3-Star Hotels in Bentong

It was a pleasant 2nights stay. Before, we checked in, we need to contact them in order to get the check-in instructions. The instructions were very clear and good. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The apartment is very cozy. When we checked in, the place was clean, just that there was a smell at the toilet but they quickly took action. I'm happy that they have taken our request seriously and attended to it quickly. We can easily pass our time in the apartment as they have a smart TV and we able to watch many movies. However, not much eating places. Nearby, there's a 7-eleven, Hard Rock cafe, Yunnan restaurant - within walking distance. There are plenty of parking space and happy that it's free parking. If I plan to stay in Ion Delemen, I'll definitely choose this again.

Rooms were decent. Service from front counter was very good. They have good response to phone calls. They have buggy service that can take you around the place. Had unpleasent experience with food. Hope this place can improve on their food taste. Below average for the food price that is paid.

Overall, my experience was pretty good, and we stayed for two nights. The room was clean, comfortable, and the view was fantastic; we could see Genting Highlands directly from our window. The location is very convenient with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making shopping and dining hassle-free. Plus, it's a short drive to Genting Premium Outlet. The only downside was how long check-in took. We queued at the registration point in another building at 4 PM and didn't get checked in until after 5 PM, with a lot of people crowded together. Despite that, the overall experience was positive, and I'd definitely come back again.

I am very disappointed that the pillowcase smells bad—it seems unwashed. I couldn't sleep until midnight because my neck and back are very itchy.The most important thing for us when we travel is to get enough sleep. We hope relevant authorities will pay attention to this issue and provide assistance.

First to compliment about cleanliness, it is very clean. However, there are too many downsides: ~It was a very noisy night, as located badly next to the road, midnight cars and motorcycles were racing all the night with super loud exhaust clearly heard very bad soundproof. Window must be kept open as no aircond. ~Next is the price, walk in is alot cheaper than booking anywhere online. ~Shower is not hot at all, bad quality. No hair dryer provided. ~No WiFi is provided. Hence be prepared to use your own mobile data. ~Toilet door is badly built can’t close.

1) Toilet smelt of urine upon ckecked-in… 2) Washing machine faulty n leaked to parquet floor… we had to mopped the floor upon noticing the leak. 3) Balcony sliding door cannot lock. Families with small children to be careful as there are chairs at balcony 4) But location is very accessible to eateries/minimarts/laundry service.

Great view from the room We secured a room on a high floor with great panoramic view of genting Highlands. Check in was smooth. Clear instructions given by host. Need to give 100rm deposit for key card. Room was huge and clean. Within the condo, there are plenty of eateries. 15 mins drive to genting Highland. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay here.

The apartment was sufficient for our family of 7. The amenities provided is also sufficient. However, the checking in procedure was a bit inefficient. The host could have contacted/WhatsApp me earlier and let me know how exactly to check-in. Rather than I was sent here and there by the people at the hotel. Another thing, the apartment is on the 10th floor, so I can hear the cars ramming along the road. It was very2 noisy all night.

Best place! Management is currently upgrading it further... There's a swimming pool, a clubhouse where families can relax, play billiards, ping-pong, badminton, and just chill... There's also a karaoke room, and the staff member named Amad provides excellent service! He's friendly and welcoming to guests, even coming to sort things out late at night if needed.

The room itself was really clean and tidy. The outside of the hotel didn't look great, but the room was lovely. The only downside was the lift; we had to take the stairs when checking out because only one lift was working, which was a bit inconvenient. Everything else was fine for me and my family. Please fix the lifts so more people can use them for check-in and check-out.
