L hôtel en soi est bien; la chambre twin est spacieuse, avec des petits lits bien séparés, plein de prises, sdb correcte. Il y a dans les espaces commun de quoi se réchauffer qqch au micro ondes, un espace où l on peut laisser ses bagages pour 1 euros les 5 heures. Toutes les personnes croisées à la réception sont aimables, ils vendent les billets de bus pour l aéroport et la ville haute. Plein de restaurants et de boutiques à proximité immédiate. Le problème c est les autres: nous avons été réveillés en pleine nuit par un couple au dessus ayant des relations séxuelles très bruyantes, suivi d un bruit bizarre très fort comme si qqn passait l aspirateur, a 2h du matin. Disons que cet hôtel dépanne, mais ne convient pas tout à fait pour un séjour plaisant.

I enjoyed my stay in the Central Hostel of Bergamo. It is located in the heart of the city, a few minutes walk to shopping street, central train station and to Porto Nuovo bus station which has busses running to citta Alta, airport and other directions. Hostel was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here if I am to visit Bergamo again.

In pieno centro, in una struttura calda ed accogliente, ho soggiornato per più di un mese. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Personale sempre cordiale e disponibile, sia nella reception che per il personale di servizio. Si vive in armonia con gli altri ospiti. Un grazie a tutto il personale

More than a hostel, it is a reception center for immigrant residents. I shared a mixed dormitory where in the unheated bathroom there were basins full of dirty underwear. Dirty bathroom pee on the edge of the toilet and on the floor. Mosquitoes and a disgusting smell both in the room and in the TV room where it smelled like smoke. Apart from the courtesy of the reception who helped me with the luggage storage... for the rest the hostel is to be avoided. The rooms are better...but the hostel is not.
