This is the best hotel I've stayed in for years! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou with some extra time; it's absolutely worth spending a relaxing night here. Facilities: 1. Excellent quality toiletries. The comb was so cute and practical, I took it home! 2. Complimentary soft drinks in the minibar. 3. Smart toilet with heating. 4. Super large TV with screen casting capabilities. 5. The sofa in the room is incredibly comfortable. 6. Soundproofing is excellent. Every single facility in the room is thoughtfully designed, and the smart home system is incredibly convenient. Environment: The environment is simply incredible! Firstly, the hotel has an outdoor heated pool (perfect for a hot spring soak, and doing so at the foot of the snow-capped mountains was an amazing experience). Secondly, there's an outdoor coffee area with direct views of the snow-capped mountains. Lastly, the breakfast is very rich and varied. While many standalone hotels might only offer some noodles, this place has a huge selection of delicious options in the morning, especially the high-quality mini cakes and croissants. There's also a cozy bar in the evening. We even got a complimentary room upgrade during the off-season, which meant we could enjoy an indoor hot spring bath – it was fantastic!

Overall: The room was spacious and very tidy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The bed was huge, and there were plenty of working power outlets in the room. Facilities: The air conditioning was adjustable central AC, and the temperature was easy to control. We visited in winter, and the room was very warm. There was a projector in the room connected to the internet, so you could turn it on and play live streams directly, which was a great experience. The toilet was smart, so finally, no more cold seats in winter – pure bliss! However, I do have a minor point: when the auxiliary spotlights in the room and the small spotlights in the bathroom were all on, they would flicker. Also, the shower head holder in the bathroom was broken, so you had to hold it while showering, but this didn't affect the shower experience at all. Service: When we first arrived, we didn't realize it was a walk-up building (no elevator), so the owner personally helped carry our luggage to the door. We chose this hotel, of course, because it's close to Jiuzhaigou, making it convenient to get there. The owner provides a dedicated shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou. As soon as you check in, they'll ask for your planned time to the scenic area the next day and arrange the pick-up/drop-off vehicle, which is punctual. Plus, after leaving the scenic area, you can just call the owner for a pickup, which is flexible and convenient – truly an unexpectedly great service, so thoughtful! It significantly enhanced our trip experience. So, I specially wrote this review to thank the owner for their service and the guest room.

Firefly Tent Camp is the perfect place to connect with nature! The tents are nestled in the mountains and forests, and just as you open the curtains, you can see the starry sky and the pristine forest. Waking to the chirping of birds in the morning and chatting in the evening breeze is truly relaxing. The camp facilities exceeded expectations. The mattresses in the tents were comfortable, and there were charging ports and small desk lamps. The bathrooms were clean and had hot water. The staff proactively helped with securing the tents, opening and closing the windows, and picking up takeout. They also thoughtfully prepared coffee and cocktails. Relaxing in the evening breeze, I completely relaxed. I brought my children to Jiuzhaigou this time and chose this camp. Seeing we were traveling with children, the owner upgraded our room for free. The service was exceptionally attentive. The camp has a dedicated children's play area with a sandpit, swings, mountain bikes, and other toys. The children didn't want to leave. The tents were spacious enough for our family of three to stay comfortably, and the bedding was clean and odor-free. You can also have a BBQ on the outdoor lawn, with music and a projector, and watch movies or KTV at night. The atmosphere is particularly good, suitable for team building, and also suitable for you and your family and friends to come and relax. The campsite is well-secured and patrolled frequently at night. It is very reassuring to bring children here. It has been listed as the first choice for family camping~
