Great hotel! This is the best hotel where my wife and I have ever been, magnificent architecture from the outside. The room itself has high ceilings and is very clean, freshly renovated!

Disappointed upon arrival that the bathroom had been neglected. No shower get or hand soap. Also the toilet roll was empty. I did want to shower as it was 10pm when we arrived. The next morning I spoke to the cleaner to rectify this.

The room was modernly furnished with warm but soft colors. The bathroom in particular is very nice. We rested well both due to the tranquility of the room and the quality of the mattress. Access to the facility and room was quick and efficient with the use of a PIN to open the doors. However, without a reception, the procedure was impersonal.

Clean and good location, Hotel has no reception or staff on-site. Check-in was awkward and unclear. Code given for the Hotel front door did not work, which was inconvenient.

Excellent structure located in the center of lower Bergamo in front of the Donizetti theater and a few steps from the funicular that takes you to the upper city. There is also a bus stop within walking distance. Great for those who love to visit.

I can only compliment this structure, the cleanliness of the entrance, the location, but that sofa bed as a third bed I must say is just shameful!!! Better maybe a bed. However, I recommend it to everyone and with the Chris**as markets underneath it is even more beautiful!!!!
