You have to take off your shoes as soon as you enter the lobby, and hotel staff will help you clean the wheels of your suitcase when you enter. From the lobby to the elevator, you can go directly to the hotel room upstairs and downstairs, which is a very special experience. The breakfast was rich and the room was clean and tidy. Very satisfied, I will stay here again next time.

Travel with a group of friends to Beppu but only 4 of us decided to stay at Amanek for 2 nights. This was the best decision ever as we were closed to the JR station, eateries, Tokiwa shopping mall, Donki and the beach were within walking distance. Only few staff could speak English. Those who speak Japanese only also try their best to serve the guest. I am impressed by how clean and new the whole hotel is. Best of all, I love the free flow of juices & beverages. You could also do take away in the UCC coffee disposible cup. Love the choice of either western or local breakfast with free flow of side dishes. I am surprised by how big the bedroom is and spacious bathroom. The gym equipment tho basic, are new & in good condition. The onsen is clean & modern & I love the warm rooftop pool with an awesome view! Amanek is thoughtful to provide guest with a basket to hold all your onsen needs. Upon check out, I was overcharged for my 2 days of breakfast. The staff was quick to rectify the problem & refunded me on the spot. Yes, would definitely stay in Amanek again in my next visit to Beppu! Thank you for the awesome stay!

Last time I booked a Western-style room this time I booked a Japanese-style room. Also, the glass used is cloudy due to aging deterioration, so it's time to replace it with a stone! ?? I booked Chinese food this time and I was expecting it because the Japanese food was delicious last time, but unfortunately Chinese food was not so good. There was no. If the interval is too wide, you will feel full and your food will not progress. I will never use Chinese food ２ from the next time. Breakfast is rich and delicious. Bath The open-air bath is comfortable, but I want you to put a good shampoo in the men's bath! The correspondence of the hotel staff was very good as last time.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Service was very good. Parking was an extra 550 yen per day. Breakfast was Japanese style but did include a bacon and egg cooked in front of each guest with the small Japanese hotpot. Our room fit 3 adults was very nice with clean modern amenities consisting of one room with two single beds, and a sizable living room with futon in the evening for the third bed. Nice view of Beppu tower in our room. Hotspring outdoor was totally enjoyable with a view of the sunrise and the Beppu Bay. Gotta be careful though because for ladies, someone in a boat at the bay might be able to see our naked upper bodies with telescope if we stand up.😅

This time I decided to stay at a slightly better hotel, so I used this one that opened last year and 4 people including 1 preschooler. I stayed in a triple room on the mountain side. I usually only stay in a room with a toilet and a bath immediately after entering, with two beds in the back, and a desk and a TV opposite (child talk). The two children were excited. There is a center partition on the road in front of the store, so the warehouse from the Beppu area will be a U-turn from where I went for a while. I checked in at 15:00, but I was distributing hell steaming and plum sake next to the front desk and had it immediately. It was delicious. Immediately after that, take a bath. The hotel itself seemed to be booming, but this time was still available. It is comfortable as a wide 々. The hot water temperature is also good. There is a draft beer server, a drink bar and ice cream where it goes up. This is only the night time zone. It feels like it's getting crowded, so it might be a good idea to enter early. Supper is a 90-minute two-part system. There are children, so it's early from 17:30. Because it is a half Viking, I bring steak and appetizers. I can't help but be worried about the food on the buffet table, but I think it's easier to consult with you if you're full if you touch the table service dish first. All-you-can-drink alcohol. I don't usually drink it, but because of poor development (laughs), I had a little apricot dew. If you are a drinker, it is heaven. There are many delicious dishes on the buffet table, so I was very satisfied. After the meal, go to the playroom with the child. Children were addicted to toys such as push pop, but there is a space where they can play in various ways. If you are traveling with children, you may come out once. By the way, there is no toilet on the 2nd floor, so this is quite troublesome. The room is new so it is large and clean. I think the view on the sea side is good, but that's a consultation with your wallet. I went to the bath from the morning the next day. It was around 6:30, but it was a reasonable entry. It seems that it is crowded if it is late. Breakfast starts at 7:30. The receptionist at check-in asks you the start time, but unlike dinner, it is not an hour system, so if you go at 8:30 or so, you will have a restriction on admission. The staff was also concerned about that area, and the table was about to be cleaned up when the bride & younger child was going to the toilet, and the older child and I were going to pick up dessert. There are some types of buffets that cannot be compared with eating at once in a mix of Japanese and Western styles. There are raw fish and some types of grilled fish are also served at the table. This was delicious. I mean, everything is delicious. Around the lobby on the 1st floor, there is a drink bar in the evening bathing space, and there is a coffee machine in the playroom, which is generous. There is also hell steaming, where you can enjoy plum wine or shochu, so even those who do not eat can enjoy it. Still, I think that eating can enjoy this place. Also, if you stay at peak time, you may be vacant and satisfied if you take early action (evening bath, morning bath, breakfast). I stayed with a lot of children. This time I stayed in combination with Harmony Land (if you go the next day, turn left and turn U). There are many rooms as it is, so it may not be suitable for those who want the quietness of adults. It may be good for a lively but OK group, a group that likes alcohol.

