Amazing
GGuest UserWe had a pleasant stay. Apt was clean and spacious. Convenient as we could have a good breakfast at one of the shops in the early morning. Would be great if we were told we could book karaoke in advance as we loved yo sing. Nevertheless a comfortable stay with heavenly views of clouds and sky.

Stayed at Electus Windmill Genting and had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The unit was clean, spacious, and well-kept, with a pleasant atmosphere and nice hill views. It’s a good choice if you want a quieter stay away from the crowd while still being close to Genting attractions.
One important tip for future guests: many Grab drivers are reluctant to take trips from Genting Premium Outlets up to the mid-hill / half-hill area, especially during peak hours or bad weather. Grab availability can be inconsistent, so it’s best to plan your transport in advance or allow extra waiting time.
Once you’re settled in, the stay itself is smooth and relaxing. Overall, great value and a solid option for a Genting getaway. Would recommend, just be mindful of transportation logistics 👍

AAnonymous UserWe had an amazing stay at Electus Home Genting! It was the perfect and comfortable home for our two big families. Everything was well-prepared — extra blankets, towels, and complete cooking utensils were all provided, which made our stay so convenient. The big fridge was very useful for storing all our things, and we even enjoyed the bath tub in the master bedroom!
The kids and adults loved the pool, and the rooftop view was spectacular. We even took beautiful family photos there. The gym was also great — my husband managed to keep up with his workout routine.
The location is very convenient with many eateries within walking distance. I personally enjoyed my little coffee date and chatting time there while enjoying the lovely surroundings.
Overall, we had such a fun and relaxing time staying in this house. No regrets at all — we are definitely coming again. Thank you so much, Eugene and the owner, for the wonderful hospitality!

LLohAmandaThe water pressure from the shower is low, one of us had to shower cold water until we manage to figure out the water pump. The host sent their maintenance guy to fix the water pump the next day at 9am (when we were still sleeping). Couldn't find the AC remote, took us 30 minutes to final find it next to one of the beds. The kitchen sink was clogged and making noise. Parking is a hassle as it's open air and you need to park quite a distance if you get back late. It was raining when we arrived, so we were all soaked due to the open air parking.
We called the host at 12am to ask about the water pressure, he was responsive and helped us (over the phone) to sort it out. Water pressure is still low, but I guess that's the ”normal” pressure. Room can fit 6 adults comfortably. Good sound proofing.

VVivienleeys96I stayed here recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is quite convenient—about 7 minutes from Awana Resort and around 20 minutes to SkyAvenue. There are also plenty of shops nearby where you can dine or pick up daily essentials, which made things very convenient.
The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the lifts were fast, so getting to the unit was easy. The unit itself is very spacious, especially for a couple, which made the stay comfortable.
That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. It would be great if the unit provided a kettle or a water filter for added convenience. Also, the water heater took quite a long time to warm up, and the water pressure in the shower was rather weak.
Overall, aside from these minor issues, everything else was very good and I would say it’s definitely worth the price.

Pros:
1) each bedroom equipped with mounted lcd tvs, fan and aircond.
2) large lcd tv in living room, with netflix, youtube
3) plenty of facilities (free) for guests staying.
Cons:
1) Sliding door could not be latched properly. Had requested for someone to come over and check, but there was no follow up. Very dangerous as I had a 4 year old who likes to wander to balcony. This requires constant supervision as sliding door could not be secured.
2) Washer/Dryer leaking. Had to place a floor mat, and manually squeeze the water leaks few times while washing clothes. Else the kitchen floor is slippery due to the water leaks.
3) Parking rate is same as mall patrons which charges per entry per day. So if you enter the day before and exit day after, you will be charged for 2 days rates. Suggest parking rates be disclosed upfront so this can be considered before proceeding with bookings.
4) Unable to fully enjoy the jacuzzi due to faulty wiring causing the particular switch at the DB box to keep triping. No bubbles, no heat adjustment.
5) attached bathroom in master bedroom is transparent glass wall, covered only with curtains. Privacy wise - unsecured 😅.
6) limited choices of shops opened at the mall. Most eateries that are opened are non-halal. Halal options are drinks shop, happy potatoes, CU mart.

If possible, book through Agoda with a different partner so you can find someone at the front desk if issues arise. 7stonez customer service seems to be unreachable in person; they only communicate via WhatsApp. If you're not familiar with PDFs, you'll be left to figure things out on your own. When I checked in, I saw an uncle struggling with it for a long time.
