The room is nice and fairly clean. However, it is very basic, no water bottle / no water kettle/ coffee machine / mini-bar… The elevator was broken and we had a room in the 5th floor.

It's about 20-25 minutes away from the city center, but it only takes 2 stops by bus to get to another small square, and there are good restaurants nearby within walking distance. The location is quiet, clean and safe. Highly recommended to solo travelers who like quiet~

I think it's quite good. It has a lot of space, which is rare in Berlin. I didn't have time to explore the surrounding environment, but I am very satisfied with the internal space.

The room was pretty good, but the soundproofing was a bit poor. The hotel has no air conditioning😅

The front desk of the hotel is actually an amiable old lady. She still works at such an old age. It is really admirable for her young mentality and love for life. We talked about parking at the door, and she said that the fine for parking at the door is 20 euros anyway, and driving to the parking lot is also 25, so it's better to just block it and take advantage of Sunday. It ended up being a free night's parking. The main reason is that there are a lot of luggage to check out and it is inconvenient to drive back and pick up the luggage. The hotel itself is not big, but the room is very comfortable, clean, heated, and quiet. It's just that the breakfast is tasteless, and the food for 19euro is not as good as KFC.

A very poor hotel. None except the first day crew. The TV broke and the warranty expired, so it was not repaired. Keep an eye on it. The room service didn't change the towels, and the tissues were gone for three days. I couldn't help but write a note in the end. The room is small and it's okay on a Friday. The people staying here are all workers from various countries. The price is not cheap either. The most incomprehensible and intolerable thing is that the door is not closed after cleaning.

Not bad, but the bath water is not very good, either cold or hot. It took me a long time to fiddle with it, but the hotel is still relatively clean. The Korean lady at the front desk is also nice, serious and friendly.

„+“ • nicely arranged apartment • very nice bathroom with window • no noise outside during the night so I could sleep with opened window • very balanced/rich breakfast (incl. vegan options) • generally clean • ecology: you can skip the room cleaning/towel change and get a free drink • puplic transportation: 8 min walking to the next subway station ~ • receptionists were very kind but some of them rather neutral/passive, some occupied themselves with their private smartphones as long as no guest was requesting their attention • the apartment on 19 m2 is officially an apartment because of the tiny kitchenette but it did not have the homely appearance of an apartment in which you would like to spend more time than in a normal hotel room • parking: all parking spaces in the street in which the hotel is were occupied but I could find a free parking space in a different street very nearby - • there were no towels in the apartment • the shower mat was dirty/used -＞ in both cases the staff helped me immediately • the kitchen in the apartment could not be fully used because there was not even a pot or a pan • the very few kitchen utensils were stored in a plastic bucket that was located in the open cupboard where you put your clothes and this bucket looked like a rubbish bin

In our bedroom the bathroom had no door at all (completely open with Full view from every corner of the bedroom) and the tv was out of Service. I told the reception and they replied that nothing can be done, they are not responsible for selling the rooms (and who then?) Breakfast was from 6.30 a.m., as written on the key card and told twice by the reception. When we came down, a lady insistesse with utmost arrogance that it was from 7. We had breakfast anyway, I had really enough of them. I booked the rooms via ***********. 5% tourist tax included, written on the booking confirmation. I had to pay it twice at the reception, they insisted it was just a reminder that I have to pay the tourist tax….I will definetely report the case to the consumers’ association

I booked online via the website of the hotel and received confirmation by email. When I arrived at the hotel no room was booked for me. I had to wait for at least 30min before they finally gave me a room, although they could not find my booking. The room was very good but it was not a pleasant experience to be welcomed like this. Most importantly, I would not be writing this if it happend only once but two of my colleagues booked seperately and had a same issue.

The hotel is greatly located near Kudamm. Five min walk from Ubahn and 10 min walk from Sbahn. Great breakfast, one of the best i've had. Negative sides are the lack of airconditioning. The room was unbearably hot. Furthermore it is located next to a kids facility. Noise and loud screaming all day. You can't close the window as you will suffocate.
