Perfect
RrosaxiezhenFacilities: I was completely surprised to find such a wonderful B&B in Jiuzhaigou. Even within the guesthouse, every facility, from the elevator to the lobby, from the private hot spring baths in the rooms to the smart toilets and toiletries, was truly exceptional. I was completely surprised by the quality of the B&B and was very satisfied.
Cleanliness: It was exceptionally clean. From the moment I entered the B&B, I felt like I was in a paradise. With so many B&Bs in Heye Village, it's no wonder that Basong Shijing has such a high rating.
Environment: Other B&Bs in the village are undergoing renovations and infrastructure work, which slightly affected the walk from Bonsai Beach to the B&B entrance. However, the B&B and the room itself were flawless. Most importantly, I was able to enjoy the rare tranquility of the early mornings and evenings within the valley, which was truly wonderful.
Service: This is what truly makes a B&B stand out. From setting up a dedicated service group two days in advance to proactively providing information about parking for self-drive vehicles (this is crucial during peak season), Ms. You picked us up at the parking lot on time. The owner enthusiastically explained the itinerary throughout, and especially since we were two elderly people, she proactively offered to upgrade our rooms without changing rooms. From the restaurant staff to the housekeepers, everyone was incredibly welcoming and sincere. On our last morning, knowing we'd leave the valley before 7:30, they pre-packaged a hot breakfast for us. The man who escorted us was also very considerate. Overall, this is a dedicated team, and they provided excellent service to our two elderly family members. This is a B&B that truly makes you want to return time and time again, just like the scenery of Jiuzhaigou.
The private hot springs are a must-try. The yak hot pot at the B&B is incredibly delicious, and the yak yogurt is even better. I'm still savoring it, hahaha.
One small suggestion: the mattress is indeed a bit soft. I'd love to see if they can improve it, considering the cost.
By the way, I haven't given a special like to the adorable little Bao (my irresistible smile) and the cold cat, hehe.

GGuest UserOn a business trip to Chengdu, I decided to take a spontaneous trip to Jiuzhaigou. I got off the high-speed train in a T-shirt and shorts and was absolutely freezing. After the hotel arranged a business car to pick me up, the owner personally drove me to buy clothes and a windbreaker. He even picked me up again after I finished eating and took me back to the hotel. This level of service was incredibly thoughtful! I'd love to go back again.

XXiangfengyiyangqulvxingThis is an excellent guesthouse, and the host is incredibly friendly. We were driving ourselves and realized we wouldn't reach Jiuzhaigou until after 9 PM. Not wanting to drive late at night, we decided to make this guesthouse in the county town our stopover. The guesthouse itself is very stylishly designed, the rooms are spacious, and it offers excellent value for money. A special mention must go to the lovely lady who prepared our breakfast – I'm not sure if she's the owner or an employee. Not only was her food delicious, but she was also incredibly kind and chatted with us, sharing many fascinating stories about Jiuzhaigou before it became a popular tourist destination.

The room was tidy and cozy, and the owner provided attentive and thoughtful service. It offers great value for money and is definitely my top choice for a vacation in Jiuzhaigou. I'll be back!

SSheyingshidayangTraveling to Jiuzhaigou, it's very convenient for dining, lodging, and banking in the county town. I was particularly impressed by a short-haired lady at the front desk; she seemed so familiar, and always anticipated guests' needs perfectly. She helped me a lot, thank you. The room was clean and spacious, and the view was also good. There's free parking downstairs with an uncle directing traffic.
My suggestion is that the hotel entrance has steps; I hope they consider making it wheelchair accessible. Overall, I'm satisfied and give it a full five-star rating!

The hotel is located a little bit far from center and Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic (around 20km) but no worries about this because the hotel have a free shuttle bus to drop & pick up (at 8:10 and pick up at 17:00)
The hotel rooms are very big, fully equipped with all the amenities you need and especially the rooms are very clean.
It’s far from center so it’s lack of activities at night but i’m fine with this. ^^
