客服沒有提供入民宿的門口密碼, 要電郵給民宿的客服, 半小時後才能進入民宿門口. 等待的時間令我五歲的女兒都說了粗口. 很差的體驗... 停車場的位置很遠, 要三分鐘的路程, 這幾天天氣下雨, 來回車場的時候很冷, 這個真的不方便... 至卡民宿的房間還是好的, 很舒適, 不過民宿的煮食用具很舊, 不太乾淨, 不放心使用... 房間也不是特別大 除了以上的問題, 總括來說還不錯吧, 至小床舖舒適, 沖涼也很好, 洗澡間也不特別大.泡湯的時候腳也不能全申直...哈哈

This is not a hotel, this is a B&B! I have never received any email from this hotel. I only received a pin code from trip.com. The only way to contact the hotel is a Japanese number and I cannot use email. The weather was very cold and I stood outside the door of the self-proclaimed hotel for 30 minutes. The contact number was not able to give you a pin, and they only gave you another Japanese phone number. In the end, I asked a friend in Japan to help communicate before I could enter the room. It was really a very bad accommodation experience!

泊車位在3分鐘步程，入住容易，設備齊全，床很舒服，空間十足，只是床頭架位置及沙發明顯灰塵未清潔

The accommodation environment is very good, clean and tidy, the bath water is large and hot enough, there are plenty of dishes, pots, tables and spoons, and other kitchen supplies are also quite complete. There is a vacuum cleaner for cleaning at any time. The only drawback is that the parking lot is far away, and it is inconvenient to load and unload luggage temporarily. The nearest Lawson is a 4-5 minute walk, and the supermarket is about 8-10 minutes walk near the JR station.

The parking lot is a little far and difficult to find. We had to pack up our trash before checking out, but there was trash in the trash can in the bedroom that wasn't our own. There was a bag left after eating sweets. It seems like the cleaning is not done properly. Other than that, the price was cheap, and the room was spacious and comfortable.
