RrosaxiezhenFacilities: I was completely surprised to find such a wonderful B&B in Jiuzhaigou. Even within the guesthouse, every facility, from the elevator to the lobby, from the private hot spring baths in the rooms to the smart toilets and toiletries, was truly exceptional. I was completely surprised by the quality of the B&B and was very satisfied.
Cleanliness: It was exceptionally clean. From the moment I entered the B&B, I felt like I was in a paradise. With so many B&Bs in Heye Village, it's no wonder that Basong Shijing has such a high rating.
Environment: Other B&Bs in the village are undergoing renovations and infrastructure work, which slightly affected the walk from Bonsai Beach to the B&B entrance. However, the B&B and the room itself were flawless. Most importantly, I was able to enjoy the rare tranquility of the early mornings and evenings within the valley, which was truly wonderful.
Service: This is what truly makes a B&B stand out. From setting up a dedicated service group two days in advance to proactively providing information about parking for self-drive vehicles (this is crucial during peak season), Ms. You picked us up at the parking lot on time. The owner enthusiastically explained the itinerary throughout, and especially since we were two elderly people, she proactively offered to upgrade our rooms without changing rooms. From the restaurant staff to the housekeepers, everyone was incredibly welcoming and sincere. On our last morning, knowing we'd leave the valley before 7:30, they pre-packaged a hot breakfast for us. The man who escorted us was also very considerate. Overall, this is a dedicated team, and they provided excellent service to our two elderly family members. This is a B&B that truly makes you want to return time and time again, just like the scenery of Jiuzhaigou.
The private hot springs are a must-try. The yak hot pot at the B&B is incredibly delicious, and the yak yogurt is even better. I'm still savoring it, hahaha.
One small suggestion: the mattress is indeed a bit soft. I'd love to see if they can improve it, considering the cost.
By the way, I haven't given a special like to the adorable little Bao (my irresistible smile) and the cold cat, hehe.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean, and the bedding was spotless with no odd smells from the pillows or duvet. There's underfloor heating and mosquito screens. A humidifier kept the dry space comfortable for sleeping. The hairdryer was great. There's also a lovely little courtyard, very pleasant. They offer a complimentary and delicious breakfast with choices. For dinner, the guesthouse had a yak hotpot option. My child doesn't eat mushrooms, and they were so kind to change the hotpot ingredients for me – truly grateful, thank you! It was a complete experience for eating and staying. They even have a dryer for laundry. The staff (a young man) provided a shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou, which was a big plus, although the return trip was self-arranged. I'm really satisfied. If I visit Jiuzhaigou again, I'd love to bring my family and friends back here, or recommend it to anyone who needs a great place to stay.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. Although it’s located a bit far from the main Jiuzhaigou scenic area, the staff made up for it with exceptional service. From the moment I booked, they arranged transportation and took care of everything until the very end of my trip.
A special thanks to Linjiao, who was incredibly kind and attentive. Her hospitality was outstanding — she looked after me with such care, provided helpful recommendations, and constantly checked in to ensure I was safe and comfortable.
The room itself was beautiful and cozy, and the environment felt very warm and welcoming. There’s a nice local restaurant nearby and a fruit market just a short walk away. The locals were also very friendly, which made my stay even more memorable.
I’m truly impressed and grateful for the experience. Highly recommended!

Cleanliness: Very clean.
Environment: The surrounding area has a good variety of shops, and there's a delicious yak hotpot restaurant nearby. It's also within walking distance of the Jiuzhaigou entrance.
Service: Very enthusiastic! Both the front desk and the cleaning staff were excellent. They even let us borrow a full set of ******* traditional clothes for free to take photos, which looked amazing at Jiuzhaigou.
Overall, I highly recommend staying here!!!

GGuest UserI was first drawn in by the name, and then a friend who lives in Jiuzhaigou told me the location was excellent, so I booked it without hesitation. After checking in, it certainly lived up to expectations. What worries could one possibly have while basking in the sun and sipping tea in the courtyard on a bright afternoon? My photography skills are limited and don't do justice to its beauty. I genuinely recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience life in Jiuzhaigou; stay for a few days to get rid of that 'office smell.' The owner provides excellent, warm service, and the complimentary snack platter upon check-in was a thoughtful touch. When staying away from home, I believe hygiene is the most important thing, and Longkangli's hygiene is truly, truly outstanding. Almost every visible surface was spotless, clearly showing the effort put into cleanliness. Even the disposable amenities were obviously of high quality at first glance. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends who plan to visit Jiuzhaigou! (And there's a private hot spring you can experience too!)

Breakfast and dinner options were good - the best string beans I’ve ever had! The staff has been very pleasant and helpful throughout our trip with easy communication through WeChat.
