Jiuzhaigou Hotels with Balcony

The B&B's architectural style is truly thoughtfully designed, blending traditional ******* elements with a modern aesthetic. The housekeeper and all staff members were incredibly warm and welcoming. From patiently answering my questions before booking to the welcoming ceremony and our departure, every step of the way felt genuinely focused on the guest's comfort. We even had freshly brewed hot tea waiting for us in our room right after we arrived, which really helped with the motion sickness from the mountain drive. The B&B has its own horses, about four to six of them. The adult horses and their foals freely roam, graze, and then return on their own. The beef hotpot for dinner was good, but breakfast was even more impressive. I highly recommend the spicy wontons for breakfast! If you prefer a quieter stay, this place is perfect. If you want to be close to attractions and have easy access to dining and shopping, it might be a bit out of the way. However, the housekeeper can arrange for a car to take you to the entrance of the scenic area. On another note, our trip was incredibly lucky! We decided to go on a whim, and ever since we booked this B&B, our luck just kept coming. We managed to snag VIP tickets, secured high-speed train tickets for our return, left just before a mudslide, and made our high-speed train despite terrible traffic! It was a truly rare and fortunate journey!

This guesthouse is nestled in the mountains, offering fantastic views! The front desk ladies were incredibly warm and welcoming. On our first day, they even presented us with a Hada (a traditional ******* scarf), which was a lovely and ceremonial touch! They helped us with our luggage, and any questions or requests we had were promptly addressed and resolved. The guesthouse owner was also very friendly. I was traveling with my mother, and it happened to be her birthday, so the owner thoughtfully prepared longevity noodles for her! We're very grateful! The rooms at the guesthouse are spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide breathtaking mountain views. The amenities are comprehensive, and the pillows are memory foam, which is definitely a plus for anyone with neck issues or trouble sleeping! The guesthouse's dog, Maido, is absolutely adorable and well-behaved, happily wagging her tail for everyone – a real sweet and silly dog!

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The location is superb, very close to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance, only 5 kilometers away. When you open the window in the room, you're greeted by a stunning view of rolling mountains and mist, it's truly ethereal. The room itself is decorated in a ******* style, which is very unique and charming. Breakfast was also incredibly rich and delicious. Our butler, Xiao Ban, was fantastic – so warm, attentive, and his service attitude was impeccable. He helped us book VIP tickets for the scenic area and patiently answered all our questions. In the evening, the hotel offers special ******* cuisine, and there's even free late-night snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch! Other restaurants are also not far, just a 5-10 minute walk. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

I loved this guesthouse so much I took a lot of pictures. Lu Jing isn't close to the scenic area entrance or the direct shuttle bus stop, but the environment is truly wonderful and it offers a completely different experience from a typical chain hotel. They offer one free pickup (though since I was coming from Huanglong Scenic Area, they could only pick me up at the shuttle drop-off point), and every morning they drop you off at the scenic area entrance. Because it's not near the commercial district, it's very quiet and not crowded. It was perfect for my solo trip. The in-room amenities were top-notch; I slept very comfortably. The bathroom faucets and showerheads were all Kohler, and the room was very clean. The front desk lady even helped me carry my luggage to my room when I checked in, the service was excellent. Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou in the autumn, I'll definitely stay here again!

During my trip to Jiuzhaigou, I stayed at a few different guesthouses and hotels, and Conrad was one of them. As an established hotel, their service standards are consistently high – everything felt well-organized and reassuring. It happened to be my child's birthday during our stay, and when I mentioned it to the front desk during check-in, they immediately gave a teddy bear to my child and later sent a small cake to our room. My child was absolutely delighted! I wasn't too fond of the local food, so one evening we all went to Hilton for their buffet. I heard they're part of the same group, so getting there was easy – we just took the shuttle bus. At the hotel's cultural and creative store, I bought some incredibly delicate prayer wheel charms for only 15RMB each. I bought all the ones they had to bring back as gifts for my family. The hotel room also had a fireplace, and turning it on at night created such a cozy atmosphere. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; I fell asleep very quickly in bed, which greatly eased my anxiety and fatigue from usually having trouble sleeping in unfamiliar beds.

So glad we chose this forest hotel; it really added a unique touch to our trip. It's located deep inside Zhongzhagou Valley, which is already stunning. If you're not in a rush to get to Jiuzhaigou, you could easily spend a few extra days here. There's even a hiking trail behind the hotel if you're into that. We were incredibly lucky and spotted wild rabbits on the lawn in the afternoon, evening, and early morning! The hotel also offers dining, and there are ******* restaurants in the village. However, you'll find more options down the mountain, which is only about a fifteen-minute drive away. We had to leave after breakfast to head to Jiuzhaigou, but we definitely could have stayed another day to explore the surrounding scenery.

The hotel has a clean and cozy atmosphere overall. Its decor is simple and stylish, with a tidy and bright lobby featuring a very comfortable orange color scheme. The room cleaning was meticulous; there was no dust on the floors or windowsills. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances. The hot water came out quickly with good pressure, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The toiletries were of good quality, and the internet was stable and fast. The front desk staff, especially a young lady, provided very thoughtful service. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and she patiently and proactively answered questions about travel plans. The location is superb, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting around. It offers excellent value for money and is perfect for both leisure travel and business trips!

Extremely satisfied! They started contacting me even before check-in. I hadn't booked a king-size bed when I made the reservation, but they were able to switch me to one after I arrived. My private butler, Haijun, helped arrange breakfast and thoughtfully sent me a guide to local attractions. After I checked in, Haijun even escorted me from the lobby to my room, pointing out where breakfast was served along the way. He was very patient. I also want to thank the front desk agent who helped me check in that day. I forgot to buy sunscreen, and she told me the hotel store had it, then escorted me to the elevator and reminded me again about the breakfast location. I feel like all the staff at this hotel are so caring, attentive, and thoughtful. If I come back to Jiuzhaigou, I'll definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to my friends. Thank you!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We drink a lot of water, and they didn't bat an eye, which was great. The sister who wore traditional clothing also had excellent service. However, the rooftop on the fourth floor was quite desolate, and there were sunflower seed shells left there for days without being cleaned. The hotel is not far from the scenic area. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. You get what you pay for, and for the price, I think it met expectations. The only thing I didn't particularly like was the breakfast; it wasn't very tasty. The buns, corn, and purple sweet potatoes were all cold, and the noodle topping wasn't good. But we stayed for two days, and while the first day's breakfast was terrible, the second day's was much better, so it might depend on the specific day. Overall, it's pretty good – not amazing value, but not a bad deal either. It's an average guesthouse, which is perfectly normal.

Can the hostel please improve its hygiene? On the second morning, I woke up to a bunch of mosquitoes on the wall next to my bed, and dead mosquito bloodstains on the sheets. Only when I got back did I realize I had a bunch of skin inflammation from the bites. I'm truly fed up. All the windows in the room were sealed shut, so the room was stuffy. The good thing is that it has a nice river view outside, and there are restaurants, pharmacies, and convenience stores at Guoda Square. It's also quite convenient for getting to scenic spots and to and from the high-speed rail station.
