This place is truly a gem, characterized not only by its beauty but also by its convenient location. The staff at the front desk, particularly the ladies, were delightful and provided excellent service. However, I did encounter some challenges during the check-in process due to the initial inefficiency of one staff member (one of the men) Once settled in, I was immediately captivated by the enormity and impeccable decor of the bedroom. It was a truly luxurious space. The bathroom was equally impressive, boasting a generous size that enhanced the overall comfort of the stay. Given these remarkable features, I can confidently say that I would choose to stay at this place again in the future. Regrettably, there was a noticeable issue with the sheets. They emitted a particular smell that slightly detracted from an otherwise outstanding experience. It would be beneficial for the management to address this concern promptly, ensuring that guests can fully indulge in the exceptional qualities of the accommodation.

Good value for money. In between two metro stations and easy to commute to main tourist places. Locates in a quite neighbourhood with two supermarkets in 5-8mins distance. Room is clean. Facilities and amenities are generally quite new. Nothing much to complain about. A very safe choice.

Delicious breakfast, good location. But they don’t do late checkout like most distinguished hotels do. The room is spacious but my room has a slanted ceiling, this may be because of the building impacting certain rooms but I do not like this type of construction as it makes the room feels stuffy Pictured is hotel lobby

Very nice hotel with a good location and professional staff. The location is close to the transit stations and lots of food places around to eat. Furniture in room is pretty new and modern. Will recommended it.

The hotel is clean, staff and helpful and friendly to fullfill our request even at mid night.

We stayed there for 5 nights and my bf and I both love this hotel, everything was fine and we enjoyed sauna so much..especially the service and staff all very nice, helpful and quick response for our requirements. Definitely will stay again once we Visit Berlin for next time

The only downside is the water accumulation in the bathroom, but everything else is satisfactory. The hotel is also very close to the subway station, which is about a five to six minute walk away.

To be honest, it is not worthy of being called a 4-star hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was very average and the service was also very unsatisfactory. The toilet was clogged in the morning, so I politely asked for help several times, but communication with the staff was not smooth and they were rude. It was a really unpleasant experience. In particular, the morning crew called ********* was really bad. The fitness facility is also too small and insufficient. The information given by each staff member was too different, and the explanation of how much city tax is added separately was insufficient. I hope even Koreans do not choose this hotel. I would rather pay more and go somewhere else. There are many better hotels in Berlin, so please consider it.

The environment scored 100 points and the hygiene scored 80 points. On the last day, I saw a light red mark on the replaced bath towel. I can't say the service is very good. When I went to the store to pay taxes, I was told that cash is not accepted. They asked for my bank card information and then deducted money from the card twice without informing the customer. I am very afraid that there will be more deductions after I leave here. I don't want to hear them say sorry, which will add to our fear. I don't know when the money in the bank card was silently deducted again.
