開始定了一間沒有早餐的，後面增換了一間有早餐的，結果退訂第一間説要扣費，我當時都不開心了，又不是退訂，而是換～
後面攜程介入，五一節還是免費退了。
總體來説還好～
希望以後站在客户立場，這樣才會更好！
