Our group of three guys went on a self-drive trip to Western Sichuan, and this guesthouse was hands down the biggest surprise and highlight of the entire journey. The overall experience even surpassed that of the Tianyuan Howard Johnson I'd stayed at before, offering incredible value for money. We had only booked one room, but the owner was incredibly thoughtful and upgraded us to a larger, more spacious room free of charge. They also provide a dedicated butler service, with staff who are attentive, responsive, and quickly and properly handle any requests, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. I absolutely have to rave about the hotel breakfast. The freshly cooked rice noodles were divine, with lamb that was stewed to perfection – tender and flavorful, not dry at all. The entire breakfast spread was thoughtfully curated, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables, and a well-planned nutritional profile. Eating it each morning instantly banished the fatigue from our high-altitude drives. The courtyard environment was immaculately maintained; the cleanliness was impeccable. There were also gentle, adorable cats in the yard that you could pet. Free coffee and ice were always available in the common areas, and relaxing in the courtyard during downtime created a wonderful ambiance. What truly touched us was an unexpected incident during our trip: we had a tire blowout while driving. Stranded on an unfamiliar road, we were at a loss. Thankfully, the kind owner stepped in to help, proactively contacting a reliable repair shop, overseeing the entire tire replacement process for us, and even arranging for our car to be safely stored. Afterwards, they thoughtfully provided transportation to and from Jiuzhaigou. This heartwarming assistance, which went above and beyond the call of duty, made us feel incredibly secure on our journey in a foreign place. Whether it was the facilities, the dining quality, the butler service, or the owner's outstanding hospitality, everything was faultless. This was the most memorable accommodation from our Western Sichuan trip, and I will definitely be highly recommending it to all my friends planning to travel the Western Sichuan loop. It will be our top choice again next time we visit!

Guests can enjoy authentic ******* cuisine, bonfires, and various handicraft experiences. The valley is peaceful and uncrowded, making it the ultimate retreat for a Jiuzhaigou getaway.

Due to a heavy downpour, the entire village lost power. I quickly booked this hotel and drove straight to the underground parking, which has a direct elevator to the lobby. The front desk confirmed my check-in within 15 minutes, which was incredibly efficient! They even offered a welcome snack pack. My mountain view room overlooked a busy road, but the soundproofing on the windows was excellent. My only minor complaint is that the laundry room equipment is quite limited, so there's always a long wait. However, the breakfast selection was quite diverse, and for the price, it offered great value for money.

The hotel is located in a Tibetan village only 13 kilometers away from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. It perfectly avoids the crowds of people in the scenic area. It is a gospel for friends who pursue privacy! Next to the homestay is the flowing river. Open the curtains and you will see the green mountains and green waters. Opening your eyes is the natural beauty of healing. It seems that you live in a natural oxygen bar. The whole person is gentlely wrapped in the landscape and completely cured by nature. As soon as you enter the door, you will be taken by the strong Tibetan style! The Tibetan design, retro chandeliers, and ethnic carpets at the front desk are full of texture, and the photos are beyond the film. What is more touching is the ubiquitous details: from the humanized design of the sink faucet to the warm reminders on the wall of the shower room, from the clean and tidy maintenance of the public area to the intimate layout of the guest rooms, all reveal the boss's extreme attention to the guests, and every place is hidden with care. It is not a perfunctory standard service at all. Booking can also help to book a shuttle bus from the high-speed rail station to the hotel. There is a luxury car transfer to the scenic spot. You don't have to run by yourself. Who knows the happiness of staying with your bags! Whether it is with luggage, with elderly children, can be easily done, immersive enjoyment of the journey. Not to mention the hotel staff, every waiter from the front desk to the guest room, is warm and kind, as intimate as family, any needs are responded in seconds, and there is no sense of distance throughout the whole process. Here, I really feel what it is to feel at home, live at ease and relax, there is no strangeness at all, just as comfortable as in my own home. This treasure hotel hidden in the village really achieves the ultimate in scenery, service, details and privacy. Whether it is a couple's holiday, family outing or girlfriend travel, it is super suitable. Close your eyes and never step on thunder! Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou, I will definitely stay here. I have listed it as the first choice for Jiuzhai accommodation.

There was some bird droppings on the window, but the hotel promptly arranged cleaning after I reported it. 4. **Service Quality:** The staff were enthusiastic and proactively greeted guests. They offered a late check-out service and arranged a car to take me to the bus station, demonstrating timely and thoughtful responsiveness. 5. **Transportation:** The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from Jiuzhaigou, and taxis are available right outside, making transportation very convenient. 6. **Overall Impression:** I was highly satisfied with the hotel's environment, dining, and service, and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a moderate distance from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, making it convenient for getting around. It's perfect for both family trips and relaxing getaways. The service was thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. Sasa at the front desk was incredibly sweet, offering us hot tea upon check-in. The concierge staff proactively helped with our luggage and planned our scenic area itinerary. The electric shuttle service within the resort was on-call, and the shuttle to and from the scenic area was hassle-free and convenient. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes. The butter tea, ******* pastries, and freshly cooked noodles were authentic and delicious. Dining on the terrace offered direct views of the green mountains and trees. In the evenings, there were bonfire activities at Shenying Square and ******* cultural experiences, providing an immersive taste of ******* culture. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next trip to Jiuzhai!

Environment: Compared to other hotels and B&Bs near Jiuzhaigou, this B&B's setting is truly amazing! The overall atmosphere is incredibly comfortable and tranquil, truly relaxing. After a day exploring Jiuzhaigou, I was exhausted and achy all over. Coming back here, I instantly washed away all my fatigue and rested peacefully. It was truly a healing experience. The room was also quiet, allowing me to recharge my batteries the next day. It's a perfect ”recharge station” for a Jiuzhaigou trip. I highly recommend this B&B for nature lovers. Service: The staff were also very attentive and provided excellent service. 👍 Cleanliness: I was very pleased with the room upon entering; it was much cleaner than I had seen on my phone. Amenities: The room was uniquely decorated, with a very comfortable chair. There were also camping chairs outside the window, perfect for enjoying the view and chatting. You can even watch the sunrise from your room early in the morning. Overall, this B&B is a great choice!

An absolutely amazing service experience, far exceeding my expectations. I've stayed at many IHG hotels before, but I've never encountered such incredible butler service. A huge thank you to Christy for the thoughtful arrangements that made our Jiuzhaigou trip so perfect. It was truly a worthwhile journey! I highly recommend the fish maw chicken hotpot at the hotel; enjoying hotpot there while it's raining outside was pure bliss.

Very enthusiastic homestay landlord, the whole stay process was pleasant and assured, the landlord personally received and led us into the room all the way, the room layout is very elegant, all kinds of facilities are complete, the health is more meticulous, the landlord is also a question and answer, very satisfied with a stay experience! There is also a pick-up service downstairs to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area.

Traveling with kids, cleanliness is paramount, and the hotel's environment was great. The room design also had a lovely ambiance, and we could see the snow-capped mountains right from our window. Noticing we had two children, they proactively upgraded us to a family suite. They also provided transportation to and from the horse farm. When we had an early start for Jiuzhaigou and couldn't make breakfast, the housekeeper even packed it for us and arranged our pick-up and drop-off. This is a chain guesthouse that truly prioritizes service and reputation. Highly recommended!
