Our group of three guys went on a self-drive trip to Western Sichuan, and this guesthouse was hands down the biggest surprise and highlight of the entire journey. The overall experience even surpassed that of the Tianyuan Howard Johnson I'd stayed at before, offering incredible value for money. We had only booked one room, but the owner was incredibly thoughtful and upgraded us to a larger, more spacious room free of charge. They also provide a dedicated butler service, with staff who are attentive, responsive, and quickly and properly handle any requests, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. I absolutely have to rave about the hotel breakfast. The freshly cooked rice noodles were divine, with lamb that was stewed to perfection – tender and flavorful, not dry at all. The entire breakfast spread was thoughtfully curated, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables, and a well-planned nutritional profile. Eating it each morning instantly banished the fatigue from our high-altitude drives. The courtyard environment was immaculately maintained; the cleanliness was impeccable. There were also gentle, adorable cats in the yard that you could pet. Free coffee and ice were always available in the common areas, and relaxing in the courtyard during downtime created a wonderful ambiance. What truly touched us was an unexpected incident during our trip: we had a tire blowout while driving. Stranded on an unfamiliar road, we were at a loss. Thankfully, the kind owner stepped in to help, proactively contacting a reliable repair shop, overseeing the entire tire replacement process for us, and even arranging for our car to be safely stored. Afterwards, they thoughtfully provided transportation to and from Jiuzhaigou. This heartwarming assistance, which went above and beyond the call of duty, made us feel incredibly secure on our journey in a foreign place. Whether it was the facilities, the dining quality, the butler service, or the owner's outstanding hospitality, everything was faultless. This was the most memorable accommodation from our Western Sichuan trip, and I will definitely be highly recommending it to all my friends planning to travel the Western Sichuan loop. It will be our top choice again next time we visit!

This guesthouse is top-notch, even for someone like me who rarely stays in guesthouses; I have to give it an extremely high rating. 1. The environment is excellent, located just beyond the Macha Horse Caravan Square in Zhongcha Valley, with a very well-designed ambiance. 2. The room furnishings are average (compared to luxury hotels in the city, but given the scenic location, we can overlook that, haha), but hey, there's a huge bathtub that my kid absolutely loved, haha! 3. The service response is very fast, whether it's from the front desk or engineering. Their professionalism could rival hotel chains. I hope this guesthouse has a long and successful future, keep up the good work!

Highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Jiuzhai, it was the most reassuring place to stay during my trip to Jiuzhai! The front desk check-in was efficient and smooth, especially the staff member Xiaohuan, who was warm, patient, and attentive, proactively offering tips for visiting the scenic area. The hotel is nestled amidst mountains and forests, with ******* and Qiang-style architecture blending seamlessly with modern minimalist design. The grounds are lush with greenery and surrounded by streams, and the air is filled with negative oxygen ions, making walks and breathing deeply incredibly therapeutic. Every corner offers a picturesque, forest-like photo opportunity. The room was spacious and airy, framing views of green mountains and mist right outside the window. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable. The addition of underfloor heating throughout the entire room was perfect for the large day-night temperature differences at this altitude, and the hot water was stable and plentiful. Housekeeping was meticulous and thorough. It's pet-friendly, and the hotel even has an alpaca named Huahua! They arranged a large, luxurious dog crate for our dog, which we highly recommend!

This is our top choice for traveling with kids! We informed the hotel in advance that we'd be with a child, and upon arrival, they had thoughtfully prepared children's slippers and toothbrushes, which made our little one very happy. The complimentary shuttle service was a great perk! The room was spacious, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were very convenient. For breakfast, there was a dedicated kids' section with warm milk, cakes, and bread. The noodles and rice noodles were delicious and very considerate. The staff were all very patient with children. Overall, it was a very warm and welcoming experience. Highly recommend for families traveling with kids!

Exceeded expectations overall! The hotel is located in the Jiuzhaigou Huamei Shengjing Resort. Our butler, Jenny, was incredibly thoughtful, handling our check-in quickly and with a gentle, patient attitude. Her service during our stay was meticulous and attentive; she anticipated our needs and was always ready to help, which made our stay exceptionally comfortable and satisfying. The room was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, and featured a well-designed wet/dry separated bathroom with excellent water pressure and 24-hour hot water. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and the blackout curtains provided great soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the facilities were well-maintained with thoughtful details throughout. It's a very photogenic place, truly enhancing the vacation vibe. For the price, the value for money is outstanding. Highly recommend!

