AC Hotel Berlin Humboldthain Park Reviews

Very nice hotel..but just a few suggestions:  1. Lift is only one and that is tooo slow.  2. It would be really good if you can install some air fresheners in the corridors as it stinks too bad there.

Overall good. 10 mins walk to U/S train station.

+ Location is not bad near to train station and a mall. Breakfast is good. - Hotel system doesn't seem to link well with 3rd party hotel booking site like this one. Settling payment amount and receipt upon check out was a chaos.

Location is not in the center of Berlin's attractions, but with the station nearby for U Bahn, S Bahn and even regional train, you will easily go everywhere in Berlin

The hotel was good and staff were friendly. Aircon broke down for 2 days.

The hotel is not clean and the cleaning problem is huge. Two of the four towels every day are always dirty and either have lipstick or hair on them. The cotton swabs were removed when you checked in and were not replenished after being thrown away. The conditioner is gone. , even after saying it once, it still wasn’t added. The room is small, the breakfast is okay, and the location is convenient.

I didn't arrive at the hotel until around 12 o'clock on the first night. Although there was only one room left, the room type didn't seem to be the room type I booked. The front desk was more enthusiastic and proactive in checking in, and the room type I booked was changed to the room type I booked the next day. PS Beer is good

The parking lot is very convenient and the price is affordable

light and shadow. Actually a nice hotel. Modern furnished nice rooms but obviously bad management. The only lift is broken upon arrival. Alternate freight elevator for service. Slow, dingy and also not reliable. Parking garage booked for 15 € per day but actually completely full. Alternatively, park on the bicycle parking space across so as not to impede other guests. No direct access to the hotel as it actually belongs to the hotel next door. Breakfast actually from the offer ok. But for €22 not a bargain. Conclusion the only coffee machine has problems that can only be solved later. I think the only two waiters are trainees in their second year and completely overwhelmed. Plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. are missing, room service: wine glasses not cleaned, shower not cleaned .... For the price of (fair?) 140 € per night — not acceptable!
