"Disappointed booking experience with Trip.com to Karak Orchard Resort. Booking transaction completed with E-receipt given but resort didn't receive the booking. Room is clean and tidy. Facilities are old and not so well maintain. Breakfast is pretty standard, nothing too special."

Solo TravellarI had a pleasant stay at Awana Genting Resort. The resort is surrounded by lush greenery, offering a peaceful escape from the busy city. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with beautiful views of the surrounding hills.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The facilities, including the swimming pool and dining options, were well maintained and enjoyable. The complimentary shuttle service to Genting Highlands was also very convenient.
If you're visiting with family, bring a picnic mat, some snacks, a kite, and bubble toys for the kids. There's a big field for children to run around and play while you relax and enjoy the surroundings. The beautiful greenery and fresh mountain air make it a perfect spot for a simple family picnic and a relaxing day outdoors.

Freddy LokeIt was good that hotel provide water station for us to stay hydrated, pillow kind of thick & hard.
Hotel was at the end of the road, shared same entrance with Windmills apartment. No proper signage for me as 1st timer. Construction before the hotel made the road in such a mess, lorries driving like F1 chasing us making it so dangerous.

Nestled conveniently near Gohtong Jaya, this location truly stands out. The presence of a 7-Eleven and various restaurants nearby makes it incredibly practical and adds to the overall convenience. The staff were perfectly adequate, handling everything with a decent level of service. Furthermore, the provided car park is a definite bonus, making arrivals and departures hassle-free. All in all, the experience was well worth the price. I will certainly be returning in the future!

Anonymous UserCleanliness - The unit is clean. But found that toilet rug was not changed as it looked dirty and partially wet. Towels with stains. Otherwise, it’s a pretty good stay.
Good location - walkable distance to restaurants and convenience stores
Good and fast service from service crew - no long q for checking in and out
Swimming pool - so many people in swimming pool on weekends, looks like soaking in water instead of swimming, the water didn’t look clean (abit yellow/greenish), recommend to skip swimming ya

The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

Guest UserThe suite was good and spacious. It has balcony and the facility around that area is quite good. The view also nice. There is a few cafe to choose from, and retail outlet like The News and KK Mart outlet. There are basic room item provided such as iron and iron board, slippers, toothbrush, soap & Shampoo, kettle, coffee & tea, mugs, TV, safety box and hair dryer, but there is no mineral/drinking water, small fridge or microwave provided. However the check in is quite tricky as you may find the person arranging check in staying in the alley nearby The News outlet, there is no proper reception counter available. The customer service will not answer your call. They only reply via what's app so do not bother to call, you may get scolded by the lady who answered. This can be said as not a hotel service, so do not expect that kind of services from this provider. It is more like AirBnB style. However it was a nice stay just during the night i don't know why there is strange shouting and yelling and disturbing sound once in a while came out from nowhere. so it's quite disturbing my sleep a few time wake up in a shock hearing something unwelcoming sound. But if your ear is sound proof while sleeping i think it will not becoming a problem to you.

emilyleyiMy stay at the Genting Ion Delmon Hotel was pleasant. I spent a night there and it's conveniently located close to Genting. The hotel's Garden Terrace on the 7th floor offered a good selection of food options. However, it wasn't a standard check-in process. To get the keys, you need to go to the designated parking spot on the 3rd floor of the parking level and find the car to locate the staffs. This Airbnb-style hotel, run by a company, had very helpful staff who explained how to use the hotel's lift. The room was clean, spacious, and conveniently provided essentials like bathroom tissues, shower gel, and towels. We paid a RM 200 deposit in cash upon check-in; our deposit was returned immediately upon checkout at the designated parking lot. Overall, the room was well-worth the value for money.

Anonymous UserRoom look old. Window glass outside also moldy and a lot of algae. We change room 2 time. We choose high floor.
1st change room very Smelly bad odour and feel crippy. Terrible can't stay. Got something pasted at the wall.
2nd change room good and nice smell. Room big and comfort

Fantastic! I absolutely loved it. Everything was so simple and straightforward. The self-check-in process was a breeze – no need to bother anyone. The customer service staff were also wonderful 😊. Nice and very good!

The apartment was sufficient for our family of 7. The amenities provided is also sufficient.
However, the checking in procedure was a bit inefficient. The host could have contacted/WhatsApp me earlier and let me know how exactly to check-in. Rather than I was sent here and there by the people at the hotel.
Another thing, the apartment is on the 10th floor, so I can hear the cars ramming along the road. It was very2 noisy all night.