🏔️ Originally came to the beauty of Jiuzhaigou, but it was completely fanned by this hotel! It is a treasure place. You can see the red sea of clouds in the morning, and you can enjoy the sunset in the evening. In the evening, you can watch the sunset and sprinkle in the mountains. It is a blockbuster 📸. The Jiugongge in the circle of friends is not enough! The holiday experience is directly full! There are also gurgling water, there are many delicious restaurants nearby, the waiters are also very enthusiastic, like family 👨👩👧👦, not only help plan the play route super professional, but also share the locals' private photo check-in points. In the future, my friends will come to Jiuzhaigou, I will definitely recommend this one first!

Extremely satisfied! We traveled by high-speed rail and arrived quite late, making transportation inconvenient. The guesthouse arranged for someone to pick us up at the foot of the mountain. The courtyard was very quiet and atmospheric at night, and the staff were very helpful, answering our questions and trying their best to meet our needs. The unlimited coffee in the lobby was perfect for coffee ******* like us! A special mention goes to the manager, who even helped us take travel photos – they looked like professional portraits! He was incredibly patient and nice. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jiuzhaigou!

I booked this hotel with high expectations, as it was ranked as a top family-friendly hotel near Jiuzhaigou, but I left a bit disappointed. Firstly, there was no butler service, which was a letdown. I hadn't done any research and just came here because I saw reviews saying it was beautiful. However, upon arrival, I found the entire Huamei Shengdi resort quite deserted. Walking from east to west, there were hardly any people, and most shops were closed. We visited the Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, and it was eerily quiet; we were the only visitors. We stayed for two nights and found it incredibly boring. It wasn't until the day we left that I realized the beautiful scenery everyone was raving about in the reviews was in Zhongzhagou, which required a taxi ride from the hotel. This was another thing the butler service (had it existed) failed to inform us about. Secondly, the hotel offered very few kid-friendly facilities. There was an extremely miniature kids' club with torn picture books, and the 'caterpillar' crawl tunnel was broken, posing a safety hazard. There were only two coin-operated kiddie rides, and only one power outlet. My younger son was playing on one, but then probably got bored playing alone. Soon after, another child came, and my son wanted to play again, but my older son unplugged his ride and plugged it into the other child's. My younger son missed out, then went to unplug the other child's ride himself. After I stopped him, he cried uncontrollably, and no staff member came to mediate. Moreover, the power outlets were exposed and within reach of children, which is inherently dangerous. Thirdly, the hotel is split into two buildings. To get from one to the other on the first floor, you have to cross an open-air courtyard, then walk through the restaurant to the outside, and then to the building across. It's very inconvenient. There's a connecting corridor on the second floor, but my room card wouldn't work for the second-floor elevator, so I could only use the first-floor route. At night, this small courtyard had no lights, and there was a step. Coincidentally, while I was telling my crying younger son that he shouldn't do dangerous things like unplugging other people's rides at the playground, my older son was running around the courtyard to get his steps in. He tripped over the step and scraped his knee. I later saw a 'caution step' sign, but it was unreadable in the dark. The lobby manager later apologized for this incident, and their service attitude was very good. Fourthly, there was absolutely no view from the hotel window, perhaps because it was a basic room type? The window faced directly onto a wall, and there was no balcony, which completely ruined any sense of a vacation. The first room we were assigned had a strong musty smell upon entering, which my kids immediately complained was too pungent. We got a much better room after changing, but still, having a wall directly outside the window was quite unpleasant. The hotel's advantages are its spacious rooms and well-equipped children's amenities. Thoughtful details like the step stool and children's toilet seat were great. My younger son also loved the small tent and slide in the room. The staff members were all very kind. On the first afternoon we arrived, the kids were starving, so we ordered room service. The food was delicious, delivery was quick, and they polished off everything. The hotel is still a bit of a distance from Jiuzhaigou, about a 20-minute drive during peak hours. If I go back in the future, I won't choose to stay at Huamei Shengdi again.

Visited during peak season, and this is probably one of the best value-for-money hotels around. Parking is convenient, and there are many dining options nearby. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast with a good variety of choices. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. The hotel window overlooks the vibrant autumn foliage, and the Minjiang River is right outside the entrance.

Traveling with kids, cleanliness is paramount, and the hotel's environment was great. The room design also had a lovely ambiance, and we could see the snow-capped mountains right from our window. Noticing we had two children, they proactively upgraded us to a family suite. They also provided transportation to and from the horse farm. When we had an early start for Jiuzhaigou and couldn't make breakfast, the housekeeper even packed it for us and arranged our pick-up and drop-off. This is a chain guesthouse that truly prioritizes service and reputation. Highly recommended!
