GGuest UserGood location with spectacular view. From parking spot to tower location, clearly instructed. No designated parking, but enough for all. Heated indoor pool, is a must at Genting highland. Cooking utilities all provided and complete. I love it cause we love home cooked. Great stay!

CChloé KohAbsolutely horrid check in and check out process, the counter is at an entirely different hotel which makes no sense at all. You have to climb up and down a hill for checking in and out OR take a taxi. They could at least offer a buggy or something. The walls are paper thin, the corridor has a persistent bad smell with any minor noise exacerbated by the echoes, and the geniuses invented see through blinds where anyone in the corridor can see into your apartment. The toilet smelled terrible, and the TV is not even smart..

IIrene沛廉Had a night stay at this place. The check in counter quite funny as it is not at the property itself. It is at the opposite building. Parking very convenient. Little disappointed with switch as you do not know if the switch button is for on or off. Toilet little bit smelly. My first experience book during the peak period is I have to wait for more than 1/2 hour to get the lift to go down to the parking. In the end I have to squeeze in and went every floor up and go down again..

GGuest UserOur trip to Genting is by car, we are just right outside of the hotel entrance. Open space road side parking, plenty of vacant after 6pm. Check in is fast, front desk staff is very politely and helpful. So does the security officer. Nothing much to talk about the room, just a twin queen sized bed, toilet is small, hot shower is provided. No TV is a surprise to us, but it's doesn't matter becauee we came back to room after 10pm, just bath and sleep for the next day. Level 13 viewing deck has good sunset view of the pagoda. When there is thick fog, Genting looks like a cyberpunk city at night under camera. Level 12 outdoor seating has good morning view too. Our room comes with breakfast, though the breakfast is a bit disappointed. Overall experience of the stay is surely above average.

LLC666The hotel was basic and quite dated. There was no aircon and you can hear the noise from the amusement park and restaurants all day. Location is prime if you are staying to watch concert at the Arena of Stars. But seriously lack of service as it would take you at least 45 mins to check in unless you use those self checkin machine. No facilities and you have to go to another hotel for breakfast. No signage or whatever and it's quite easy to get lost.

FFaizal ArisThis property located at a good location in genting permai where surrounded with many facilities such as KK mart, 7eleven, food stall, starbucks, patrol station. The aparment amenities is quite good where has a roof top swimming pool. Indoor ping pong room & gym. About the properties experiences, the property is well clean, nice interior design however i just a bit dissatisfied on the air cond under master room where it was autamatically stop after 10-15 minutes operated with it was default on the timer even try top reset it but it still happen. The aircond also is not really cool. Maybe the maple technician must look into this as priority. This also for the ceiling Fan inside the master room only can go for speed number 4. Other than that is not functioning . All the rest for me is good. This time visit i give 3 star out of 5. TQ

GGuest UserThe apartment was sufficient for our family of 7. The amenities provided is also sufficient.
However, the checking in procedure was a bit inefficient. The host could have contacted/WhatsApp me earlier and let me know how exactly to check-in. Rather than I was sent here and there by the people at the hotel.
Another thing, the apartment is on the 10th floor, so I can hear the cars ramming along the road. It was very2 noisy all night.

Check-in took over an hour (the self-service machine showed an error, so I had to take a number and wait in line at the counter), but check-out was quick (self-service). I booked two Y5 triple rooms; they were very small. The door lock looked like it had been tampered with and repaired, the security latch was crooked, and the sink stopper was broken, but the shower pressure was strong enough. When I pulled back the covers, there was someone else's hair, and the bed sheets had small holes.

GGuest UserThe room itself was really clean and tidy. The outside of the hotel didn't look great, but the room was lovely. The only downside was the lift; we had to take the stairs when checking out because only one lift was working, which was a bit inconvenient. Everything else was fine for me and my family. Please fix the lifts so more people can use them for check-in and check-out.
