The hospitality was truly awesome. I would like to thank Ms. AINA for going above and beyond to arrange everything for me and my family. We missed a day, but Ms. AINA made us feel right at home. Her level of commitment is outstanding — she’s a real gem and someone who helps guests feel valued and well taken care of. The room itself was fantastic and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only drawback was that we noticed baby cockroaches behind and around the refrigerator area, and there were some spider webs in the room. Other than that, everything was fine. Disappointed booking experience with Trip.com to Karak Orchard Resort. Booking transaction completed with E-receipt given but resort didn't receive the booking. Room is clean and tidy. Facilities are old and not so well maintain. Breakfast is pretty standard, nothing too special.

Had a night stay at this place. The check in counter quite funny as it is not at the property itself. It is at the opposite building. Parking very convenient. Little disappointed with switch as you do not know if the switch button is for on or off. Toilet little bit smelly. My first experience book during the peak period is I have to wait for more than 1/2 hour to get the lift to go down to the parking. In the end I have to squeeze in and went every floor up and go down again..

The room is clean, the condo facilities is good. However, the check in process was a bit complicated as it had to be done at a different condo.

Our trip to Genting is by car, we are just right outside of the hotel entrance. Open space road side parking, plenty of vacant after 6pm. Check in is fast, front desk staff is very politely and helpful. So does the security officer. Nothing much to talk about the room, just a twin queen sized bed, toilet is small, hot shower is provided. No TV is a surprise to us, but it's doesn't matter becauee we came back to room after 10pm, just bath and sleep for the next day. Level 13 viewing deck has good sunset view of the pagoda. When there is thick fog, Genting looks like a cyberpunk city at night under camera. Level 12 outdoor seating has good morning view too. Our room comes with breakfast, though the breakfast is a bit disappointed. Overall experience of the stay is surely above average.

This property located at a good location in genting permai where surrounded with many facilities such as KK mart, 7eleven, food stall, starbucks, patrol station. The aparment amenities is quite good where has a roof top swimming pool. Indoor ping pong room & gym. About the properties experiences, the property is well clean, nice interior design however i just a bit dissatisfied on the air cond under master room where it was autamatically stop after 10-15 minutes operated with it was default on the timer even try top reset it but it still happen. The aircond also is not really cool. Maybe the maple technician must look into this as priority. This also for the ceiling Fan inside the master room only can go for speed number 4. Other than that is not functioning . All the rest for me is good. This time visit i give 3 star out of 5. TQ

Love room view, parking lot, very cool weather, better than Genting. The room toilet needs an extra floor mat; otherwise, the floor is very wet, and you'll step until the bed. The balcony should have a chair/table to enjoy the view. Taking the lift is most difficult. I checked out early but waited for 1 hour just for the lift. Checking out of the parking also had long queues for me. Nothing is cheap eating there. Even having a video guide to the room is also complicated; it's from one tower to another tower, lift to another lift, especially if it's your first time going. If you go there and don't go anywhere, it's the best place to relax.I more for suggestion better but not complain .

The apartment was sufficient for our family of 7. The amenities provided is also sufficient. However, the checking in procedure was a bit inefficient. The host could have contacted/WhatsApp me earlier and let me know how exactly to check-in. Rather than I was sent here and there by the people at the hotel. Another thing, the apartment is on the 10th floor, so I can hear the cars ramming along the road. It was very2 noisy all night.

Lilla Resort Janda Baik is a peaceful and refreshing getaway, perfect for anyone looking to escape the busy city. The resort is surrounded by nature, with clean and spacious rooms that feel cozy and well-maintained. The environment is quiet, relaxing, and suitable for families, couples, or small groups. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere is calm and enjoyable. However, because the resort is close to nature, ants can sometimes appear in the rooms and even get into the beds and toilets. It’s recommended to bring some insect repellents just in case. Overall, it’s still a pleasant stay with good service and a beautiful natural setting—great for a peaceful break if you don’t mind a bit of nature coming indoors.

The room itself was really clean and tidy. The outside of the hotel didn't look great, but the room was lovely. The only downside was the lift; we had to take the stairs when checking out because only one lift was working, which was a bit inconvenient. Everything else was fine for me and my family. Please fix the lifts so more people can use them for check-in and check-out.
