I had a great stay at Crockfords Genting. The service was excellent, and the staff were professional and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a true luxury feel. The hotel’s atmosphere was calm and elegant, and the location within Resorts World Genting was very convenient. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

The facilities, including the swimming pool and dining options, were well maintained and enjoyable. The complimentary shuttle service to Genting Highlands was also very convenient. If you're visiting with family, bring a picnic mat, some snacks, a kite, and bubble toys for the kids. There's a big field for children to run around and play while you relax and enjoy the surroundings. The beautiful greenery and fresh mountain air make it a perfect spot for a simple family picnic and a relaxing day outdoors. Overall, Awana Genting Resort is a great choice for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with easy access to Genting Highlands. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to families, couples, and anyone seeking a quiet retreat in nature.

We had a splendid staycation here at Geo Resort & Hotel. Starting with a smooth check in process, easy access parking, there were mini stalls just outside the hotel lobby until 10pm, the hotel located very near to lots of eateries & convenient stores. We had our dinner at Mohd Chan just walking distance from the hotel. The hotel room was cozy & clean enough. The amenities provided were good, I love the shower gel & shampoo because they smelled so refreshing. The breakfast spread was limited but tasted excellent! Please try their roti canai, so good! I would recommend this hotel to anyine coming to Genting Highlands. We look forward for our next staycation here.

A Gem Near Gohtong Jaya Nestled conveniently near Gohtong Jaya, this location truly stands out. The presence of a 7-Eleven and various restaurants nearby makes it incredibly practical and adds to the overall convenience. The staff were perfectly adequate, handling everything with a decent level of service. Furthermore, the provided car park is a definite bonus, making arrivals and departures hassle-free. All in all, the experience was well worth the price. I will certainly be returning in the future!

Disappointed booking experience with Trip.com to Karak Orchard Resort. Booking transaction completed with E-receipt given but resort didn't receive the booking. Room is clean and tidy. Facilities are old and not so well maintain. Breakfast is pretty standard, nothing too special.

I recently stayed at Hotel Seri Malaysia Genting Highlands for one night. The hotel has a rather dated appearance, and many aspects of the room, including the bed, wardrobe, and furnishings, seem unchanged for many years. While the room was spacious, the overall condition could benefit from refurbishment. The room itself was reasonably clean, but the bathroom was less impressive. There were visible signs of mould and some dirt buildup, particularly in certain areas of the toilet. One of the biggest drawbacks of my stay was the noise level. The hotel is located close to the main road at Gohtong Jaya, and traffic noise could be heard clearly throughout the night. As a result, I found it difficult to get a deep and restful sleep. Overall, the hotel may be suitable for a short one-night stay if you’re simply looking for a place to rest before heading to Genting Highlands. However, for a stay of two or three nights, I would probably consider other options, especially if sleep quality and comfort are important to you.

The hotel was basic and quite dated. There was no aircon and you can hear the noise from the amusement park and restaurants all day. Location is prime if you are staying to watch concert at the Arena of Stars. But seriously lack of service as it would take you at least 45 mins to check in unless you use those self checkin machine. No facilities and you have to go to another hotel for breakfast. No signage or whatever and it's quite easy to get lost.

Room look old. Window glass outside also moldy and a lot of algae. We change room 2 time. We choose high floor. 1st change room very Smelly bad odour and feel crippy. Terrible can't stay. Got something pasted at the wall. 2nd change room good and nice smell. Room big and comfort @Guest if need to stay here please check the room first. If uncomfortable please ask the lobby customer service for change. .

There are special kiosk for self check in for booking via Trip or other platform. Mistake to choose a smoking room, we wait for counter service around 3 hours to change non-smoking room. Great location, walking distance to casino, sky avenue and sky world theme park. Many delicious food around but overall quite high price

However, because the resort is close to nature, ants can sometimes appear in the rooms and even get into the beds and toilets. It’s recommended to bring some insect repellents just in case. Overall, it’s still a pleasant stay with good service and a beautiful natural setting—great for a peaceful break if you don’t mind a bit of nature coming indoors.
