The hotel lobby has a nice ambiance and offers complimentary drinks. The front desk service is excellent; they provided two bottles of warm water and even gave the children a small toy, which was very thoughtful. The elevator requires a card swipe, which is very safe, and there's also a toy area. The rooms are clean and look quite new. The housekeeping staff were extremely friendly. The front desk service was fantastic; it made me feel right at home.

The room was very spacious, with two bedrooms and a living room. Each bedroom had an en-suite bathroom and a large 1.8-meter bed, all with windows. The living room was also huge, with a big sofa, plenty of space for belongings. The room was clean and tidy, though there weren't many hangers initially, but the front desk sent some up when we called. The room wasn't damp and had no strange odors, and there was plenty of hot water. It's not far from the square and night market. Parking in front of the hotel is limited, but you can park nearby. Breakfast wasn't extensive but was adequate.

Cleanliness: The hotel maintained exceptional cleanliness. The beds were comfortable, and the cleanliness and sanitation made it feel very comfortable and reassuring. Transportation: Located in the center of Benxi, there are direct buses to various nearby attractions, including the Shuidong Grand Canyon, which is very convenient. Service: Attentive, from the front desk to the room service, it made everyone feel comfortable and happy. Facilities: Newly renovated and fully equipped. Overall impression: This hotel was a fantastic experience! Excellent value for money!

Fantastic find after our usual hotel was under renovation. Location was just outside the railway station so highly convenient especially if you are carrying multiple luggages. There is washing machine and a dryer available which we were able to use without any issues and the room was nice and warm with hot water. The only issue I had was getting to the dining area where you need to use the stairs to access a hidden part of the building. Breakfast was decent!

The location is fantastic, right next to Benxi Station. The environment is pretty good, and it's great value for money. However, if you have high standards, it might not be the best fit. The service was perfunctory, especially one of the front desk staff. The door lock in our room was broken and wouldn't close. She claimed that 'no room in the hotel can be locked.' Yet, the second room she showed us *could* be locked, and we even demonstrated it in front of her, but she still argued.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel! The environment was very comfortable, not noisy, and very relaxing. The room was fully equipped with everything I needed, so I didn't have to look for anything else. I have to praise the front desk lady, Xiao Meng, the quick check-in and check-out assistant. She patiently answered any questions I had, and her service was exceptionally thoughtful. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless sheets, quilt covers, and the bathroom. I felt reassured. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The host was incredibly thoughtful, sending detailed directions and check-in instructions in advance, and even recommending local hidden gems and eateries. The decor was stylish and very photogenic, with excellent natural light. Overall, a perfect experience!
