This hotel is perfectly located in Zao Yan Plaza. It's just a short walk from where the long-distance bus drops you off, and only about a 10-minute stroll to the scenic area's main entrance. The suite perfectly met our needs – it was spacious and clean. The hallway had a unique charm, and all the amenities were well-stocked. Downstairs, the breakfast was excellent too. The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, and they even contacted us in advance to confirm our details.

This hotel is very close to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. The lobby's Bamboo Residence Book Bar is a great spot for photos. Most rooms are 30 sq.m. or larger, featuring smart room controls and Atour's signature zero-pressure mattress. Standard amenities include a humidifier (very practical at high altitudes), Appelles toiletries, a minibar, and hygienically sealed bedding. Cleanliness is generally highly praised. The facilities are particularly tourist-friendly, offering 24-hour self-service laundry and drying (Jiuzhaigou is often rainy and humid, so washing and drying after a day of walking is essential). Guests can pre-order packed breakfast for early entry into the scenic area, and there's complimentary comforting congee available at night. The breakfast consistently receives strong reviews, offering a mix of Western and Chinese dishes, as well as local specialties. The variety is considered top-tier among hotels at the gorge entrance, and service starts early, perfect for those catching the first bus to the scenic area. Service is excellent; the front desk is responsive, baggage storage is available, and requests are handled promptly. Overall, it reflects the standard Atour service system.

The hotel is very close to the Zao Enbu bus stop, and about 1 km from the scenic area's entrance. It's super convenient for dining, accommodation, and transportation. They even offer welcome fruits – plums and prunes! When I arrived, the owner was actually out buying fresh fruit. I stayed in a slanted-roof room on the top floor, which was the fourth floor. The elevator only goes up to the third floor, but the receptionist kindly helped me carry my luggage the rest of the way, which I really appreciated!

The whole style of Qianhe Licheng is rich in ******* characteristics, and it's close to the scenic area, making travel very convenient. The pillows in the room are quite comfortable, and the dining at the hotel's Yak Song Restaurant is also good, with warm service and delicious hot pot. What's most worth mentioning is the breakfast, which has a rich variety of choices and is tasty, definitely recommended. The only slight drawback is that the sound insulation in the room corridor isn't great, and the voices of early risers can be a bit noisy.

The hotel location is excellent, situated on the main road, with restaurants and convenience stores next to it. The staff provided excellent service to take us to Jiuzhaigou National Park, which was very impressive. The room was fully equipped and comfortable. We left our belongings at the accommodation. The staff promptly informed us and provided full assistance in the delivery. We were very impressed. If we have the opportunity, we will use the service again.

## Location and Transportation: I chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the scenic area entrance. I could walk to the park in the morning, and upon arrival, I confirmed it was indeed very close. This is a definite plus. Furthermore, there's a cluster of restaurants and shops not far from the hotel, making it convenient for dining and shopping. It's also quite close to the bus pick-up point. All these are advantages. And there's a McDonald's right downstairs, which is great for fast-food lovers. ## Parking: There's a parking lot right at the entrance, making it convenient for those arriving by car. ## Room View: I booked a twin room in advance, and it was possible to combine the beds. I had discussed this beforehand, and apparently, the most economical room type couldn't be combined, only the 'sunshine room' could. The room didn't have much of a view; outside the window was an abandoned building. ## Room Facilities: The room wasn't large, but it had everything necessary. The bathroom counter was small, and there was no place to hang towels. There was a sofa bed-like structure next to the bed, which was comfortable for sitting and reading. The overhead light was bright enough. The desk was a bit narrow, and it got cluttered easily if you put too many things on it. Also, there were too few charging outlets in the room, and the light switch combination was a bit unclear. The light directly above the bed made it hard to sleep when on, and I couldn't turn it off individually. ## Bed: The bed was quite comfortable. It would be even better if there was a small墊 between the combined beds. ## Breakfast: The breakfast spread was quite generous. Seating was limited, so it's best to go early. However, on the first day, my child's noodles were missing seasoning. When I went back to add it, a girl and a man responsible for clearing dishes took away my untouched bowl of wontons! I was shocked and asked them, 'You're clearing it before I've even finished?' My bag was still on the chair, and I hadn't even had my milk yet. Didn't they see any of that? The girl and the man just stared at me blankly, showing no apology, not even a 'sorry,' and just walked away. I was furious. Not only were they inconsiderate and wasteful, but they also refused to apologize when a guest confronted them. I then spoke to a young man, but I don't know what happened afterward. This left a very bad impression. ## Laundry Room: The hotel's laundry room was excellent. Not only were the washing machine and dryer separate, but the detergent and fabric softener were pre-dispensed, so I didn't have to add them myself, which was very convenient. Also, the dryer had three settings, and the medium setting dried clothes perfectly in twenty minutes. This was a highlight. ## Service: The person who answered my initial call wasn't particularly helpful. However, during my second call to confirm the room type, a Mr. Xu offered a complimentary breakfast for my child, which was very thoughtful. My child didn't eat much, but it was a very kind gesture. Additionally, the front desk can help purchase tickets for the 'Legend of Romance' show, which is also very convenient. In summary, the hotel maintains the quality expected of a chain hotel, and the overall service is good. However, those two individuals in the restaurant could use more training. I would consider staying here again on my next trip to Jiuzhaigou.

Extremely satisfied! They started contacting me even before check-in. I hadn't booked a king-size bed when I made the reservation, but they were able to switch me to one after I arrived. My private butler, Haijun, helped arrange breakfast and thoughtfully sent me a guide to local attractions. After I checked in, Haijun even escorted me from the lobby to my room, pointing out where breakfast was served along the way. He was very patient. I also want to thank the front desk agent who helped me check in that day. I forgot to buy sunscreen, and she told me the hotel store had it, then escorted me to the elevator and reminded me again about the breakfast location. I feel like all the staff at this hotel are so caring, attentive, and thoughtful. If I come back to Jiuzhaigou, I'll definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to my friends. Thank you!

The room isn't small, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The hallway light near the entrance is motion-sensored; it turns on when you sit up in bed, which is convenient, but it also lights up if you just shift too much. Every day, they provide mineral water, milk, and either a small pastry or fruit. There's a supermarket and restaurants across the street, making dining and shopping easy. In the morning, there's a shuttle to Jiuzhaigou entrance, but I didn't get to use it because they need 4-5 people to depart. I waited for five minutes, no one showed up, so I took a taxi instead. It's about 2 km from the park entrance, and a metered taxi ride cost 11 yuan. It's about 1 km to the Guoda parking lot, a 15-minute walk. Breakfast is quite simple: porridge, steamed buns, sweet potatoes, eggs, some side dishes, and a few pastries. Excellent value for money.
