Great
MMystery solvedThe stay was good, clean, and easy access to the mall, casino and sky avenue. However be prepared for a 100m run from the entrance to your hotel room, it is actually wide enough and quite a nice walk 🤭 staff were well trained and attentive to any needs or questions you may have, not sure what amenities the hotel has as there wasn’t any that had directional cues for guests, so I’m guessing there aren’t any? I may be wrong
SSIMON760510”Amazing stay! 😍 Huge king bed, super cozy space, and a big bathtub to chill in. 👍”
A breakfast buffet is included, offering a standard comparable to a four- star hotel.
The only drawback of the stay was that the room faced the main road and was quite noisy.
CChiang IreneWe still rated 5 stars as our stay was great overall. Just wanted to let you know that even though the ”DO NOT DISTRUB” sign was on, my friend saw staff and the manager opening her door room. Nothing was missing. The air conditioner also couldn't be adjusted, but everything else was fine.
GGuest UserA very nice place to relax and enjoy away from the busy life in the city.Good ambience.Very friendly staff and easy to approach.Had a campfire at night.Easy to book grab if you dont drive.Had a free breakfast and the food was very nice and they will put the pack breakfast in your basket which is numbered according to your room number. We had a comfortable stay and highly recommended if you like a relaxing place.
VVacay_LoverThis is the 2nd time we stayed here and we never regret chosing Swiss Garden as our preferred hote. Our unit is facing the mountain view and we love the it. There are 1 room with queen bed and 1 room with single bed. Each room has aircond. No aircond at the living room but it’s already cool outside. It also has 2 bathrooms inside. There are 2 pools for kids and 1 adult pool. Our kids enjoyed very much there. With all the facilities provided and friendly staff to assist us, for sure we will stay there again in our next trip.
LLAYCHEN YAPStayed at 1001 Nights Hotel Genting Highlands, Trademark Collection by Wyndham and had a great experience. I arrived very late around 4am (due to avoid Raya Highway Traffic Jam), but the customer service was excellent and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which I really appreciated after a long journey.
The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable for a good rest. Even though my booking didn’t include breakfast, the overall stay was still very satisfying. The hotel has a nice atmosphere and is suitable for a short getaway in Genting Highlands.
Overall, a pleasant stay with good service. Would recommend for those looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
AAnonymous UserWe had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel despite it being new. From the moment we arrived, there was a strong drainage smell in the lobby, which was already off-putting.
Check-in was extremely slow and disorganized. Even though we were the only guests checking in at the time, it took more than 30 minutes just to receive our room key. When we finally entered the room, we were surprised to find that it was not the room type we had booked.
We had to call reservations ourselves to seek clarification, but no proper follow-up was given. When we returned to the reception, the staff seemed unaware of the issue. After further checking, we were informed that the room we had booked was no longer available. This was very disappointing, especially since we had already paid in advance. It is unacceptable that a confirmed booking was not honored, and even more concerning that staff were instructed not to disclose the real reason.
Eventually, they offered us a different themed room, but by then we were already exhausted from waiting and dealing with the situation. We accepted it just to move on, but the experience completely ruined what was meant to be a birthday surprise for our daughter, for which we had specifically paid extra.
To make matters worse, the bathroom had a strong drainage smell that was very difficult to tolerate. Although the room itself was clean, the odor made the stay uncomfortable, and we were simply waiting to check out.
Facilities were generally okay, and the buffet breakfast had a good variety. However, the food was quite tasteless.
Overall, this was a very disappointing stay,
LLoshshana PurushothmanRooms were decent. Service from front counter was very good. They have good response to phone calls. They have buggy service that can take you around the place. Had unpleasent experience with food. Hope this place can improve on their food taste. Below average for the food price that is paid.
HHAFIZAH BAHRINThe hotel was dirty. When I checked in around 3 p.m., there was hair in the room and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The staff were quite unfriendly and did not explain things properly. Lastly, the hotel felt creepy and uncomfortable. 🥲
EEnchanteLilla Resort Janda Baik is a peaceful and refreshing getaway, perfect for anyone looking to escape the busy city. The resort is surrounded by nature, with clean and spacious rooms that feel cozy and well-maintained. The environment is quiet, relaxing, and suitable for families, couples, or small groups.
The staff are friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere is calm and enjoyable. However, because the resort is close to nature, ants can sometimes appear in the rooms and even get into the beds and toilets. It’s recommended to bring some insect repellents just in case.
Overall, it’s still a pleasant stay with good service and a beautiful natural setting—great for a peaceful break if you don’t mind a bit of nature coming indoors.
