GGuest UserThank you for a wonderful stay! The suite was incredibly clean and felt like a home away from home. Having a water dispenser and a fully equipped kitchen with pots, bowls, and plates made things so convenient.
Spending the evening on the balcony watching the sunset over the mountains and clouds was unforgettable. The cool evening breeze and the quiet, peaceful atmosphere at night gave us the perfect night's sleep.

Stayed at Electus Windmill Genting and had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The unit was clean, spacious, and well-kept, with a pleasant atmosphere and nice hill views. It’s a good choice if you want a quieter stay away from the crowd while still being close to Genting attractions.
One important tip for future guests: many Grab drivers are reluctant to take trips from Genting Premium Outlets up to the mid-hill / half-hill area, especially during peak hours or bad weather. Grab availability can be inconsistent, so it’s best to plan your transport in advance or allow extra waiting time.
Once you’re settled in, the stay itself is smooth and relaxing. Overall, great value and a solid option for a Genting getaway. Would recommend, just be mindful of transportation logistics 👍

AAnonymous UserIt's a very new apartment building with a nice balcony overlooking the mountaintop. There's still a lot of construction going on.
The receptionist was very nice.
The room was a dual-key apartment with a private bathroom; cleanliness was okay.
However, the pillows were terrible!
It's alright for one night.
It's more suitable for road trips; free parking is available.

AAUDYMGOHClean apartment with comfortable bed, overall satisfied and we are happy. Location is just walking distance to restaurants, food court, cafes and many convenient shops. The only thing is too noisy as you can hear the race car/motorcycle every time especially in the mid night as it located just at main road even though we are at level 13. Worry less since the bed is so comfortable and can have sweet dream anytime. Will be back again.

LLohAmandaThe water pressure from the shower is low, one of us had to shower cold water until we manage to figure out the water pump. The host sent their maintenance guy to fix the water pump the next day at 9am (when we were still sleeping). Couldn't find the AC remote, took us 30 minutes to final find it next to one of the beds. The kitchen sink was clogged and making noise. Parking is a hassle as it's open air and you need to park quite a distance if you get back late. It was raining when we arrived, so we were all soaked due to the open air parking.
We called the host at 12am to ask about the water pressure, he was responsive and helped us (over the phone) to sort it out. Water pressure is still low, but I guess that's the ”normal” pressure. Room can fit 6 adults comfortably. Good sound proofing.

YYvv YvonneThe hotel's location is good, but be aware that their partner is 7stonez. If possible, book through Agoda with a different partner so you can find someone at the front desk if issues arise. 7stonez customer service seems to be unreachable in person; they only communicate via WhatsApp. If you're not familiar with PDFs, you'll be left to figure things out on your own. When I checked in, I saw an uncle struggling with it for a long time.
