It's a huge hotel with many elevators. There are also many employees and guests, busy and orderly. The room is quite satisfactory, the layout is very similar to domestic hotels, the area is not small, and it is very clean. This time I spent 20 nights in 9 cities in Germany, and this was the only hotel with a price below 1,000 RMB. The location is very good. There is the subway downstairs, and the Brandenburg Gate is just a few stops away. There is a large mall just one stop away from the subway for shopping and dining.

The friend said it was pretty good, the price was quite expensive during the exhibition. It would be better if it could be cheaper.

The room was too hot to sleep and the aircon didn't work. We had to sleep with the window wide open but was woken up at 7am by the window cleaner. As it was so hot I had no covers on so it was pretty shocking to wake up to him practically inside the room. The hotel really need to warn guests when the windows are being cleaned. We were here for the marathon but got zero sleep as it was so hot and stuffy. On check out day the cleaners entered our room 4 times this was really annoying. The location was really good that was the only positive.

An excellent place to stay right next to the subway stop so very accessible to all parts of the city. Only 2 stops away from Checkpoint Charlie too. Room is very comfortable and cosy. All the staff were friendly and there is a nice bar in the hotel.

We stayed 5 days at Louisa's place. This is a place to recommend to anybody who needs a central location in Berlin, with huge rooms/appartments and a top service quality. The hotel is located on the famous Ku'dam with anything you need around it (from restaurants to smalll supermarkets to luxury shopping ...). We travelled with our 2 French Bulldogs and they were soooo welcome, very rare in the world we're living in! Thank you also for the possibility to have a private and closed car park (even if a bit narrow but we did it!). We'll definitively come back for a thrid time!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and highly recommend it. The room was nice and modern with thoughtful extra touches. Service was excellent, always friendly and helpful. They handled special requests efficiently and gracefully, making the extra effort with a smile on several occasions. Only ate breakfast but the coffee was excellent and the breakfast was really nice with waited service with some healthy options. The neighborhood was charming, felt very safe and had some nice local restaurants to choose from.

Goed ontvangen na een lange reis vanuit nl naar Berlijn. We zijn naar potsdamerstrasse 129 gestuurd daar waar een steiger aan de voorzijde staat. Nr gebeld wat daar aan de deur vermeld hing aantal keren gebelde geen reacties. Trip.com gebeld deze hebben een kamer bij Lindemann's geregeld waarbij ik niets bij hoeft te betalen.

We stayed for three nights. Checking in was not optimal, as only one woman had to cover both the bar and the front desk. We had to wait when another guest got in front of us, for about 20 minutes. We had been given a room for handicapped people, although we never requested this. It meant a little playing around with the shower. A squeegee for the floor would have been useful, as the water didn't drain away immediately. The hotel is very clean. There was a safe, but no refrigerator. The room was specious, and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was varied, although there was only one sort of cheese served, while there were many different kinds of meat. The name of the hotel had led me to think that the hotel was more centrally located. This hotel is not near the Alexanderplatz. The U-ban stop closest was closed. The S and Uban station that was open was a ten-fifteen minute walk. The area around the hotel is under construction, which made walking towards the museums, etc. that we had come to see, a little more challenging.

About 30 minutes from the airport to the hotel. Good downtown location. Many sights and the Friedrichstrasse shopping mall are within walking distance.

Very nice concept for enjoying a town visit, getting to know others, have some time playing table tennis. Rooms have a comfortable size and beds are awesome. The bar area and social areas are great. And it's practical to have a coffee machine and waterkettle in the rooms. It is possible to work and relax and the Wifi is better than in most hotels that are more expensive. The only flaw was the checkin, but I am confident they will work on that.

The gentleman who at least tried to fix our faulty A/C; the Genovese guy who bothered to make me coffee at 4AM for my USA based Zoom meeting; generally friendly staff. Studio apartment concept very positive. Money would have been over-priced, however, if not for my having paid with some rewards points. Priced way too high otherwise for the decor and general condition of the place. It isn't the Ritz Carlton, or even Marriott, the latter of which was actually cheaper. Most egregiously: The A/C's did not function properly, and sometimes didnt function AT ALL. And it was 30 degrees out, for the two days we were there. Murderously hot in the rooms we rented, with no let up. This is tell-tale sign of hotels owned by indifferent and complacent organizations that think people shouldnt or won't complain about bad A/C's, and thus will never have the integrity or professionalism to repair or replace same. It is a cheap BS attitude, and, at least in our case, has eliminated the possibility of appx 35 people in our sphere ever going to this place again, great customer service notwithstanding. I received a response apologizing for this, and committing to ”share the criticism”, whatever that meant. To be clear: That does absolutely NOTHING for me, and doesn't answer the fundamental question: when are these A/C's being replaced? The answer to that question dictates when, if ever, this hotel will ever get the many thousands of euros I, and my family and friends, would otherwise be spending there.

