GGuest UserThe room was very neat, beautiful, and well-arranged. The atmosphere inside the room was very comfortable and peaceful. The view from the room was truly beautiful, making me feel so relaxed just looking at the scenery. It was truly a great stay! The admin was also very kind and helpful because we chose the wrong room and they allowed us to upgrade. 🤭

Had unpleasent experience with food. Hope this place can improve on their food taste. Below average for the food price that is paid.

GGuest UserI am very disappointed that the pillowcase smells bad—it seems unwashed. I couldn't sleep until midnight because my neck and back are very itchy.The most important thing for us when we travel is to get enough sleep. We hope relevant authorities will pay attention to this issue and provide assistance.

2) Washing machine faulty n leaked to parquet floor… we had to mopped the floor upon noticing the leak.
3) Balcony sliding door cannot lock. Families with small children to be careful as there are chairs at balcony
4) But location is very accessible to eateries/minimarts/laundry service.

these were only minor inconveniences - the location being slightly difficult to access and the room a bit hard to find, everything else went well.
The room also offers a nice view—.The room was clean and well-organized, reflecting good housekeeping standards and attention to detail.

GGuest UserThe apartment was sufficient for our family of 7. The amenities provided is also sufficient.
However, the checking in procedure was a bit inefficient. The host could have contacted/WhatsApp me earlier and let me know how exactly to check-in. Rather than I was sent here and there by the people at the hotel.
Another thing, the apartment is on the 10th floor, so I can hear the cars ramming along the road. It was very2 noisy all night.

The hotel was near with genting skyworld while need to walk around 10 to 15 minutes through the shopping area to get to the indoor theme park. The parking was not included. You need to pay max RM11 parking for a day. Breakfast buffet was so satisfying.

The unit was clean and well-maintained, and the place itself feels modern and decent. Amenities are sufficient for a short stay, and everything worked as expected.
Location-wise, it’s actually fine. While it’s not directly inside the main Genting area, I had no issues getting around because there is a shuttle bus provided to Resorts World Genting, which makes access convenient. Once you factor that in, the location works well.
Service was okay, nothing exceptional, but smooth and hassle-free.
Overall, a good option if you want a comfortable stay near Genting without paying premium hotel prices. I would consider staying again.

GGuest UserStay on: 1st May-3rd May'26#rm4641. The stay had its ups and downs. The biggest drawback was the bathroom — it was extremely small, uncomfortable, and lacked even basic space to change clothes. There was only a single hook outside the bathroom to hang clothing, which made things quite inconvenient.
The room view was also disappointing, facing a concrete canopy slab that felt unattractive.
On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient, which helped make up for some of the shortcomings. Unfortunately, there were no better room options available at the time of booking, so we had to settle for the standard room.
Overall, not the most comfortable stay in terms of room quality, but the great location helped balance the experience.

GGuest UserThe room itself was really clean and tidy. The outside of the hotel didn't look great, but the room was lovely. The only downside was the lift; we had to take the stairs when checking out because only one lift was working, which was a bit inconvenient. Everything else was fine for me and my family. Please fix the lifts so more people can use them for check-in and check-out.
