Eine perfekte Suite, Alles was es braucht vorhanden. Wir fühlten uns Zuhause. Auch hat die Abwicklung inkl. Parkplatz super funktioniert. Sehr ruhiges Quartier. Bett- und Frottewäsche sehr gute Qualität. Zur Bus- oder Tramstation 8 Minuten.

Dopo essere scappati da un alloggio pessimo,abbiamo chiamato all'ultimo Maurizio che si è rivelato gentilissimo e veramente disponibile. Parla anche italiano.Nel giro di 20 minuti eravamo già entrati nella suite. Tutto impeccabile e curato nei minimi dettagli. Pulizia eccellente con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno, dai prodotti in bagno al necessario per cucinare. Microonde disponibile, swisscom tv ,wi fi gratuito e ticket gratuito per i mezzi pubblici della città per la durata del soggiorno.Persino un ombrello! Soggiorno fantastico. Consigliato sicuramente.

The property is very clean, exceeded my expectations. They provided basic necessities, towels, toiletries, kitchen is well equipped. Linens and beddings are clean and comfortable. There is a designated parking infront of the property which makes it very easy to unload our stuff. Location is quiet, about 10 minute walk to the tram station. Uber is also available. No receptionist on site but concierge is one phone call away, very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place!

Appartamento molto bello, composto da un soggiorno con angolo cottura, 2 camere da letto ed un bagno.Volendo si può avere anche il parcheggio privato pagando un piccolo sovraprezzo. Con il pullman in 10 minuti si raggiunge il centro storico di Berna.Ottima la pulizia

The accommodation was easy to find and very clean! Communication was straightforward as was the trip into Bern and Bern Old Town - #8 tram takes you directly to the heart of Bern, central to almost everything. Information provided in the check in folder, to assist in planning our day, was greatly appreciated. Thank you for a stress free stay! My only negative was 2 X pre-authorizations against our account - our bank charges these amounts then refunds the value later. As no warning was given, these could cause some stress to those on a budget or those already traveling and suddenly feeling they have a cashflow issue. Overall this negative did not impact the quality of service or the enjoyment of our stay.

Very clean suite, everything we needed was there (large refregirator, cooking utensils, coffee machine, dishwasher), very large and comfortable bed, perfect location for family activities and quiet neighborhood. The service is amazing, cleaning service everyday is very helpful. We definitely recommend!
