SShuiqianzTo visit Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong, I specifically chose this hotel for a good rest, staying for two nights. It turned out to be the right choice.
Perhaps because the peak season hadn't arrived yet, the hotel staff had ample energy to serve every guest, and they were truly attentive throughout our stay. After parking, someone helped open the car door and carried our luggage. The front desk staff, Anna, helped upgrade our room type, arranged complimentary breakfast, reminded us about altitude sickness precautions, and explained how to use the room facilities. After our trip to Jiuzhaigou, they arranged a bathing set for the room and even helped coordinate our travel photography. All the housekeeping and hotel staff were very polite. Especially a male staff member we met in front of the Chinese restaurant, who gave us useful tips on parking.
Additionally, we purchased the hotel's dinner buffet, which offered a rich selection, plenty of seafood, and prompt plate changes. Breakfast was also a very pleasant dining experience.
The hotel facilities are excellent, the decor is grand and beautiful, and privacy is well-maintained. Inside, there's a charming street where you can buy handicrafts, a children's activity room, and a travel photography studio. If you don't want to dine at the hotel, you can also consider the small shops across the street, which are also delicious.
When we booked, the hotel included three travel photo shoots. I looked at the samples from the 'New Era Travel Photography' studio and thought they were quite good. I wanted a ******* traditional costume photoshoot, and the makeup wasn't the 'influencer' style. So I decided to upgrade the package and included my husband in the shoot. The overall efficiency was high, and I was spoiled for choice when selecting photos. After upgrading the package, I ended up choosing even more.

PPhantom_of_zThis hotel is located within the Goukou area (within 10 kilometers of the scenic area entrance), very close to the Guoda parking lot and the park entrance. It's just a few minutes by taxi, which is super convenient. Hotels in this area are on a hillside, but it's not very high. There are several supermarkets and restaurants within a minute's walk, all very convenient, and most are open until 11 PM. The hotel is quite new, probably less than a year old. The bedding and towels are all very new and clean. The bathrobes, kettle, umbrella, shampoo, and shower gel are all of excellent quality – the owner clearly invested well. The room cleaning was also very good. I booked a private hot spring room on the 3rd floor, which had floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, a large outdoor balcony, and a private hot spring facing the mountain. Other nearby hotels couldn't see in (though part of the balcony is visible from the 4th-floor corridor, so I suggest the hotel extend the wooden fence of the private hot spring pavilion to connect to its roof). Guests can arrange for hotel shuttle service to the scenic area entrance or the Guoda parking lot. Breakfast was good; the two pastries were quite nice, though it would be even better if noodles were offered. I stayed for 5 days, and overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel. It felt very convenient and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Jiuzhaigou in autumn.

Every public area is neatly decorated and impeccably maintained. All staff provide warm and sincere service, and I single out Vincent for his meticulous, proactive help during my entire stay. The breakfast buffet is plentiful ranging from Western staples to distinctive local ******* cuisines. Surrounded by stunning natural scenery, the resort fully lives up to its premium brand, and I highly recommend it

Service: The service is exceptionally attentive. They provide complimentary yak yogurt every day, which tastes delicious and is definitely worth trying. Every staff member is incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home.
Dining: There's a restaurant on the second floor of the hotel where guests can get a discount on top of group purchases. Both the stir-fries and the yak hot pot are fantastic. The butter tea and highland barley cakes are freshly made daily, which is a big plus.
Location: It's less than a 5-minute walk from the shuttle bus drop-off point and about a 15-minute walk to Jiuzhaigou.

GGuest UserBeyond expectations! I booked on two different platforms, and the front desk upgraded my room for free. It had a big window with a great view and excellent soundproofing. The room was very clean.
The only minor issue was the motion-sensor light by the door, which would turn on at night if I got up, but it's a small detail that doesn't detract from the overall experience.
Service: They have a laundry room, and the cleanliness was superb. I honestly think it's better than some hotels in Chengdu's city center.
Environment: It's about 1.4 kilometers from the scenic spot entrance, a convenient ten-minute taxi ride.

The ******* yak hotpot and local home-style dishes are authentically delicious, and it's super convenient for breakfast too. The rooms are clean and warm, with plenty of oxygen so you don't have to worry about altitude sickness. It's very close to the scenic area, and the owner even provides shuttle service to and from the park entrance. The hygiene is excellent, and the bedding is comfortable. With dining and lodging all in one, the value for money is outstanding. This is definitely my top choice when visiting Jiuzhaigou!

GGuest UserUnfamiliar with Jiuzhai and not wanting to stay at the gully entrance, I opted for an established hotel.
The environment and facilities were perfect, just as expected. After two tiring days of travel, I had a wonderful night's sleep. The hotel was very quiet. The highlight was waking up in the morning, opening the curtains, and seeing the snow-capped mountains right outside the window – a moment of pure tranquility. It's also conveniently located near major attractions.
Around the hotel, there are art galleries, museums, and a very professional coffee shop. While out for a stroll in the evening, I stumbled upon a beautiful lantern festival exhibition.
The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and recommended many travel tips and must-see attractions in Jiuzhaigou.
If you're driving, you can head towards Shenxianchi. The mountain road along the way is very enjoyable, transforming from viewing snow-capped mountains from afar to actually being among them. It's a completely different experience away from the crowds.

The location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk to the National Grand Hotel parking lot and about 15 minutes to the scenic area's main entrance, which is super convenient. Breakfast was good, and they even provided complimentary welcome fruit. We booked a twin room for our family of three, and the front desk staff thoughtfully gave us an extra breakfast, which we really appreciated.

It's very close to the scenic area, only 4km away, and overall I was extremely satisfied. The hotel was very easy to find, making it super convenient for getting around. The room's facilities were very smart, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The front desk staff were excellent; they upgraded our room and gave us a quiet one, ensuring we got plenty of sleep. They also provided complimentary breakfast vouchers. I'm very happy with this stay experience.
