The hotel is located 7 minutes from the train station, and the airport bus stop is right next to the hotel. Around the corner is a street with shops and cafes, and the funicular to the upper part of the city is a 7-minute walk away. The hotel is clean and warm, and the staff is very friendly. The New Year's Eve lounge is cozy, and the evenings are safe. The bed is comfortable, and the bedding is soft. Bells can be heard ringing at certain times.

A bottle of mineral water cost 4 euros, the waiter said it was free, but I was forced to pay 8 euros, ***

It was a very nice stay! The hotel is in a very good location - right next to the railway station and 20 mins away to the airport by bus. The main attractions are also on close proximity, as well as cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself is also great. The staff is super nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed.

This hotel is a gem that’s found in a city of Bergamo that the city itself is such a wonder of elegance and beauty of historic affluence. Certainly a very new hotel that has renovated much of adjacent abby building of acting cathedral. Ever staff is kind and sincere, trying their best for giving help to best guest experiences. We stayed at Central Hostel BG as a family of three adults and two children, and overall we had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent—very central and convenient for walking to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants, which made travelling with kids much easier. The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a family stay. The beds were comfortable, and the hostel was generally quiet at night, allowing everyone to rest well. The common areas were tidy and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, especially when we needed assistance with directions and local information. We felt welcomed throughout our stay. For families looking for affordable accommodation in a central location, Central Hostel BG is a good option. We would recommend it to families who value location, cleanliness, and friendly service.

Номер - это комната со своим туалетом в квартире, где кроме нашей еще 3 таких же. Кровать удобная, предоставляется завтрак (йогурты, сок, печенье). Единственное неудобство было при заселении - нужно было ждать хозяйку, примерно полчаса.

The room is simple but has everything you need for a quick stay in Bergamo: comfy bed, place for clothes, desk, and a shared fridge and kitchen area. The place is kept clean and tidy. The instructions on how to get there were clear, but it still wasn’t that easy to find it at first. Located a short walk from the bus and train stations, on a gated apartment complex.
