They advertise Air Conditioning on their official website and third party sites but according to their staff it is actually a cooling system. The cooling system does not work very well and had to change our room. Even then had to use a fan as it was very hot. Do keep this in mind if visiting in summer."

"Let me start with the cons. 1. We booked two separate nights, and for the first night, they put us in a room on the basement level, which was on the same floor as the underground parking lot. The design was quite impractical: after opening the door, the bathroom was immediately to the left, and you had to walk down three or four steps to get to the bed. This was a bit dangerous for anyone needing to use the restroom in the middle of the night! For instance, my husband actually fell once when going to the bathroom at night! 2. The air conditioning wasn't cooling. After talking to the front desk, they said their system showed the AC was working. The two nights we stayed weren't extremely hot, but it was still hard for my son and husband to sleep comfortably. Now for the pros: 1. They offer free 24-hour milk and coffee. 2. The staff's service attitude is excellent. 3. The location is superb. 4. It offers great value for money."

Includes a kitchenette and small dining table. Near many restaurants. We had a good breakfast buffet next door at the Coop restaurant (3rd floor). Air conditioning works well. Communications with Emil via WhatsApp (via their website) were timely and responsive."

"I booked the most basic room. I thought it would be small before I checked in, but it was perfectly adequate. Transportation is also very convenient. The hotel is connected to the train station via bus number 10 and the 3A bus, which is only a 5-minute walk away. The service was excellent, with free coffee and tea. There was also free drinking water in the hallway. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and very clean. It was even better than the Marriott I stayed at in Barcelona!"

A cozy light was on as soon as you entered, followed by a convenient clothes rack and table so you could easily put down your belongings – it felt just like home! Every piece of furniture was thoughtfully arranged. There were snacks, candies, and bottled water. The small dining area allowed you to cook your own meals, with all the necessary tools and seasonings. The attention to detail was evident everywhere, and I loved it. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Switzerland. The self-check-in process was clear and straightforward, without any hassle."

After arriving in Bern at 12 o'clock, since it was not the specified check-in time, I wanted to store my luggage in the hotel. But the lady at the front desk directly gave me a room on the top floor, which was very private. And the bed is very soft. When leaving the hotel, the hotel gave me a piece of chocolate as a special gift."

"A very attractive boutique hotel close to the city, easily accessible by public transport and by car. At every turn you can feel the proximity of the couple who run the hotel to the international jazz scene (this year's international jazz festival, which takes place annually in the hotel, is coming to an end this week). Our garden suite on the ground floor with changing room and bathroom was well maintained and invited you to linger in a stylish ambience. The service in the restaurant (and garden pavilion) was friendly and attentive, and the overall cost-benefit ratio was good. The hotel can be recommended without reservation."
