My stay was very terrible. The hotel surrounding, the dirty corridors, the struggle to get towels, the electricity going off bcos of malfunctioning plugs, the noise when we were sleeping at night, the cockroaches in the room, the airconditioning system that's not working properly, the list is endless. We really had a terrible stay I won't recommend it to anyone until they get the act together.

The reception ladies are so welcoming , I always enjoy going to the roof top to view the Moses mabida properly and the rooms are always clean. The service is so amazing , keep it up Grange Gardens Family

The staff were able to assist us in EVERYTHING we need...But please improve rooms wifi was so poor...please renovate the pool side it was not good ...some arrived early so please allow us to be in the

Grand Gardens hotel it not so good, it has very power services, they have much of lies for example: in the advert they show nice things in live they don't have that things, cleanliness their pool was not clean even in they rooms not clean as well. We anded change the hotel cz it was high unacceptable. Grange Gardens hotel i thing its a scam overoll.

Power Socket not functional. The aircorns not functional. The Room and bathroom was smelling cigarettes smoke. No WIFI at fourth floor. The restaurant was not operating and makes it an inconvenience to go out

I have been to the facility before now it has dropped below standard, service was poor no parking available for guests, no security at the gate half of the time . The rooms now looked like third world and the toilet was making noise the whole night . Next door guest were like in a tarven we couldn't sleep, in the morning they don't offer breakfast no room service we had to sort ourselves out elsewhere. As I said I have been here about five years ago and enjoyed my stay now all feels like a place I never been

The room was affordable and nice but you can definitely improve. Our room number 9, The window at the shower was broken could not open so the shower was stuffy after taking a shower. The cold tap from the sink was broken. Its like our room was not cleaned before we came there. The Kettle had dirt inside we would have to thoroughly clean it probably 5 times in order to use it. The floor at the passage leading to the rooms was dirty. Adding a Microwave would be nice and also adding a long mat at the passage leading to the rooms will be nice. I think it was probably our bad luck but We will book this place again because we liked , what we liked more is the location, peace and privacy so we like it regardless of the things that were wrong.

travelled with a friend , room wasn’t up to standard for the price with stains on the sheets . a very small bathroom which wasn’t the cleanest. the drawers and mirrors looked very old too. the aesthetics of the place were not up to standard as well as the parking area being a bit open for the property. booked this room with the intention of getting some rest before a night out. also didn’t find a room service menu.
