What sets it apart from other hotels is the owner, a wonderful person, very attentive and helpful. We took advantage of the shuttle service to both the airport and Leolandia. Choosing a centrally located accommodation was a great choice for exploring Bergamo Alta and the city center. We highly recommend it; the bed was very comfortable."

I arrived before the official check-in time, but they still gave me my room since it was ready, which I really appreciated. "Overall a good hotel, small but beautiful. I originally thought I would land in a remote mountainous area when taking a low-cost flight, but I unexpectedly discovered a niche tourist attraction. We took Line 1 from Bergamo Airport and arrived at the bus stop near the hotel in about 15 minutes and walked for 12 minutes. When I arrived late at night, the guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and actively introduced the breakfast/spa and other facilities. The room is more spacious than expected, especially the bathroom! The air conditioner is very easy to use and all facilities are very clean. It is worth recommending~ The breakfast is very pleasant, served from 7 to 10 o'clock. It is not rich but has sausages/bacon/scrambled eggs/croissants/coffee. Especially you can eat in the garden listening to the bells. It is very photogenic. There are many small shops near the hotel, with prices ranging from 15 to 1,000 euros. I was very happy to find some good-looking clothes. There is also a delicious pizza at the door, the price is reasonable and it is relatively hygienic. The next day we had breakfast, stored our luggage, took the cable car up the mountain and walked around. The scenery was beautiful and there was a magnificent cathedral. Overall, Bergamo is really worth a visit!"

What was this?). Her books is also provided for guests' reading pleasure. (?????)"

"I find this difficult to review because actually the hotel is great, reception staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard. Our room had everything we needed, 2 single beds, a safe, tv, kettle, great overhead shower with nice toiletries etc. The problem is that the surrounding area is still under construction so there just wasn’t that much nearby as it was slightly out of town. There are 2 tram stops nearby and the service was regular and reliable to the centre which only took 5 mins. To travel further afield we used uber however they were expensive compared to what we had just paid in Portugal where we had spent the previous 3 days. At present I’d say this hotel is better for business or those visiting the arena at present but once the surrounding area has finished development I am sure that will change."

"The room was as clean as could be, spotless! My wife used to work in 5 star hotels in the cleaning department, she knows exactly where to look and she was amazed about the quality, good job ladies! The beds where great, conformable, you can make your own coffee/tea in the room, there are some croissants, biscuits and water too. In the hall you can get more coffee/tea, croissants, biscuits and sweets, water and milk in the fridge, everything taken care off. It was very hot in Bergamo when we where there but the airco was working like a charm, shower was very nice and the location in the middle off the town is great! There is so much to see in Citta Alta, so much history, we here there for 2 days but should have stayed longer, go and visit and stay with Giovanna, you will love it!"
