As expected of a 4 star hotel, room is clean, location is great, staff are friendly and helpful. Everything is perfect, will stay here again for my next visit.

Great location, clean environment

very nice location but we were given a room that was crazy to reach and we had a lot of luggage. Take the lift from the reception, get out on second floor go to the connected building, take the lift, go down, get out and take the stairs. Everything about the hotel was great minus this "find your room adventure" with my four bags :)

It's quite nice, close to the city, and you can reach all the attractions quickly on foot. The price is OK, because Interlaken is too expensive and the conditions are average, so I stayed here for one night.

Good hotel! Everything is very close. Freshly renovated, beautiful design, delicious coffee. But you should know that if you take a shower or use the toilet, everything will be heard in the room and you will wake up your partner, since the stall doors do not protect against noise.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the old town and within walking distance to the church and market. The hotel is clean and hygienic.

The hotel is a bit far from the station and takes about a few minutes to walk. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The room feels very spacious. The only drawback is that the water in the bathroom is a bit slow and the floor is still wet after a night.
