Jiuzhaigou Hotels with Gym

This is definitely one of the best places to stay when visiting Jiuzhaigou. The location is excellent — quite close to the park, and the hotel also provides a convenient shuttle service. But honestly, I enjoyed the hotel itself so much that I spent two full days just relaxing there and walking around the mountains nearby. The views are absolutely incredible. The hotel has a direct view of the mountains, and I could simply lie on a sun lounger, enjoy the scenery, and do nothing else. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, which makes it a perfect place to slow down and enjoy nature. My room was very clean and had great amenities. I especially loved having a bathtub on the balcony. Taking a hot bath in the evening while the air outside was cool and looking at the mountains was such a great experience. A special thank you to the reception team — everyone was fantastic. They helped me with everything I needed, were always available, and genuinely seemed happy to help. Great service! The hotel also has a lovely property with plenty of space to walk around, and there are even cats and a little goat around the hotel, which adds a lot of charm to the place. My only small suggestion would be to consider installing an additional filtration system for the swimming pool. Since the hotel is surrounded by forests and fields, some insects naturally end up in the pool. I completely understand that this comes with being so close to nature, but hopefully this can be improved by my next visit. There are several well-known international hotel brands further down in the valley, but in my opinion, the views from this hotel are on another level. 100% recommended. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel's service quality was quite good. The only drawback was the mini-fridge in the room. I had brought some traditional Chinese medicine with me, thinking the fridge could store it. However, I later found out it was just a regular保鲜 (preservation) fridge with no cooling effect. The manager came up immediately and put my medicine in their kitchen fridge, and even gave our family of three three complimentary bento boxes 🍱, which was very thoughtful! The complimentary family portrait photo session was also nice. It would have been even better if they could arrange free shuttle service with an electric cart!

This time in Jiuzhaigou, I booked this B&B with a private hot spring in Zhangza Town, and the experience was fantastic! The room was spacious and bright, with a cozy and comfortable off-white color scheme. The outdoor private hot spring pool was the highlight – soaking in the warm water under the stars at night created an incredibly atmospheric and photogenic scene. All the fatigue from a day of travel instantly melted away. The location is right at the entrance of the scenic area, making it very convenient to get there, and they offer free shuttle service. The breakfast was also delicious, with freshly cooked rice noodles and steamed dim sum, perfect for a hearty start to the day.

This hotel is super nice, with an excellent location right at the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Valley, about a 10-minute walk from the ticket office. I have to commend the 'E-personality' lady at the front desk – she was incredibly enthusiastic! Every day, she generously gave us fresh yak yogurt (I checked, and they were all freshly made) and even gave us discount coupons for the hotel restaurant. The restaurant is also great; the yak hotpot was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The room has 24-hour diffused oxygen supply, so there's no need to worry about altitude sickness; I slept very comfortably. Plus, the smart home system throughout the room was fantastic, the facilities are new, and the environment is very clean.

During my trip to Jiuzhaigou, I stayed at a few different guesthouses and hotels, and Conrad was one of them. As an established hotel, their service standards are consistently high – everything felt well-organized and reassuring. It happened to be my child's birthday during our stay, and when I mentioned it to the front desk during check-in, they immediately gave a teddy bear to my child and later sent a small cake to our room. My child was absolutely delighted! I wasn't too fond of the local food, so one evening we all went to Hilton for their buffet. I heard they're part of the same group, so getting there was easy – we just took the shuttle bus. At the hotel's cultural and creative store, I bought some incredibly delicate prayer wheel charms for only 15RMB each. I bought all the ones they had to bring back as gifts for my family. The hotel room also had a fireplace, and turning it on at night created such a cozy atmosphere. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; I fell asleep very quickly in bed, which greatly eased my anxiety and fatigue from usually having trouble sleeping in unfamiliar beds.

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. When we arrived, our room wasn't ready, so they upgraded us to a deluxe room – a really nice touch! The breakfast was a delicious and plentiful buffet. The hotel also provided a convenient shuttle service to the scenic area, which was great, though it's worth noting they only offer drop-offs, not pick-ups. We had fantastic weather during our trip to Jiuzhaigou, perfect for sightseeing and photos. I'd definitely recommend visiting on a sunny day for the best pictures. There's a supermarket right across the street and the popular Lao Bing BBQ is just outside the entrance. I highly recommend this hotel!

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the scenic area entrance, saving us time on taxis and traffic jams in the morning. Although it's a bit pricey, the convenience is definitely worth it. The hotel breakfast also gave us a chance to try ******* barley bread and yak butter tea. Without the pressure of sales promotions, we could really appreciate the local food in a relaxed setting. The hotel offers spa and sauna facilities, a gym, washing machines, and dryers. Just a few minutes' walk upriver from the hotel, there are many restaurants, and a post-meal stroll along the river is very pleasant.

I'd like to specially commend Manager Huang Jianlin from the F&B department. When we encountered an issue during breakfast, he didn't make excuses or try to brush us off. Instead, he actively offered solutions and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, truly reflecting the management standards of a five-star hotel. On another note, the Moon Bay direct shuttle bus stop right next to the hotel is incredibly convenient. Booking through the Jiulv Yuexing mini-program is much cheaper and easier than booking a scenic shuttle through Ctrip. I booked a shuttle ticket on Ctrip, but the driver was nowhere to be found and there wasn't even a phone number to contact. I ended up waiting at the high-speed rail station for over an hour for nothing. When I contacted Ctrip's bus ticket customer service representative, Xiaoyu, she made all sorts of excuses and was utterly unhelpful. Everyone, please be wary of this.

My stay this time was truly exceptional, and I absolutely have to commend the hotel's service! The front desk staff was incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel is well-equipped with both fast and slow charging stations, making parking and charging very convenient for travelers. Upon arrival, the staff readily helped with my luggage, which was a very thoughtful touch. The room also came with a generous welcome fruit platter, featuring fresh and diverse fruits. The room itself was clean and tidy; the twin-bed room offered ample space, comfortable bedding, and a well-designed bathroom with a separate wet and dry area, along with perfectly functioning bath facilities. The overall decor was simple yet elegant. From initial communication to check-in, the entire experience was fantastic. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the service was meticulous and spot-on, making everything feel very comfortable. It offers excellent value for money, and I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit. I highly recommend it to everyone!