GGuest UserAs a musician I loved the interior, the architecture, the pictures and gallery. Little niche beside the bed to plug in your mobile phone/ tablet or what soever - very comfortable. Lots of very nice details everywhere. This hotel fits perfectly in Berlin.

The room was very modern and fresh - perfect for an overnight stay in Berlin. Location of the hotel is pretty hard to beat - by public transport and restaurants, shops, bars, sights, etc. to see right in the immediate area.

SSherpa42652655027This is a gorgeous spanking brand-new hotel in Berlin. Reception is exceptionally courteous, friendly and accommodating - I couldn't have asked for a better team of associates. The bar staff, breakfast room staff, concierge, and even the maintenance staff are as wonderful. I had a lovely large room with the most comfortable bed & pillows - all in modern, tasteful decor. The room also had amenities such as a mini-fridge, coffee service, waters, robe, and iron and work desk area with accessible power points on top (no bending under the desk here!) Upon arrival & departure I was greeted warmly . This sets the tone for a positive experience and I certainly felt the genuine welcome with pleasant smiles and friendly nature. The hotel is quite accessible to 2 U-Bahn stations, and within walking distance of the Berlin Zoo. Getting around Berlin is fairly easy with a well-integrated underground system of U-Bahn & S-Bahn trains. The hotel is on a quiet road across the Los Angeles Platz small park/square. Everything Berlin has to offer is easily accessible, plus plenty of shopping, dining and outdoor activities within a small perimeter. Vielen Dank für Ihre freundliche Gastfreundschaft!

GGuest UserThe location of Hilton Berlin is fantastic and the exterior of the hotel plus the lobby is very beautiful. Very walkable location with many surrounding dining and sightseeing options. Overall, housekeeping was good. The rooms run fairly small and look dated, so value for money is not that great. Bathroom is clean but not very well-maintained, especially the toilet. The check-in concierge staff were ok but I would expect friendlier and more proactive service for the price we were paying and being a diamond member as well. The staff who was a blonde lady with glasses checked me in and out and was the friendliest staff i encountered during my stay. Rarely did the other staff smile or greet us when we walked past them and they generally did not have great customer service skills, and generally just unfriendly. The front door concierge and door staff were much friendlier and greeted us more than the check-in staff. I also had a very terrible experience with the night security staff when my friend and I came back to the hotel around 6 am after a night out. We walked in and were stopped by a man who was not wearing any uniform, or any attire to signal he was working at the Hilton, and in regular clothes, he was a bit hard to understand because he had a thick accent, and I thought he might be another patron at the hotel or a taxi driver, so I politely smiled at him and said “no thank you” and walked towards the elevator. He got extremely angry, began shouting at me, and said he was a worker there and showed me his keys with a Hilton keychain. He wanted to verify that we had a room key. While we were taking out the key, he was calling me rude and dismissive and that I was a terrible person. It was so jarring because there was no need to be that rude, he was acting like I shooed him away when I’m reality it was a miscommunication. He then went into the back of the concierge to complain about me loudly, didn’t even wait till I was out of earshot. It was hard to identify him as a staff, much less security, and I didn’t need to be scolded like a child. Overall, very unprofessional and made the remainder of my stay feel much more sour. I can look past the dated rooms because I know that is out of the staff’s control at that point of time. But unprofessional and unfriendly staff make the value of my stay and diamond member status much worse.

GGuest UserThis is great if you stay in Berlin for a few days. It’s good that public transport is right outside the hostel. It’s a bit far from the main city so you will have to get a few public transport to get there. The beds are squeaky but comfortable enough. The television is in German which is expected. There is no rooms with a shower or toilet in them, so you will have to walk to the shower and toilet. It is a shared bathroom. You will need to give separate deposit if you need towels and utensils and to wash and dry your clothes. The deposit can only be made in cash. There are no bins in the room but the rooms do have a fridge and a locker and a table and chairs. The hostel is great for sleeping and then leaving the next day to do activities.

噼噼里啪啦[Fun] A very large exhibition hall, international level, different exhibits at different times. Here, the exhibition is facing Europe, and many top exhibitions will be done here. [Cost-effective] Many exhibitions are free, a few fees and invitations.

红红绿蓝白The American Embassy is located next to Brandenburg and is a modern building. The security outside the building is so tight that people can't enter and visit it. They can only take pictures far away for people to remember.
Berlin Cathedral
长长空一残月🌙Beautiful building, walking to the dome is feasible, with lots of flat places to catch your breath. We did everything in less than an hour, but it is recommended to book in advance.
Museum Island
小小羊咩咩1969Museum Island is located in the center of Berlin, on the north side of Spree Island. There are many leading German museums gathered here, headed by the Pegamon Museum. The five museums on the island are in different shapes, but harmoniously unified. The Spree River flows through both sides. Make them even more magnificent. In 1992, Museum Island was included in the World Heritage List by UNESCO
