They refuse to return the money! They saw on the cameras that we were holding a small child in our arms and did not even consider it necessary to contact us by phone. Do not book with these scammers under any circumstances!

I had a reservation made through Booking. A few days before Booking sent me a message telling me that the hotel had not been able to make the payment because the card needed to be updated, although it was correct and was also only to guarantee the reservation, not the payment. I update the card even so and write to both Booking and the hotel telling what happened so that they don't cancel my reservation. Neither Booking nor the hotel answers me and in less than 24 hours they cancel my reservation. I contact the hotel and they tell me that they cannot recover the reservation and that I should send them an SMS to make me another offer, at another higher price of course, since the reservation had been made for months. I sent the SMS a minute later and! They tell me that they don't have rooms. I was almost stuck with the plane ticket thanks to Booking and Bonomelli. They never answered the messages. They just proceeded to cancel the reservation!!!!! Luckily you can book other accommodation with Hotels. com, which turned out to be more serious

Good evening. A wonderful hotel for a family holiday. THE IMPORTANT EVERYTHING IS NEARBY. The hotel is located in the center of Bergamo, close to the railway and bus station. Lots of restaurants. Service at a high level. Friendly staff. All amenities are there, clean and comfortable. Recommend!!!
