MMystery solvedThe stay was good, clean, and easy access to the mall, casino and sky avenue. However be prepared for a 100m run from the entrance to your hotel room, it is actually wide enough and quite a nice walk 🤭 staff were well trained and attentive to any needs or questions you may have, not sure what amenities the hotel has as there wasn’t any that had directional cues for guests, so I’m guessing there aren’t any? I may be wrong

AAnnLsyGood for family with young kids. The facilities is friendly to kids. Warm water pool and lawn for kids to run. Few restaurants inside the resorts. You can also drive out to nearby Gohtong Jaya, lots of choices.
Cleanliness is well maintained. Although there are some minor need to be improved. But overall acceptable.
Staff are friendly.
There is hot and cold water dispenser. So no need to worry about making milk for babies and young kids. Electric kettle in room but we no use.

CChiang IreneWe still rated 5 stars as our stay was great overall. Just wanted to let you know that even though the ”DO NOT DISTRUB” sign was on, my friend saw staff and the manager opening her door room. Nothing was missing. The air conditioner also couldn't be adjusted, but everything else was fine.

View memang cantik, sejuk dan tenang. Room besar, bersih dan selesa especially untuk family trip. Swimming pool pun best, sesuai untuk budak-budak dan dewasa. Breakfast variety okay dan sedap. Staff friendly & check-in process agak smooth.
Location pun strategic sebab dekat dengan GPO dan Genting area.

VVivienleeys96I stayed here recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is quite convenient—about 7 minutes from Awana Resort and around 20 minutes to SkyAvenue. There are also plenty of shops nearby where you can dine or pick up daily essentials, which made things very convenient.
The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the lifts were fast, so getting to the unit was easy. The unit itself is very spacious, especially for a couple, which made the stay comfortable.
That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. It would be great if the unit provided a kettle or a water filter for added convenience. Also, the water heater took quite a long time to warm up, and the water pressure in the shower was rather weak.
Overall, aside from these minor issues, everything else was very good and I would say it’s definitely worth the price.

AAnonymous UserWe had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel despite it being new. From the moment we arrived, there was a strong drainage smell in the lobby, which was already off-putting.
Check-in was extremely slow and disorganized. Even though we were the only guests checking in at the time, it took more than 30 minutes just to receive our room key. When we finally entered the room, we were surprised to find that it was not the room type we had booked.
We had to call reservations ourselves to seek clarification, but no proper follow-up was given. When we returned to the reception, the staff seemed unaware of the issue. After further checking, we were informed that the room we had booked was no longer available. This was very disappointing, especially since we had already paid in advance. It is unacceptable that a confirmed booking was not honored, and even more concerning that staff were instructed not to disclose the real reason.
Eventually, they offered us a different themed room, but by then we were already exhausted from waiting and dealing with the situation. We accepted it just to move on, but the experience completely ruined what was meant to be a birthday surprise for our daughter, for which we had specifically paid extra.
To make matters worse, the bathroom had a strong drainage smell that was very difficult to tolerate. Although the room itself was clean, the odor made the stay uncomfortable, and we were simply waiting to check out.
Facilities were generally okay, and the buffet breakfast had a good variety. However, the food was quite tasteless.

Had unpleasent experience with food. Hope this place can improve on their food taste. Below average for the food price that is paid.

Nnajihah sidikThe room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The view from the room was nice. The hotel was near with genting skyworld while need to walk around 10 to 15 minutes through the shopping area to get to the indoor theme park. The parking was not included. You need to pay max RM11 parking for a day. Breakfast buffet was so satisfying.

HHAFIZAH BAHRINThe hotel was dirty. When I checked in around 3 p.m., there was hair in the room and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The staff were quite unfriendly and did not explain things properly. Lastly, the hotel felt creepy and uncomfortable. 🥲