The staff are really polite and friendly. The breakfast was also good. It's great value for money. The building looks old It's not far from the station. It's within walking distance if you don't have luggage and it's not too hot. It is a hotel that I can come again ~~^^

This is a traditional Japanese hotel that amazed me! I was a little nervous before booking, but after checking in, I felt very lucky that I chose Qinghai Village! Facilities: It is strongly recommended that everyone book a seaside Japanese-style room! ! ! The area is large and clean. The bathroom and shower room are separated into dry and wet areas (Ctrip says the room defect is a public bathroom, but the actual room has its own shower). When you open the screen, you will see tatami mats and a romantic blue sea view. Instant healing🥰The toiletries in the room are from Kao. They are so useful that I want to buy a set. There is self-service coffee and tea in the lobby. When I checked in, I made a reservation for the family private bath on the top floor. It is fully equipped and has a first-class view. I recommend it to everyone! Environment: There is a path leading directly to the seaside in the hotel lobby. Watching the sunset and rising sun is invincible, as if you have fallen into a fairy tale world. Service: One stay and two nights are also quite an amazing experience. Dinner is on the second floor. There is a private room. The food is very rich. The sashimi platter is extremely delicious. There are two pieces of anchovies in it. The fat explodes in the mouth. It is so delicious. The wagyu is also very delicious. It is fun to grill it yourself. The dessert is refreshing jelly, which uses Oita's most famous yuzu as an ingredient. It is so delicious! I also ordered a glass of plum wine mixed with soda water. A large glass only costs 5,500 yen, which is a good deal! Breakfast is a traditional Japanese meal, and the white water tofu is super tender~ The service staff are also very friendly and kind, and there is no pressure to communicate in English throughout the process. I would like to experience it in the future and recommend it to everyone who comes to Beppu~

The teppanyaki dinner at Shenheen was delicious. Everything was perfect, especially the Japanese hands. The room was large and equipped with a bath, which was very comfortable. The hotel has a shuttle service to and from Beppu Station. After checking into the hotel, it is very convenient to visit popular attractions such as Umi Jigoku.

The location is superb, as it is very close to the Beppu station. The hotel room is big with nice view. But the buffet dinner do not have plenty varieties of food. In overall, I still highly recommend to stay at this hotel.

Very helpful and friendly front desk staffs will smiling face all the time. The onsen on the roof top is excellent particularly the outdoor pool. I love their ramen serving after 9:30 pm, good timing after enjoing onsen. The room size is reasonable if you been to enough hotels in Japan. Cleanliness and tidynesss is impressive. Breakfast is good but love to see more western selections. Overall I love this hotel and will prefer to stay there again.
