We recently stayed at Crockfords Genting and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. As the premier hotel at Genting Highlands, it truly lives up to its reputation. 🏨 Accommodation Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the view over the highlands was stunning. Everything felt premium — from the modern amenities to the thoughtful little touches that made our stay extra special. 👨💼 Service Service was outstanding across the board. Every staff member we met — from the concierge and front desk to housekeeping and restaurant teams — was polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Special thanks to the concierge team who assisted us with arrangements and recommendations with a warm smile. 📍 Location & Convenience Perfectly connected to SkyAvenue, casinos, and attractions via covered walkways — so easy to get around, even in rain. Yet it remains quiet and private, a true luxury escape above the bustle. 🍽️ Dining & Facilities The facilities are world-class — elegant lobby, relaxing spa, and excellent dining options right within the hotel. Breakfast was high-quality with plenty of variety, and service there was equally attentive.

We still rated 5 stars as our stay was great overall. Just wanted to let you know that even though the ”DO NOT DISTRUB” sign was on, my friend saw staff and the manager opening her door room. Nothing was missing. The air conditioner also couldn't be adjusted, but everything else was fine.

Overall, the resort feels refreshed and in great condition after the renovation. The warm-water swimming pool was definitely a plus point — we enjoyed it so much! 🏊🏻♀️ There are plenty of in-house activities, including family-friendly sports, which kept everyone entertained throughout our stay. The free hourly shuttle to GPO was also very convenient and made getting around so much easier. 👍🏻

Been here a few times as this hotel serve so far one of the best breakfast around the area. The pool is a shared pool with the midhills apartment at tower 2 & 3. This hotel has a free basement parking. Staffs are friendly as well. Easy check in process. The only draw back is the road going to the hotel, the place is still under construction.

My husband suggested this place for our 33rd marriage anniversary and I'm thankful that we came for our 4 nights stay here! We stayed at the Deluxe King Room. Firstly the immediate response with an official/personal email from the GM Mr Tony Teh acknowledging our booking and asking if we needed anything - this is exceptional and personal which gives us such warm feelings even before we started our stay! We forgot to notify in advance about our anniversary, yet upon check in, Mr Hykal who attended to us assured us that he would check about the matter. And just happened Ms Lynn who is the Public Relations in charge was at the Front Office received what I shared and she purposely made a special effort in making the special arrangements upon seeing my email reply to their GM. We chose the Sky Cafe to have our anniversary dinner - The special decorations done in the room (as a surprise to my husband) and the special table set-up for our dinner with a special discount for our anniversary dinner. On top of it the Chef Mr Phyo personally blessed us with his special-bake chocolate cake! The GM personally came up to the Sky Cafe to meet with us, such warmth and kindness! Upon arrival as we were lazy to go out, we ordered room service and the nasi goreng was super yummy! The daily breakfast is amazing - food is delicious (had the chance to chat with the Chef Shahrul), with different spreads throughout our four days. All the staff in the Breakfast place are exceptionally friendly, polite, helpful and always with smiles! These are the personnel that I managed to get their names - At the Front Office, Mr Hykal and Mr Sharul were the first who attended to us with the rest who were very helpful to our enquiries as well: Sofy, Najwa & Syirah. A special shout-out to the Housekeeping team under the leadership of Mr Hafis - who did such a great job in making such special decorations in the room! The Sky Cafe Team who served us during our anniversary dinner - Mr Azrael, Ms Fazlin and Chef Mr Phyo. And the Restaurant great team inside the kitchen and outside the restaurant area under the Manager (I can't recall his name) who were very attentive! Ohh, the night views of Genting Hilltop from the Rooftop Pool area - superb! Mr Tony Teh, you have a great asset - your Team is amazing! Thank you for making our 33rd anniversary a memorable one, and we are already considering coming back again!

This Airbnb looks incredibly cozy and thoughtfully designed. The warm lighting, modern furniture, and clean setup make it feel both stylish and comfortable at the same time. The large TV setup adds a nice touch for relaxing, and the whole space just gives off a calm, homey vibe, perfect for unwinding. The balcony view is absolutely stunning being up high with that misty, almost dreamy atmosphere makes it feel so peaceful and unique. The soft city lights glowing through the fog give it a really cozy, cinematic vibe. It’s the kind of view that makes you just want to slow down and enjoy the moment.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel/apartment. Since it is still newly opened, everything feels clean, modern, and well-maintained. One of the biggest highlights is the swimming pool. It is spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for families. Kids will definitely enjoy spending time in the pool, while adults can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. It's truly an ideal place for family bonding. The room is fully equipped and very comfortable. It comes with air conditioning, a refrigerator, an oven, a touch-screen induction stove, and complete kitchenware, including pots, plates, bowls, cups, and cutlery. It's very convenient if you prefer to prepare your own meals during your stay. The Smart TV is another great feature, offering a wide range of entertainment, including Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Viu, iQIYI, and many other streaming platforms. You'll never run out of things to watch while relaxing in the room. One thing to note is that there was no reception during my stay, as the property uses a self check-in system. All the check-in instructions were sent via WhatsApp in advance. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and if you needed any assistance, you could simply call the host for help. The apartment also does not provide a washing machine, so if you're planning to stay for several days, it's best to bring enough clothes. However, this isn't a major issue, as there are convenient self-service laundry facilities nearby. Although many of the facilities are still under construction, I believe this place will become even more impressive once everything is completed.

The penthouse was surprising nice and beautiful. It’s located on the same level as the check in counter and facing the greenery. Super huge master-bedroom with 2 big king size bed, walk in wardrobe and super big toilet with separate shower and bath tub. 1 common bedroom with attached bathroom, 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. I love the balcony with the mountain view! It may be facing abit of the drive way but you can hardly hear any loud noise. At night you can see the Genting Highland neon lights too. Thou there are some white moth and small insects but It’s very peaceful and quiet at night. In the early morning, extremely relaxing on the sofa sipping coffee, feeling the morning breeze and listening to spa music from the tv and the birds chirping outside the windows. There are various paid tv channels, YouTube channels, auto mahjong table. You can also cook in the big kitchen. Make sure you close the kitchen sliding doors to keep the occasional cars sound from the drive way coming tru the kitchen window. This will also help to keep the living and dinning area cold. You can dine at the vegetarian restaurant before 8.30pm. Cafe and minimart close around 6.30 to 7pm. Drinks vending machine are available 24 hrs. The hotel staff are friendly especially the manager Charlize who is very helpful and responsive almost immediately. You can take the cable car and alight at Chin Swee Station, take the multi tier escalators and small walk to the hotel. Location is very ideal for people who drive. The walk in price is MYR1088 or you can consider paying for upgrade from normal rooms upon checking in if available for a great experience. Whole unit is very big and can accommodate a lot of people.

My experiences stay at Midhills.First night worst, because the aircond not working properly every 1 an hour or 30 minutes shut down. Cannot sleep very well. The next day I had inform receptionist to check then Mr Azim come to check he said censor problem and he is suggest me to change because its to hot and my spouse is pregnant and cannot sleep. The service is very good he know my situation and then Ms Mashitah direct call me to change room. she give me two option which room is suitable for me and wife. Thank you for the good service keep it up!

The room itself was really clean and tidy. The outside of the hotel didn't look great, but the room was lovely. The only downside was the lift; we had to take the stairs when checking out because only one lift was working, which was a bit inconvenient. Everything else was fine for me and my family. Please fix the lifts so more people can use them for check-in and check-out.
