During the stay, any problems encountered can be solved in time, which makes people feel intimate. The hotel's room service is also very good, the room is clean and tidy, the items are neatly arranged, and there are sleeping tea bags, which can be enjoyed every day. Really great recommendation.

The overall stay experience exceeded expectations! ! I didn't expect there to be such a great hotel in Benxi with such fine details. When I came here, it had just opened for trial operation. It was very new, but it had no smell. The deodorization was very good. The overall hotel design is very stylish and tonal. The original wood style design is very comfortable. The glass corridor from the first floor to the second floor gives a great feeling of space. The room recommends a large sunny bed with a private bath and the water is very good and hot. The water is filled quickly, the room is large, the bathroom scent is good, and the whole house is smart and modern. It is worth mentioning that the service attitude of the hotel staff is very good. The girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic and treats every guest very polite and friendly. The manager who should be a short-haired man is very considerate in handling our room upgrade. Among the girls, we needed some cleaning tools, and we found help to deliver them. I have stayed in many hotels in the Northeast on business trips, and I feel that the overall hotel quality is four-star or above. The Yiyi and Atour All Seasons are in the same echelon. I will come back to Benxi next time.

I stayed during the Chinese New Year. I was very touched on the evening of the New Year's Eve. When I came back, I found that I sent a plate of dumplings 🥟 so warm ～. The service is warm, the room is clean and tidy, and the location is quiet.

This is second time to visit this hotel, mainly for the fact that it is one of the few better hotels in Benxi and the only one with a swimming pool. The pool is not big, but enough to swim a few laps up and down. The adjacent gym is available, but unfortunately, according to hotel policies guests can only use the gym or gym+pool at the same time and not at different times like early morning and late afternoon or evenings. So the gym is pretty much abandoned, nobody uses it. The changing room is cramp and not very clean. Hot water from the showers is acceptable. Perhaps the two ladies and guy at the counter can do more to maintain the changing rooms rather than sit down all day playing with their phones. The guy waiting at the pool area acting as ”lifeguard” for a 1.3-1.5m deep pool is not necessary at all. The room we booked was fine. Warm, spacious and clean. The interior is clearly showing its age and we saw scratches on the bathroom door from years of sliding in and out. It would be nice to have power outlets on both sides of the bed for personal phones and tablets. The bathroom was surprisingly cramp, however the shower provided ample space. The restaurants and shops inside all looked closed inside the hotel so we visited a small shopping mall next door for food and groceries. For Benxi, it will be hard to find anything better because there aren't many options out there. This is why we'll probably come back again.

A very satisfying stay experience. When we arrived at the hotel parking lot, we met the proprietress who was seeing off guests. She knew we were guests and greeted us very warmly, helped us carry our luggage, helped us plan our itinerary, and let us see the most beautiful red leaves. The hotel has complete facilities, large rooms, a small bridge in the courtyard, flowing water, fish swimming freely, and a rich breakfast. I would recommend her first to friends who go to Benxi.

I chose a weekday trip with my sister to avoid the weekend, but it seems that there are a lot of people by the river in Benxi. It is really difficult to find a quiet place. I wanted to go back to the house and I was still reluctant to find this homestay. We are not sensitive to the geographical location and feel like entering the city according to the navigation (the mood was a bit low at the time, I wanted to escape the hustle and bustle of the city). I was very happy when I found that I turned into the path and then I wanted to be quiet. #The service has a housekeeper to help us deliver our luggage, and the service staff is very good at everyone on call. #The sanitary room is very clean and the bedding is comfortable. #The room facilities are complete, the room has the taste of logs, and the boss is very careful. #The restaurant really has no hope for the food. I feel that the restaurant in the hotel tastes at most not difficult to eat. I didn't expect the fresh ingredients to be unexpectedly delicious. Later, I chatted with the boss and heard that the yard was not external before. More people came slowly to achieve the current homestay. Many guests are chefs who come to eat and gather specially. Breakfast is simple but not fooled. I heard from the boss that the opening has been expanded every year since, and the mountain platform is currently doing camping areas. I look forward to a better experience next time!
