holiday should be about breaking free from the conventional, and I much prefer raw, authentic experiences. Staying here, all my worries instantly melted away, and both my body and mind reconnected with their true, original selves, allowing for a deeper focus on my inner peace.
My mornings weren't woken by an alarm clock or the din of city traffic, but by the gentle neighing of horses right outside my window. Stepping out, I was greeted by horses and wild rabbits, all coexisting peacefully without bothering anyone.
The staff's service was truly personalized and attentive, a refreshing change from the generic, 'by-the-book' service you often encounter. While everyone's needs and feelings are different, and a one-size-fits-all approach simply doesn't work, I personally had a fantastic experience. It truly depends on what you're looking for in a stay; for me, what I particularly cherished here was the immersive nature, the profound relaxation, and the sheer tranquility.

__WeChat256626****Let me just say, this hotel is incredibly clean and comfortable. It's truly a king-level experience for its price point; I rarely book such a perfect stay. First off, the hotel lobby is spacious and artistic, great for taking photos and checking in. It definitely has that star-hotel vibe. There's hot tea available in the lobby for chilly guests, perfect for a warming drink – all very health-conscious. Secondly, the rooms are super comfortable, with a warm yellow palette and a decor style similar to all-season hotels like Hanting, which is very pleasing to the eye. The main highlight is the underfloor heating. After visiting attractions, there's a car to pick us up and take us to the hotel. Before we even arrive, a staff member turns on the underfloor heating for you, so you step into a wonderfully warm room. From 7-10 PM, there are multiple hot tubs to choose from, with very high, bubbling water that's also extremely clean. The morning breakfast buffet has everything you could want, all freshly prepared. There's even a chef on hand to make rice noodles for you. It's rare to find such a perfect hotel – clean and affordable. It's absolutely the best choice for staying outside the scenic area. The service is warm and friendly; they even send you a travel guide in advance, which is incredibly thoughtful. I honestly didn't want to leave a review for fear of it getting too popular and me not being able to book it again, but it truly deserves my praise! 👍

AAnonymous UserThe pros: They contacted me in advance to tell me how to get there, the lobby is beautiful, and there's central heating, so it's warm as soon as you enter the room. The location is great, right by the Songcheng Scenic Area, with lots of restaurants nearby.
The cons: The room facilities are very basic. Some switches are not sensitive, and the soft furnishings have scuffs and haven't been maintained. The worst part is that water from the shower leaks out from under the door, making the bathroom floor all wet. The breakfast selection is also limited. They offer a shuttle service to the scenic area in the morning, but there's only one car, so you have to wait for round trips.
Overall, paying almost 500 yuan for this B&B isn't really worth it; it would be better to book a regular hotel instead.
