"Located in the old town of Bergama, I had a valuable experience walking around the old town. The owner was very kind and polite and I was very relaxed. It was about 6 minutes walk and it was convenient to go to the cable car stop to the Acropolis. The view on the hill is beautiful and the food is very delicious in 5 minutes walk. (Akropol Restaurant) The stay in Bergama was great."

"They allowed me to check in a little early. To get to the room, you have to carry your bags up the stairs to the second floor, but they don't help. The room key is difficult to open and close. The room just has a bed. There are absolutely no amenities. I thought there weren't any towels either, but when I checked out, I saw a very small one hanging behind the bathroom door. Please keep this in mind when making a reservation."

"It was a satisfactory experience. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and facilities were fulfilling. Waiters/waitresses were kind and hardworking, especially female personnels were kindest. Although, I cannot say the same things for reception. They were careless and rude as you would not expect from a hotel personnel. Also whenever I go to the reception, they would smoke and were not in their place. Except the reception, it was a delightful accommodation for me."

"Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The hospitality was poor, and the staff showed little concern for the problems we encountered. The rooms were poorly maintained, with several issues that should have been addressed long ago. The ceiling was leaking during our stay, causing significant inconvenience. In addition, there was a strong unpleasant smell in the room, which made it uncomfortable to stay there. Overall, the lack of maintenance, poor communication, and inadequate customer service made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here until these issues are properly resolved."

"The hotel is at best 3 stars. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The spoken language by hotel staff is Turkish only. It is in an old house and the facilities have not been upgraded at all. With a little effort, it could have been converted in a charming place. There is no air conditioning or fan in the room. Bathroom is extremely small and not updated. The hotel is in a residential area. The market is about 10 minutes walk with a steep downhill and uphill walk. The breakfast is very basic."

After informing that self-driving needs a parking space, the hotel sent a detailed route guide, so it is not difficult to find a hotel, parking is more convenient, it is necessary to have a better car skills. The hotel's rooms are not big, but the public space is very large and can meet various needs. The Acropolis can be seen on one side of the breakfast, and the panoramic view of the small town on the other side, and the red church can also be seen. Breakfast is simple but can be full, as a small hotel with more than a dozen rooms, it is very good. There are two restaurants nearby that have excellent environmental dishes and you can want to use local food."

"The ancient city of Bergama is the most reminiscent of the Trojan movies! The hotel is very close to the ruins! However, the room smelled musty and was extremely damp the night I checked in. I didn't shower and just slept in my down jacket! The next day, I developed eczema on the backs of both hands, and it hasn't healed to this day. When I pricked it, the blister fluid was yellow! It's very itchy, especially when I wash with hot water! The hotel staff were very welcoming!"

"During rainy weather, water leaked through the ceiling of our room. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell, and the exterior areas were very dirty. The shower cabin door was broken, making it difficult and unsafe to use. The stairs were slippery, and the handrail was inadequate for safety. There was also a sharp metal sign attached in a dangerous position near the stairs, creating a risk of injury. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, consisting of only a few basic items such as some olives and eggs. What disappointed us the most was the staff’s reaction. Despite all these issues, we received no sincere apology and were simply told “goodbye” with a smile when leaving. We expected much better customer service and a genuine effort to address our concerns."
