Everything is just perfect , from the arrival welcome drinks and the staff are nice. The Onsen is also beautiful. One thing is not good is the flashing on top of the ceiling is quite annoying for people who don’t like any light during sleep. If it can be improve, say can switch off during night time. Probably it’s a perfect hotel for family vacation!

Everything is excellent except the shower head is not strong enough. The view in the onsen is spectacular.

Before dinner, I inquired with the staff about the dinner. I briefly mentioned my friend's birthday. During the dessert time, I gave a small Anhui bear to my friend. I was very touched. The dinner was exquisite and delicious. The large hot spring baths are very beautiful both indoors and outdoors. Looking at the hot springs in Beppu City, I have never tried such an unforgettable experience. Will definitely recommend to friends.

The hotel is very clean, the facilities are very new, there is an infinity pool, and the gym can also see the scenery. The room is very spacious, the breakfast selection is also right, it is semi-self-service, delicious, and the waiters are very patient and friendly. When I first came, there was welcome tea, mint and pineapple flavors, which is very suitable for summer! There is also a hot spring on the first floor of the hotel. The hot spring is simply picturesque, with indoor and outdoor areas. You can see the night view outdoors, which is really beautiful! ! Because it happened to be a family member’s birthday this time, they also specially prepared a small dessert and a small toy as a gift, which is very thoughtful and attentive. Thank you very much! A very good check-in experience, Choi, a Korean employee in the lobby, is very humorous and made us feel the joy and professionalism of InterContinental. The hotel is 20 minutes away from Beppu Station by car. It is on the mountain. The taxi pick-up station is open. I took a taxi from another hotel to go there. I made an appointment when I checked in at the station. The taxi sent me one person. I checked in at around 2:00 pm. I had Teppanyaki for dinner. I don't recommend this restaurant. The taste is good, but the material is not good. There are many surcharges for the 13,000 set meal. The beef is still chewy and has tendons after adding 2,000 yuan. The other main dish is a nasty firewood pork sausage. The Tokyo Hotel has scallops, shrimps and beef in the Teppanyaki price of more than 18,000 including service charge. Many restaurants in the hotel are for guests. The price-performance ratio is very good. This one is not good, but the 15% service charge is acceptable. The environment and service are very good. Breakfast is 4,700. There are few things and the quality is OK. I said to sign the room number and the waiter said it was not necessary, so I didn't sign it, but it was still there when I checked out. I don't think it's necessary to ask where the signed bill is? I regretted paying it. The basic room type is very large. My view is average. I can still see the parking lot on the top floor. Stay for one night, not worth it. I stayed at Shiosai no Yado Harumi for this price and it included two meals. The breakfast quality was much better than this one, and the large bath had a great sea view. I will not stay there again.

The hotel swimming pool is very beautiful. You can see the night view of Beppu from the private room. The service is very good. There is a free shuttle bus to and from Beppu Station. The hotel is clean. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.
