Due to did not received entry code by e-mail so, i have to wait long time to contacted via Trip customer service for get feedback and procedure. Luckily, I pass into by passing and helping from them. And have contact with with house owner but not respond until i check out. That is better if they are provide deeply information for instruct before and provide staff to support and resolve when customer have a problem. Anyway the room is very nice and cozy. but location quite be far from center.

The room and location are good, clean, big room, but the only disadvantage is that it is very difficult to contact and send the access code. They said they would send it 24 hours before, but it still hasn't been sent. You have to spend money calling the trip to coordinate, but it's not a problem. Until I had to call and pay money into the hotel number and talked for a very long time. Can't talk about anything. Need to improve check-in, very bad.

The room was clean and spacious enough for our family of five. However, I wasn't sure about the check-in time, so I contacted them and they explained it to me. After I checked in, it was great♪ Thank you!

It's like an apartment hotel, and some people live there! The parking lots are numbered, and you can park in spaces 3, 4, and 5! You need to enter a number to enter the entrance! I didn't know the number, so I called and asked! And you also need a number to enter the room! The two numbers may have been written in the email, but I deleted the email and didn't know, so I called again (lol) and finally got in! But I checked in on my iPad! Here too, you can choose to use your ID, phone number, or pre-check-in, and you can't enter your phone number. I called again and asked for your ID and entered it. There were three double beds and they were spacious☆ The kitchen utensils were plates, cups, spoons, forks, and chopsticks. There was also a microwave and a kettle! There was shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the bathroom, as well as bath towels and towels. There were no towels to wash your body. The rubber gasket on the door hadn't been cleaned, so there was trash in the corner. There was also a little pink dirt in the corner of the bathroom. There was a toothbrush set and hand soap in the washbasin. There was also a washing machine, detergent, and dryer, which was convenient! However, the dryer stopped working because the filter was clogged. When I looked at the filter, it was completely full! It was made up of several layers, so I removed them and dried it. There was a lot of dust in the gap of the toilet lid. The toilet bowl was clean. We were just using it as a family to relax and sleep in the room, so we were grateful to be able to stay for this price.

Beppu It was difficult to find accommodation due to a large event, and even though a large number of people used it, the generous beds and other facilities were so nice. I went with my family, and they liked it so much that they wanted to use it again next time.

เอาเรื่องห้องพักก่อน ดีมาก ห้องน้ำแยก มีครัว มีเครื่องซักผ้า อบผ้า อะไรดีหมด มีที่จอดรถให้ฟรี แต่การเข้าอาคารที่พักยุ่งยากวุ่นวายมาก มีแต่เมล์แจ้งเลขห้องกับวิธีเอากุญแจห้องจากตู้เก็บกุญแจ แต่......เมิงไม่ให้รหัสเข้าตึก รหัสเข้าอาคาร ละพวกฉันจะเข้าได้ยังไง ถ้าไม่ได้คนที่เค้าอาศัยอยู่ในตึกออกมาเห็น และให้ความช่วยเหลือ ป่านนี้ชาตินี้ก็เข้าไม่ได้ โทรไปหาก็คุยไม่รู้เรื่องทั้งญี่ปุ่นทั้งอังกฤษ ติดต่อยากมาก ถ้าไม่อยากประสาทแดก ไปตรงอื่นค่ะ

숙소 내부가 청결합니다. 에어비앤비를 이용해본 적이 없는데 이것이 에어비엔비가 아닐까 싶네요 매일 밤 욕조가 해서 좋아요 대신 욕조는 조금 작지만 깊어요. 다만 체크인할 때 아이패드가 잘 안되서 답답했고 마지막 날 짐 모두 챙기고 차에 싣고는 한번 더 짐을 체크하러 들어갔는데 비번이 바로 바뀐 건지 들어갈 수 없어서 당황스러웠다.
