Ken Li Kun, the branch manager, was incredibly attentive and patient throughout my stay. They never shied away from an issue, proactively communicated at the first sign of trouble, and efficiently resolved everything. Their demeanor was warm and polite, and their professionalism truly stood out. This meticulous and thoughtful service significantly enhanced my overall experience. I highly commend this manager's professional ethics, and it's thanks to excellent staff like them that the hotel's reputation shines so brightly. Special recognition is definitely due.

This hotel is such a treasure! When we arrived, the staff was very helpful with our luggage. The room was clean and tidy, and the layout was very cozy. From the balcony, we could see the snow-covered mountains in the distance, which was a great view. The snow scenery around the hotel was beautiful, and the trees seemed to be covered with a thick white blanket. The restaurant's meals were also delicious, with local specialties and affordable prices. Walking in the snow and feeling the tranquility of nature made this trip even more perfect because of this hotel.

First off, the location is halfway between the high-speed train station and the Jiuzhaigou scenic area. Public transportation isn't the best option, so I'd recommend driving yourself or going with a tour group. Secondly, I booked a mountain view room, but the window glass facing the mountains really detracted from the view. For over 700 a night, which isn't cheap, you'd expect cleaner windows. I won't post photos, but other reviews mention the same issue. Then, the welcome fruit I was supposed to get for my points wasn't delivered, and the shuttle bus taking guests to the scenic area in the morning didn't even help with luggage. Finally, a big shout-out to the customer service小姐姐 (I forgot her name, but she looks a lot like Tong Yao). She was worried we'd miss our stop and came to pick us up early. She was also very prompt in addressing any issues we had. Thanks to her, I'm not leaving a negative review. Enough said.

The environment is very good. I thought it would be very cold when I stayed there during the National Day, but the heating in the room was sufficient and it was not cold at all. It was great. Very clean and good-looking. There is no independent bathroom. It is a public washing area, but it is very clean and overall good. The only thing was that there were tourists in the scenic area in the morning, and it was quite noisy after 7 o'clock. There would be people walking around, taking pictures at the door, and zipping up our tent, which was quite speechless. But the hotel service is good, and they also gave hot spring tickets, which solved the problem of washing up.

Let's start with the pros: convenient parking, easy to find on the street, and very affordable. Now for the cons: no slippers in the bathroom, so you have to shower barefoot. No disinfectant wipes/toilet seat covers for the toilet, so those with OCD should be cautious. Most importantly, the breakfast staff... I've stayed in so many hotels, and not one has ever stopped me from taking two eggs. I don't eat anything else, I've already put two eggs in my bowl, and you want me to return one? I really didn't expect that. And please, don't call it a buffet breakfast; just give everyone a steamed bun.

This guesthouse truly exceeded my expectations. The surroundings are beautiful, and the room amenities are excellent. The duvet and pillows were super comfortable. With a smart toilet and a bathtub, it offers unbeatable value for money. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby.

This is a brand-new hotel, and I'm very satisfied with everything from the facilities to the service! The decor is very aesthetically pleasing and modern! You can easily enjoy beautiful mountain views~ They have a gym and a great laundry room!! The front desk staff and the cleaning aunties are always smiling and incredibly helpful ❤️ The breakfast here is delicious, and there are plenty of options for other meals too! If you're looking for nearby dining, you can walk a few minutes to Tianyuan Yinxiang, a local favorite, which is absolutely delicious! Staying in the county town is much more convenient than staying at the gully entrance for everything from dining and drinks to buying daily necessities! If you contact Novotel in advance, you can also book a driver to take you to the scenic spots. They'll even estimate what time you should wake up and leave based on the day's crowd levels, which is super thoughtful!! All in all, given such a good price even during peak season, it's incredibly good value for money. Everyone coming to Jiuzhai to see the water, go for it!

High cost-effectiveness, walking distance to and from Jiuzhaigou ”county” bus station is about fifteen minutes to half an hour. The consumption in the county (Nanping Town) is relatively low compared to the scenic area. There is a special bus (6 am and 6 pm) to and from Jiuzhaigou Goukou Scenic Area, with one bus every half an hour and limited seats, and the fare is N yuan! Baidu map navigation can accurately reach the hotel, recommended for self-driving family trips!
