A Perfect Family Getaway at Rimbara Janda Baik – Highly Recommended! We spent one unforgettable night at the Rimbara villa in Janda Baik, and it exceeded every expectation. Nestled in the heart of nature, this place is a true sanctuary for anyone looking to escape the city hustle. The moment we stepped into the villa, we were greeted by breathtaking greenery and the soothing sound of a gentle stream running right behind the backyard. The kids spent hours splashing around and exploring the clear, cool water – it felt like our own private piece of paradise. Sitting by the小溪 in the morning with a cup of coffee, listening to the birds and the flowing water, was pure therapy. The front yard was an absolute bonus! We had a blast playing pickle ball, shooting hoops on the basketball court, and kicking around a football on the spacious field. It was wonderful to have so many activities just steps from the door – perfect for keeping everyone active and entertained. And let’s talk about the private pool – it was the crown jewel of the villa! Clean, well-maintained, and just the right size for a refreshing dip anytime we wanted. The kids practically lived in it, and we adults enjoyed the luxury of having it all to ourselves. Inside, the villa was immaculate. The rooms were spotlessly clean, with fresh linens and a cozy ambiance. The living room was beautifully decorated – elegant yet inviting, with plenty of space for the whole family to relax together. Every corner of the villa reflected thoughtful care and high standards of cleanliness. My entire family absolutely loved every moment of our stay. From the serene natural surroundings to the fantastic sports facilities and the luxurious private pool, Rimbara Janda Baik offered the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. We’re already planning our next visit! Sure Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) – A hidden gem we’ll never forget!

Room was definitely clean and cozy. There is bathtub for a relaxation soak while you can enjoy the view downwards Chin Swee Temple and Gohtong area (provided clear skies 🤣). Fridge, and microwave oven are provided too. Went to use the swimming facilities. Will go back next time and book with them!

We were a group of three, owner was kind enough to give 2 extra pillows. Fresh bedsheet and a thin blanket was provided for the duvet mattress. Do take note that the duvet mattress is quite thin and can feel the floor, blanket provided for the duvet mattress was also very thin. Ended up placing the duvet mattress on the sofa area and secure with the chair and luggage to support the protruding mattress. Complimentary parking is free. Check in process was not as smooth as I would have liked and instructions were not super clear. Have to get the security guard to open the mail room first, then send the 200RM deposit to them before room number will be given. Pictures provided in the pdf about where to park were not very useful as well. The unit I stayed in was located in D wing, sharing lift lobby with the hotel area, which is using a different lift lobby from the other three wings. The key card to unlock the door is quite funny, placing the key card stationary would not unlock the door, had to slide the key card for the door lock to somehow detect the RFID door key. Cleanliness was quite good, and the place was relatively new. Heater was good as well, even though it stated that 10minutes was required, there was hot water only 2-5mins turning on the heater. Air con was working fine, do note that there are no fans provided. The location is good and very near the mid-hill food area. There was a clinic nearby as well which provides peace of mind. Premium outlets is a 10min drive and the peak hill is around 30mins drive up. Overall not bad for a 4 night stay. Customer service response can be improved though, suggest using 24/7 AI bot to answer basic or even advanced questions.

Spacious and clean, equipped with a TV, air conditioning, fridge, iron, and hairdryer. The 44th floor boasts a beautiful rooftop with a pool, sauna, and glass room, all available for free use. The staff provided excellent service, responding and bringing supplies even in the early hours of the morning. However, the WiFi was very poor and almost unusable. No disposable toiletries like toothbrushes, slippers, or bottled water were provided. The location is a bit far from the cable car station (RM15-17 by Grab) and even further from the mountain top (RM25+ by Grab).

Room quite good after refurbished. The hotel has kindly given me 26th floor with nice golf view. The staffs at Ayu Awana was polite & friendly. I wanted to try the Lodge but it was closed for private events. I went for a walk along the golf course. Had a good morning exercise & ordered hot mocha & cheesecake after the walk. Cheesecake taste need some improvement I guess, overall a good stay for me.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel/apartment. Since it is still newly opened, everything feels clean, modern, and well-maintained. One of the biggest highlights is the swimming pool. It is spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for families. Kids will definitely enjoy spending time in the pool, while adults can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. It's truly an ideal place for family bonding. The room is fully equipped and very comfortable. It comes with air conditioning, a refrigerator, an oven, a touch-screen induction stove, and complete kitchenware, including pots, plates, bowls, cups, and cutlery. It's very convenient if you prefer to prepare your own meals during your stay. The Smart TV is another great feature, offering a wide range of entertainment, including Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Viu, iQIYI, and many other streaming platforms. You'll never run out of things to watch while relaxing in the room. One thing to note is that there was no reception during my stay, as the property uses a self check-in system. All the check-in instructions were sent via WhatsApp in advance. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and if you needed any assistance, you could simply call the host for help. The apartment also does not provide a washing machine, so if you're planning to stay for several days, it's best to bring enough clothes. However, this isn't a major issue, as there are convenient self-service laundry facilities nearby. Although many of the facilities are still under construction, I believe this place will become even more impressive once everything is completed.

The staying experience at ANTARA Premium Suite Genting Highlands, Service Apartment by BYON, Tower B, Level 28, Room 03, was truly thrilling. It is the best location for those looking for something unique, featuring a stunning view that makes you feel like you are above the clouds. There is a 3-storey mall right below, packed with great amenities such as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as a variety of free-access playgrounds. It also features a link bridge where you can take a brisk walk directly to SkyAvenue and the Theme Park. My kids thoroughly enjoyed their time here. Check-in and check-out were extremely fast and hassle-free, and it didn't take long to get the RM200 deposit refunded. Extremely satisfied and highly recommended!

The check-in experience was horrible, was informed by estate management that room was not ready even at 4:30pm (chk in supposed to be 3:00pm). Trip.com has to step in but seems the communication between Trips.com and estate management ((Stonez7) does not go well. I somehow managed to get into the unit at 5.00pm after few round of close follow-up. The room was cosy but cleanliness could be improved. Dust still found on the floor. The shower temperature is hard to control. In most cases, we have to bathe with cold water. We were asked to leave the unit by 11:00am on the final day. Even though we have been informed during check in that they have extended our check out time by additional 2 hours. This is totally a big disappointment as seems there has been miscommunication here and there. Anyway, plus point is that the unit come with balcony and view is nice. We are fortunate to see double rainbow from our balcony.

Our families thoroughly enjoyed the convenient one-night stay in this spacious mid-hill apartment, which offered stunning, misty views of Genting Highlands. While the pool and gym were perfect for the kids and adults to unwind, and on-site restaurant. Overall, the comfortable accommodations provided great value for two families, though better planning for meals is essential.
