Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es wurde aber bereits damit begonnen die Zimmer sukzessive zu renovieren. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit im Hotel waren herausragend. Insbesondere möchten wir uns im Service bei Sam bedanken. Sam besticht mit seiner unaufdringlichen Freundlichkeit und er hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt noch bevor wir ihn ausgesprochen haben. Vielen Dank noch einmal auf diesem Weg dafür. Im Housekeeping möchten wir uns auch bei Nilai bedanken. Stets mit einem Lächeln hat er unser Zimmer täglich zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gereinigt und seine Handtuchkunst war super. Jeden Tag wurden wir mit anderen Figuren auf unserem Bett erfreut. Insgesamt können wir dieses Hotel auf das wärmste Empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank von Stefan und Jörg aus Zimmer 633

We were on a family holiday and we had a wonderful time. The property is an excellent property with easy access to a lovely beach with soft sand and a great sea. The experience was mad eevn more special because of the exellent service offered. I would like ot single out the Palms restaurant for making food to our taste outside the Menu and and special thanks to Chef Piyush who was instrumental in providing us with some excellent food and even cuisines like mexican which were not on the menu. This was our first time at this property as usually we go to Taj Goa but we found this to be an amazing experince and plan to go back surely. Overall a really wonderful property and experience.

Very good experience at Taj Hotel - very good staff and service. Food was also very good, with ample Indian options if you need. The overall facilities were very nice. We could have booked a bigger room with bath tub, we realised later. Best place to relax and with close beach access.

During our 2 N stay in this beautiful resort of Taj Bentota, we felt that we are on a different planet. Right from check in to Checkout,every moment was mesmerizing . Delicious food and especially under prompt attention in detail by chief chef Piyush Mishra was noteworthy.we had Veg Dum Biryani, chicken Tikka, Panner tikka and samosa on these stay and lived these all. Mr Piyush was kind enough to arrange for us a take away snack at the time of check out..He was even going table to table to look after all guest. Another attendent ( Jeneth??) was also very sincere. Resort has made us happier by upgrading our room for a nicer sea view.. House keeping staff too were regularly checking out on service. One suggestion,I provided house keeping team, to provide liquid soap instead of small soap. I can simply say" Wah Taj"

Great hotel and outstanding staff, curry breakfast particular good , Chinese crab excellent , all curry’s good around the pool staff very efficient, towels and beds instantly set out , fab views from pool , the rooms very comfy with a different towel animal everyday

Wonderful property with amazing views, in Bentota you don’t have too much things to visit outside. Taj hotel that’s why taking care of these things and they are arranging whole day activities to occupy their. Breakfast you have good options too, swimming pool is awesome.
