Comfort Accommodation Residence

I can't comment on the place, it was still wonderful, only the owner and how she ruined the beginning of the vacation for us. I had a reservation for two nights and when I arrived at the Milan airport I called her to say that we would arrive around 6:30 p.m., to which she replied that she closed check-in at 6 p.m. and that we would not have a room. That he had sent me an email (a few days later I saw it in spam) where he asked for my ID and since I hadn't answered him, that we shouldn't go because it was late and we didn't have a room. He didn't listen to reason and cheated us of the money for both nights without any consideration. I found it disrespectful, lacking in empathy and rude. The worst experience of my life and I only hope that life gives her back to meeting someone like her on a trip so she knows what it feels like to be in a foreign country and to be left stranded on the first day of vacation.
