Hotels in Ganhaizi Paradise Resort, Jiuzhaigou

I always trust the InterContinental brand, so even with many new hotels opening in Goukou, I still chose this one. This was my third stay, and I booked a month in advance. I added a hotel staff member on WeChat and was upgraded directly to a Club Room. Emily's service was professional and thoughtful, always accommodating my requests. The hotel environment is comfortable; stepping inside, you feel a delightful sense of seclusion and coolness (in winter, it’s like a warm greenhouse, full of spring vitality). The room facilities are still well-maintained and feel new. The restaurant's food is also good, and there are coupons for coffee and pasta on the IHG app. Highly recommend~

The room is not big. It was already night when we drove to Jiuzhaigou. Two hotel staff were waiting. It might be late, and there was no service. I went back to rest at 4 pm the next day. It happened that the hotel was checking the room. I rang the doorbell twice and swiped the card to enter directly. It was useless to lock the door from the inside. It was very embarrassing. My boyfriend and I lay down. I asked the staff why they didn't knock on the door. She said she knocked, but she didn't hear it. And it took less than 30 seconds to enter before and after ringing the doorbell. This experience was not good. The facilities in the room, the water in the shower room was very small, and the hot water was slow at night, but it was okay during the day. The hotel is next to the Aegean Sea. To be honest, there was nothing fun in November. The breakfast was also relatively simple, with few varieties. The only thing worth praising is that the hygiene is okay, and the cleaning aunt is serious and responsible in her work.

First off, the location is halfway between the high-speed train station and the Jiuzhaigou scenic area. Public transportation isn't the best option, so I'd recommend driving yourself or going with a tour group. Secondly, I booked a mountain view room, but the window glass facing the mountains really detracted from the view. For over 700 a night, which isn't cheap, you'd expect cleaner windows. I won't post photos, but other reviews mention the same issue. Then, the welcome fruit I was supposed to get for my points wasn't delivered, and the shuttle bus taking guests to the scenic area in the morning didn't even help with luggage. Finally, a big shout-out to the customer service小姐姐 (I forgot her name, but she looks a lot like Tong Yao). She was worried we'd miss our stop and came to pick us up early. She was also very prompt in addressing any issues we had. Thanks to her, I'm not leaving a negative review. Enough said.

This is the cleanest tent hotel I have ever stayed in! none of them! I couldn't help but take off my shoes when I entered the tent. Compared with the tent hotel in Hongyuan where I stayed at twice the price last year, this one was really enjoyable. The public area outside was also dry, quiet and refreshing. With the beautiful scenery of the scenic spot, I spent a night of enjoyment, and there was another hotel the next day. During the Chinese New Year, I went to Jiuzhaigou and stayed in this hotel. It was already late when I checked in, but the front desk was still very enthusiastic to check in and give relevant introductions. I will come again next time!

This guesthouse truly exceeded my expectations. The surroundings are beautiful, and the room amenities are excellent. The duvet and pillows were super comfortable. With a smart toilet and a bathtub, it offers unbeatable value for money. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby.

This was our first stop and definitely the most comfortable hotel we stayed at. The room was spacious with two bathrooms, which was perfect for our family of four – no more fighting for the toilet! The breakfast was amazing, and the front desk even gave us some fruit to take with us to the scenic area. The room was very smart, clean, and tidy. There are plenty of food options just across the road, and it's super quiet. It's a great place to stay if you're stopping over on your way to Jiuzhaigou.

想了想，還是給個好評吧，衝著老闆的優質服務，哈哈！從成都出發，開車到九寨溝縣城已經一兩點了，用攜程攢的積分兑換的免費房！凌晨了還把老闆叫起來，怪不好意思。因為在修路，車開不進院子，不過即使能開也挺考驗車技，因為路真的很窄！停在半山腰的小平台停車場，老闆給掏的停車費。房間設施嘛，衹能説一百元的價格三人房，大家可以想象一下😄一分錢一分貨哈~太晚已經沒有熱水了，早上起來又被其他人用完了，所以在很冷的早上洗了一個冷水澡…至於備品的話，建議有條件還是自帶哈，估計整個縣城都不咋滴，除了那些高檔的連鎖酒店。

High cost-effectiveness, walking distance to and from Jiuzhaigou ”county” bus station is about fifteen minutes to half an hour. The consumption in the county (Nanping Town) is relatively low compared to the scenic area. There is a special bus (6 am and 6 pm) to and from Jiuzhaigou Goukou Scenic Area, with one bus every half an hour and limited seats, and the fare is N yuan! Baidu map navigation can accurately reach the hotel, recommended for self-driving family trips!
