"I've never seen a worse hotel. There was no closet in the room, it was incredibly cramped, two people couldn't even pass each other. There was no hot water in the bathroom, the toilet lid was broken, and to top it all off, the bathroom light broke in the morning. We washed and put on makeup in complete darkness, feeling around... Breakfast... A girl in sweatpants, unkempt, smoking, without gloves, ate two slices of cucumber and tomato. Breakfast was terribly meager - don't order it!!!!! Even the tea, the famous Turkish tea, was yesterday's tea from a thermos. The staff - this one girl - was unkempt, unfriendly, smoking... Honestly - stinking!!!!! Horrible experience!!!!"

"Surly and unhelpful staff. Food thrown down in front of us in a needless hurry. Could not sleep because of VERY noisy wedding party in the courtyard which went on until midnight. Uncomfortable bed. No decent coffee at breakfast - something powdered which tasted like floor sweepings. Reception staff uninterested in their guests."

"A lovely little place with only 3 rooms and a nice patio area downstairs and balcony upstairs in the heart of old town Bergama. The service was excellent and we were even allowed to use the washing machine which was a bonus. Breakfast was plenty and very delicious both mornings. Our room was super clean and comfortable. It's a 10-15 min walk into town where we found plenty of shops and restaurants. (It's a steap uphill walk). We also walked from the hotel to Pergamon archeological site which takes about 50 min (up hill) to the entrance gate. We loved our stay here, definitely recommend this cute little Pension."

"Best meal in Turkey!! I was able to upgrade my room to have private toilet in my room, that looked out the whimsical garden in the back through my window, which was unexpected bonus. Well updated old friendly place that brings a little kid out of me in a fairy world. ^&^ Another bonus was having beautiful, healthy, best tasting homemade Turkey food in light rain to make the total cozy home feeling in romantic and rustic setting. ^&^"

"During rainy weather, water leaked through the ceiling of our room. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell, and the exterior areas were very dirty. The shower cabin door was broken, making it difficult and unsafe to use. The stairs were slippery, and the handrail was inadequate for safety. There was also a sharp metal sign attached in a dangerous position near the stairs, creating a risk of injury. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, consisting of only a few basic items such as some olives and eggs. What disappointed us the most was the staff’s reaction. Despite all these issues, we received no sincere apology and were simply told “goodbye” with a smile when leaving. We expected much better customer service and a genuine effort to address our concerns."

"It was a satisfactory experience. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and facilities were fulfilling. Waiters/waitresses were kind and hardworking, especially female personnels were kindest. Although, I cannot say the same things for reception. They were careless and rude as you would not expect from a hotel personnel. Also whenever I go to the reception, they would smoke and were not in their place. Except the reception, it was a delightful accommodation for me."
