AAnonymous UserIt's just a few minutes from the train station. Bern isn't big; you can get around easily. The hotel is very nice, and the service is excellent! There are many restaurants nearby, as well as several Coop and other supermarkets.

ZZhongshujiaoranVery pleasant stay experience, the room is clean and quiet, although the old house facilities are simple, the details are well maintained, the bedding is very soft and comfortable, the bathroom is very clean, there is a tram nearby to go directly to the old town attractions. The boss was very enthusiastic and took the map to help us introduce the most suitable tour route, saving our time. Breakfast is traditional European, the freshly baked croissants are crispy with coffee, there are interesting colored eggs, and the ladies in the restaurant are also very careful. It is recommended to check in in advance, Europe's working hours are not 24 hours. The last day of breakfast remembers the wrong time, when we went to breakfast, we started to receive the meal, or let us take the bread to eat on the road. Promised to write a review for the boss, I hope he can understand Chinese.

JJass_30I had a wonderful stay at Youth Hostel Bern. Everything about this place was excellent. The location is perfect — very close to the main railway station, and buses and trams are easily available, which made traveling around the city super convenient.
The hostel itself is very nice, neat, and clean. The rooms were comfortable, and the bedding was fresh, tidy, and well arranged. Bathrooms and toilets were extremely clean, which made the stay even more comfortable.
The environment of the hostel is pleasant and welcoming. On top of that, the breakfast was superb with great options to start the day.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Youth Hostel Bern to anyone visiting the city.

as stated that they will provide ”2 king beds” in the room, that's totally not true, only 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed only
and the front office told us that this hotel did not have any rooms with 2 beds actually, so just be careful
and unfortunately, the room provides a open kitchen, yet the cooker is not working
for tourists staying in the hotel, you will have a free ticket for the local bus, but please do ask the front office unless you may not get it (luckily we search online and find out this, so we go back to the front office and ask for it)
Other than that, the location of this hotel is very convenient, just few mins from the station.

GGuest UserA good hotel local to the city and accessible by tram, in a quiet location. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable with a view of the city. The room contains a fridge stocked with refreshments that you have to pay for with tea and coffee provided. The bathroom contained little touches with sealed packets of ear buds, nail file and tooth picks which is nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good with a nice variety of food catering for all tastes however the plates are quite small so be prepared for a few trips back and forth to the buffet. The pool was good but cold when first entering so be prepared ro swim a few laps ro warm up.

ははならっきょうIt's a 2-minute walk from the north exit of Hashigami Station. It's a beautiful, modern building. There's air conditioning, but no refrigerator. The rooms are a reasonable size. This is a convenient hotel with thoughtful touches everywhere! Breakfast is served in a bright room and is very filling.

FFi WongThis hotel is good. Thanks for the excellent service from Sherpa. She designed multiple ways to help you to check in successfully even if I arrived late by around 7:30pm. Initially I weer afraid that I could not enter into this hotel and could not check in when all staff were off after office hours. She was responsive when I pick up a phone in the lobby to call the service hotline. She is patient and smart. I am lucky I met with her resolving all of my issues. Thank you

The floor, bed, and bathroom were all spotless. The sheets and duvet covers were fresh and crisp, and the bathroom was free of water stains and odors. Attention to detail was evident everywhere.
The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's just a short walk to both the subway and train stations, which was a real game-changer for anyone traveling by public transport. Whether catching an early morning train or returning late at night, it was stress-free and significantly saved travel time and energy. Despite the smaller room size, its outstanding cleanliness and superb location still make it a highly recommended stay.

There are too few choices for breakfast. When I went to eat at 9 o'clock, there was no toast, and there was no replenishment. Even the guests who came later did not have clean cups, and the waiter did not take any action. I feel that the service needs to be improved.
