Excellent!
Our stay was amazing. Room was ready early and was spotlessly clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again

My stay
Staff were very friendly. The bath mat was very grubby. Carpet in the room is very stained and the throw on the bed didn't appear to be very clean. Also the 1 cushion was extremely grubby.

Very good
Stay was good. Shower 🚿 head needs some attention. Leaking. Mattress needs to be changed slowly caving in in the centre. Sleeper couch mattress is horrendous. Sleeper couch was grubby. Needs a good clean. Overall the place was spotlessly clean. Came across 1 cockroach. Pool was good.
Cleaning staff and security are very pleasant. Front desk not sufficiently manned.

There should be a B&B option - as the portion of the breakfast is a bit small yet the mini snack buffet set up is real cute.

Definitely not as great as the pictures. These units are super small, smells of damp and smoke. The shower was moldy and tiles were grimey and disgusting. Other patrons were extremely noisy until early hours of the morning

The room was lovely, with everything one would need. The lady that welcomed me, was amazing. She was also the cook, reception and many more and is a huge asset to the guesthouse. Two suggestions: Add some stronger coffee to the coffee bar (like Jacobs or Nescafe) and maybe extend the spa hours as I only got in after work each day

Beautiful guest house. The room was so lovely and the place is safe and just in the hub of Florida road, so easy access to restaurants. Definitely coming again when I need accommodation in Durban. Best choice

A peaceful place to stay, very beautiful like the rest of the area Staff could engage more with guests, cleanliness is average The rooms are very clean however & the breakfast was lovely Response time to issues was quick & efficient Overall a very nice stay I would suggest having more entertainment on offer such a lounge area to sit in when it's raining and a few other things - to avoid your only option being to sit in your room watching t.v or to leave the guesthouse. Yes, there is a pool area but if it's raining - like it was when we stayed overnight - you can't do anything
