The hotel is very close to Beppu Station, about a 5-minute walk away, but check-in is a bit troublesome. I don't think I need to confirm with the hotel beforehand. The hotel will send me the check-in voucher code again, so I have to wait on the street in the cold weather. Cleanliness is the worst. When I tried to refill the air purifier with water, the inside was full of dust. Hair was falling all over the bathroom, toilet, and table as if it had been left there on purpose. I didn't look inside the ventilation fan, but there was a lot of dust around it. There was a cup in the kitchen drawer, but the inside of that drawer was also dirty. The cleanliness was so poor that I wondered if they had actually cleaned it at all. Even if the other aspects are good, if the cleanliness is poor, I don't think it's a good accommodation.

After many years, I went on a family trip with my family. I had booked this hotel as early as February. I saw on the Internet that the hotel rooms were larger and flatter than other hotel rooms, and they were not too far from the station, so I decided to Booked When we arrived at the hotel, because the hotel adopted a self-service check-in system, we had to use a password to enter at the door. After entering the room, the room was the same as described in the pictures online. It was very big and spacious. However, the only problem was that the heating system in the toilet was on, which made the whole room very hot (it can be hot in summer in Japan). The location is convenient, the room is large and comfortable, there is a kitchen, toilet and bathroom separated from wet and dry, cost-effective and will stay again next time
