"Detailed details of the hotel: 1. The hotel leaves the train station bus + walks for about 15 minutes 2. The facade is small, but the service is very good. When we went, the front desk was not yet working. There was an Asian old man on duty and let us store our luggage. 3. Non-24-hour front desk, but the black lady at the front desk is very good 4. There are not many overall attractions in Bourne, but the hotel can be reached on foot. 5, because there is a Swiss pass we do not have a bus card for Bourne, so the hotel does not charge us tax, but there is no guarantee that friends after the same. 6, the room is very quiet, not facing the street Finally, most importantly, the hotel presented fruit, biscuits, capsule coffee and drinking water. It must be praised for taking people's things. Haha, this trip is the best!"

The room was nice and the service was good. The water world was great. The breakfast was good. There is a shopping mall next to it. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel didn't give me the transportation ticket in advance, so I spent dozens of francs when I first arrived.

The front desk staff were really helpful, informing us about free transport tickets and recommending places to visit. Parking was a bonus! It was free during our stay, though the parking lot is a bit small with narrow spaces, but that wasn't a big deal. The location is convenient, about a ten-minute drive to the Old Town. The room was spacious, facing the Ferris wheel. It could get a little noisy at night, but it wasn't too disruptive.

The room was spacious, clean, and I couldn't hear any traffic noise from outside. The staff was very kind. Unfortunately, the soundproofing *between rooms* was poor. Then again, it's an old building and would need a complete renovation. There was also a plumbing smell. However, these issues weren't severe enough for me to give a low rating to the property. There's a restaurant inside, but I didn't use it.

I had a wonderful stay at Youth Hostel Bern. Everything about this place was excellent. The location is perfect — very close to the main railway station, and buses and trams are easily available, which made traveling around the city super convenient. The hostel itself is very nice, neat, and clean. The rooms were comfortable, and the bedding was fresh, tidy, and well arranged. Bathrooms and toilets were extremely clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. The environment of the hostel is pleasant and welcoming. On top of that, the breakfast was superb with great options to start the day. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Youth Hostel Bern to anyone visiting the city.

The hotel's location is very convenient, less than 5 minutes from Bern train station! The room facilities are good; a small refrigerator would make it even better! Overall, it's a nice hotel, and I would stay here again if I had the chance!

A good hotel local to the city and accessible by tram, in a quiet location. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable with a view of the city. The room contains a fridge stocked with refreshments that you have to pay for with tea and coffee provided. The bathroom contained little touches with sealed packets of ear buds, nail file and tooth picks which is nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good with a nice variety of food catering for all tastes however the plates are quite small so be prepared for a few trips back and forth to the buffet. The pool was good but cold when first entering so be prepared ro swim a few laps ro warm up.

Hotel is in an ideal location with a very short walk from a nearby train station. The Hotel has a lovely old feel to it but is very clean. The breakfast is continental style but with enough on offer. The reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and positive about the City. The Hotel offers a pop up bar across the road. Very nice stay and the only complaint was soft pillows.
