I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth. I was also offered a free parking spot, which was a nice bonus.
The room was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, the only downside was that the weather was quite hot, and there was no air conditioning in the room. The receptionist informed me that the hotel is under new management, and they are in the process of installing AC units, so this should improve soon.

The hotel location was impressively strategic as I needed somewhere with close proximity to the hotel and it did the job. The room was clean and pretty standard. Receptionist and attendants were nice and friendly. Only down side was the quality of the mattress in the room. It was either too old or has been overused because it was really uneven and not balanced when you lay on it which almost caused me a bit of back ache. I’ll suggest a review of all of them.
Asides this, everything else was pretty good!👍🏾

I ended up in this hotel by chance because I was looking for something close to the airport. The room was small but clean. Unfortunately, the ground floor was directly facing a busy street, and it was really loud from 5 a.m. onwards. The breakfast was OK but nothing special. At checkout I wanted an invoice, which was difficult. When I checked in, I handed in my business card and asked that the company address be exactly as it was on the invoice. The first version of the invoice came with the private address, the second version did not have the company name correct. After 30 minutes I had the correct version. The employee at the reception was noticeably stressed and therefore unfriendly. Another guest also complained massively at checkout that there was a longer line. My conclusion: €140 for this service is not appropriate. I travel a lot and definitely have a comparison. I won't choose this hotel again.

They charged me €121 even though I had already paid for the night. When I asked them to refund me they said they would have done it, but after a month they still haven't paid me back and they stopped replying to my e-mails. Absolutely appalled.

I have stayed with a group of students as a tour leader. Many thanks for a nice stay in hotel IBB Airport! All teachers and students were satisfied. I also would like to appreciate the staff (evening shift on 14th April 2023). They were such pleasant, patient and helpful! Vit Malkus
