Excelente ubicación Muy cálido el trato te reciben con 2 bombones Baci y un cocktail de bienvenida. No tiene frigobar, pero nos dieron tetera para la noche, calzador y todo lo que necesitábamos con mucha amabilidad. El desayuno excelente con frutas frescas cortadas, fiambre, salmón y dos empleadas amabilísimas que te alegraban el día

Staff molto cordiale, hotel pulito, buona la colazione, posizione ottima, vicino alla stazione, 10/15 minuti a piedi, e in pieno centro. A due passi, si trova inoltre la fermata dell'autobus con cui raggiungere comodamente Bergamo alta.

Nous avons passe un court séjour dans cet charmant hôtel. Très propre,le star très aidant. On a eu un cocktail de bienvenue,très apprécié MERCI.Il y a une épicerie juste à côté, et une tabagerie a cca 150 minutes vue que en Italie ( vue que en Italie les cigarettes sont en vente seulement dans des magasins spécialisé. L'arrêt d'autobus 1A qui vous amène a l'aéroport est a 50 mètres....Je recommande cet hôtel.

Hotel eccellente punto strategico gentilezza nel personale, pulizia sia in camera che al bar e ristorante ottima il personale gentilissimo, mi ha risolto piccoli problemi in pochi secondi da consigliare vivamente per un soggiorno all’insegna della tranquillità eccellente la scelta dei cuscini e pulizia camera al 200%

hi the property is in a great location however the room was cold most of the time we had a few issues with the heating in the room and had to keep it on all day for the room to stay warm on a night time the ceilings are very high and the heat fan is it at the top of the ceiling so its very hard to keep the rooms warm, i booked a session in the spa and there was some confusion over the time so i only had 1hr not my full 1 and a half i explained this to the staff but they offered no refund, apart from the heat in the room and the mix up with the spar the hotel was ok, the breakfast was advertised as having an english option but we never got it or offered to us this was a bit missleading.apart from the above great location thou. thank you.

La posizione è ideale, a pochi minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria e degli autobus, vicino a fermate di autobus per città alta, a strade commerciali e di piacevole passeggio. Personale gentilissimo, cena al ristorante molto gradevole, camera accogliente. Gli unici nei: l'impossibilità di aprire la finestra ad abbaino (mi piace sempre l'aria...)e la mancanza del prezzo delle bottigliette d'acqua nel frigo della camera. Però, sono stata bene!

Consigliatissimoooo! Molto accogliente, ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio in tutto. Personale molto cordiale, professionale e sempre disponibile. Camere molto pulite, curate e ordinate con design moderno. C’è tutto il necessario nel set bagno. L’hotel è tranquillo, in pieno centro, con camere ben insonorizzate. Ottimo servizio in camera e ristorante buonissimo. Inoltre la spa è stata un esperienza fantastica, romantica e privata. Miglior hotel di Bergamo! Ci torneremo sicuramente.
