Hotel it’s ok, room was clean and comfortable but I don’t know why they gave us a handicap room, shower is smaller and uncomfortable with all the handicap equipment. Another thing is that during sleep time, around 3-4 in the morning there were noises coming from the roof like strong steps and like people working up there, so our sleep was interrupted by that noise.

All 3 desk clerks were happy and helpful. Rooms were fairly new and comfortable. There were two spots of mold in one of our bathrooms this the 4 stars on cleanliness. When I mentioned this to the clerks, one took notes and would take care of it right away. I would definitely stay here again.

I liked the remodel. Very nice. We didn’t have the breakfast. The staff was ok. The evening desk clerk wasn’t friendly and seemed to not care to smile. We had two rooms. Our second room didn’t get any bath towels the second night. The housekeeper took the towels from the first night and left a note saying they would bring 4 towels later that day. The towels never arrived. The hotel was sold out the night before so maybe they ran out. Still, not cool.

The lock mechanism on the door could use some work…had to try key many times.

Door locks were unreliable when trying to open the room with card key. Security on the inside of the door seemed too loose to do any good. Light switch was faulty, toilet wouldn't flush without holding the handle down for a prolonged time. No ice machine on ground floor. I've stayed at better hotels with equivalent prices.

The employees were very kind and nice. elavator was a little sketchy. water pressure was low. beds were comfy, room was cool in temp.

Easy to find, but lots of road noise all night long. Irene at the front desk was very nice and efficient.
