Although it is quite a distance from Beppu Station (if you don’t want to walk, you can take a bus and get off at Beppu Tower), but it is worth it for the sea view. The hotel is also very considerate in informing the sunrise time in the elevator the next day, which can be enjoyed in the room or on the embankment. Great. The room has a sense of age but is very spacious. It is very enjoyable to take a bath and look at the scenery. The service staff are kind and courteous. If you arrive at the hotel early, you will go through the formalities first and give you a voucher. Then your luggage will be delivered to the room. When you want to check in later, you can just hand the voucher to the counter.

I booked this accommodation because I wanted to go on a hot spring trip with my parents. I made a reservation for a family of 5 for about 800,000 won for one night on a weekday. The tatami room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious with a Japanese home-style feel. The water in the open-air bath was good, and this is an accommodation I would like to come back to again if I come to Beppu. In Japan, where hotel prices are not that cheap, it seems difficult to find accommodations with this level of facilities and services. Highly recommended :)
