The owner Aydin went out of the way to help us and ensure we had a fantastic stay in Bergama. From arrival he gave is the best service, from a bigger room, lovely outdoor seating area and rubber slippers to wear inside our room. Aydin’s breakfast was a large spread including his signature omelette. He even went shopping early to ensure we had fresh Simit. On our departure we were unsure of where the Otogar was so Aydin walked us down to ensure we didn’t get lost. Aydin works hard to ensure all his guests are well looked after and all his rooms are super comfortable with polished timber floors and big beds. Central heating for winter and air con for summer. Would not hesitate to stay again and def value for money. The rooms don’t have shampoo and conditioner etc but the price and service made up for that.

The room are nice, except there is no fridge and it's very hot in summer and most hotels put a fridge in the rooms, but the worst is the owner an horrible little bald angry man, he didn't wanted to give me room because when I ask him for the price he told me 25€ then I said I don't have euros so tell me in Turkish Lira and he said 450 TL and he was a bit angry may be I had interrupted his siesta... Then I ask for the price of the breakfast and he said 5 € so I reply Turkish Lira a little upset and he explode: " get out, I don't want you here" ... or something like that and he sized my luggage and threw it out ... 1) I don't know why he gives the price in Euros, why not British Pound, Yen or Swiss Franc, 2) this guy should do an other job, because as I read in some comments (on **********) it's not the first time he's not correct and professional.
