ZZhongshujiaoranVery pleasant stay experience, the room is clean and quiet, although the old house facilities are simple, the details are well maintained, the bedding is very soft and comfortable, the bathroom is very clean, there is a tram nearby to go directly to the old town attractions. The boss was very enthusiastic and took the map to help us introduce the most suitable tour route, saving our time. Breakfast is traditional European, the freshly baked croissants are crispy with coffee, there are interesting colored eggs, and the ladies in the restaurant are also very careful. It is recommended to check in in advance, Europe's working hours are not 24 hours. The last day of breakfast remembers the wrong time, when we went to breakfast, we started to receive the meal, or let us take the bread to eat on the road. Promised to write a review for the boss, I hope he can understand Chinese.

SStuart JamesThe location is good for rail connections and tram into the city. The nearby area is mostly quiet with only a few shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable. The breakfast food choice was good, the restocking of food and tableware was at times slow, needs more staff checking regularly and refilling empty stations efficiently, especially the cheeses, hams, condiment pots, breads, tea mugs, and glasses. The reception staff member at checkout was unsure if we had paid for the room or not at check-in. We believed we had paid for the room but needed to pay for breakfast. We were given a bill for 1 night plus 4 days breakfast. Which is incorrect no matter if we had paid or not for the room at check-in. Confusing and doesn't leave you feeling confident about your bill.

GGuest UserThree-star hotel in a big city. The standard room is not big, the law is quite satisfactory, the decoration is aesthetic...but it is still comfortable and there is no smell in the room. Breakfast is OK, better than the Samsung hotel in the mountains, but in Switzerland, um, for the Chinese, it is OK. It is convenient to take public transportation to the clock tower in the city center by 2 stops. Confirm with the hotel in advance that you can book a paid parking space, about 16 Swiss francs a day. (I can't remember)

GGuest UserYou need to take tram to Bern centre which the tram comes frequently and took around 10mins only. The room is spacious and quiet. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. There's no supermarket or convenient store around the hotel.

1. The hotel leaves the train station bus + walks for about 15 minutes
2. The facade is small, but the service is very good. When we went, the front desk was not yet working. There was an Asian old man on duty and let us store our luggage.
3. Non-24-hour front desk, but the black lady at the front desk is very good
4. There are not many overall attractions in Bourne, but the hotel can be reached on foot.
5, because there is a Swiss pass we do not have a bus card for Bourne, so the hotel does not charge us tax, but there is no guarantee that friends after the same.
6, the room is very quiet, not facing the street
Finally, most importantly, the hotel presented fruit, biscuits, capsule coffee and drinking water. It must be praised for taking people's things. Haha, this trip is the best!

662jaiThe hotel staff is very polite and good at preparing the room on time. The environment is comfortable and there are basic toilet supplies for independent toilets. I think the only fly in the ointment is that the location of the hotel is a bit difficult to find. 😂 A little distance from the bus station, is in the middle of the two bus stops. And the room package breakfast is also delicious 😋

FFi WongThis hotel is good. Thanks for the excellent service from Sherpa. She designed multiple ways to help you to check in successfully even if I arrived late by around 7:30pm. Initially I weer afraid that I could not enter into this hotel and could not check in when all staff were off after office hours. She was responsive when I pick up a phone in the lobby to call the service hotline. She is patient and smart. I am lucky I met with her resolving all of my issues. Thank you
