Advantages: good service, very rich breakfast and dinner buffet, beautiful environment, great beach outside the hotel.

Simply WoW We friends and family visited Taj Bentota Srilanka in May 2024. The Indian Culinary experience with Sous Chef Dalip Singhji was exceptional. We were delighted with the choice of food and the service. We will highly recommend this hotel. Best Regards, Punit

The legendary Taj hospitality is out on full display at this recently renovated resort property. Full marks to the entire team, including those at the Front Office, the restaurants, the housekeeping and the property maintenance guys and girls. Cecil at Tease, Sam & Pabasara at the all day restaurant and many others who's name I can't recall were all great. Definitely one of the best options in and around Bentota

we were at Taj for 2 days for our wedding anniversary, Mr Nilaj decorated very nice towel art and provided very good services. got early check in thanks to reception team and entire hotel staff, they all are very kind 7 helpful. simply love this !!!

I'm an epicure member for the reason that Taj is one of the best in it's industry standards. Me and my family were on vacation, we were staying for 4 nights. First, I want to take Mr.Kishan (Duty Manager), who helped in upgrading our room when there was issue reported in our assigned room. Then complete heart loving thanks to Cheif Mahendran, who prepared everything for kids. Any custom menu dish we asked. He was able to do it and give. He is specialised in India cuisine and spoke English & Tamil very well. If you are going with infants, you can directly ask him for any help and favour in preparing specially for kids. I'm referring to these two names, since we got to talk with them and they were really good people, who took care of us on a foreign land. Other staff members were also equally good as well.

We had a wonderful experience at the property. The location is superb. The beach is one of the best I have seen. Soft sand, gentle slope, great waves and loads of fun. The service was excellent. Special mention to the food and the effort the staff took to go out of the way to prepare food that we liked. Couldn't have asked for anything better for a family holiday. Added bonus was the water sports and other activities available at walking distance from the resort. And the icing on the cake was all this at an affordable cost.
