Guest UserThe family room was incredibly spacious, even the bathroom was huge, which was a pleasant surprise because hotel rooms in Zurich, Lucerne, and Interlaken tend to be quite small.
The hotel's location is very close to the train station, which is large with many exits. The exit closest to the hotel is just a three to four-minute walk away, though on my first visit, I got a bit lost and took a roundabout route. It's a good idea to ask the hotel staff for the best directions in advance. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service.
The downside is that the mattress on the sofa bed was too soft after it was unfolded. It's fine for one night, but sleeping on it for longer would definitely cause back pain. This hotel is suitable for those staying one night while exploring Bern.

Guest UserThe location is quite convenient, there's a small funicular that takes you to the station. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was superb! I was satisfied, except the room felt a bit stuffy and lacked ventilation, and there was no air conditioning (though you could rent a fan from the front desk with a deposit). Other than that, everything was great. Many foreign students stay here in groups, which gives it a very lively and youthful atmosphere.

Veronika PetrutikThe room was clean and fresh, equipped with a fridge and mini-bar, hairdryer, and bathrobes. It had a separate toilet and bathroom.
I really liked the Rituals toiletries in the bathroom, which included shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream, and soap.
The hotel is close to the city center, just a 10-minute walk to the Rosarium.
We enjoyed everything, thank you!

One of the few hotels in the area that offers family rooms. However, its underground parking garage is incredibly narrow and terrifying; my Mercedes GLE almost got stuck in the roundabout when entering. The rims still sustained minor scratches. Thankfully, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting me out of the underground garage and allowing me to park in front of the hotel.

Guest UserLocation is 10-12 minutes from city centre by tram and about the same for major train station should you wish to do day trips to Belp, Thun etc.
Room is clean and staff is friendly although they keep chasing you for your room number if you get breakfast too (I did for all my mornings).
Room is ok, bed is comfortable but heads up if you face the tram you might hear the outdoor noise until midnight or so.
Reception staff speak good English and is helpful if you need any suggestions for your trip.

Detailed details of the hotel:
1. The hotel leaves the train station bus + walks for about 15 minutes
2. The facade is small, but the service is very good. When we went, the front desk was not yet working. There was an Asian old man on duty and let us store our luggage.
3. Non-24-hour front desk, but the black lady at the front desk is very good
4. There are not many overall attractions in Bourne, but the hotel can be reached on foot.
5, because there is a Swiss pass we do not have a bus card for Bourne, so the hotel does not charge us tax, but there is no guarantee that friends after the same.
6, the room is very quiet, not facing the street
Finally, most importantly, the hotel presented fruit, biscuits, capsule coffee and drinking water. It must be praised for taking people's things. Haha, this trip is the best!

Hotel is in an ideal location with a very short walk from a nearby train station. The Hotel has a lovely old feel to it but is very clean. The breakfast is continental style but with enough on offer. The reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and positive about the City. The Hotel offers a pop up bar across the road. Very nice stay and the only complaint was soft pillows.
