The boss was very enthusiastic and took the map to help us introduce the most suitable tour route, saving our time. Breakfast is traditional European, the freshly baked croissants are crispy with coffee, there are interesting colored eggs, and the ladies in the restaurant are also very careful. It is recommended to check in in advance, Europe's working hours are not 24 hours. The room was clean and fresh, equipped with a fridge and mini-bar, hairdryer, and bathrobes. It had a separate toilet and bathroom. I really liked the Rituals toiletries in the bathroom, which included shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream, and soap. The hotel is close to the city center, just a 10-minute walk to the Rosarium. We enjoyed everything, thank you!

One of the few hotels in the area that offers family rooms. However, its underground parking garage is incredibly narrow and terrifying; my Mercedes GLE almost got stuck in the roundabout when entering. The rims still sustained minor scratches. Thankfully, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting me out of the underground garage and allowing me to park in front of the hotel.

Detailed details of the hotel: 1. The hotel leaves the train station bus + walks for about 15 minutes 2. The facade is small, but the service is very good. When we went, the front desk was not yet working. There was an Asian old man on duty and let us store our luggage. 3. Non-24-hour front desk, but the black lady at the front desk is very good 4. There are not many overall attractions in Bourne, but the hotel can be reached on foot. 5, because there is a Swiss pass we do not have a bus card for Bourne, so the hotel does not charge us tax, but there is no guarantee that friends after the same. 6, the room is very quiet, not facing the street Finally, most importantly, the hotel presented fruit, biscuits, capsule coffee and drinking water. The view from the room was excellent and exactly as shown in the advertisement, which was a pleasant surprise. The surroundings are quiet despite the central location, making it a good place to relax after a day out. Overall, a highly recommended option for both short and long stays in Bern due to its location, comfort, and accurate representation online.

Amazing place, kitchen has everything, microwave, salt and pepper (just no oil) utensils and cooking equipment is all in good condition. Only downside is there’s no air conditioning, but the staffs were nice enough to provide me a fan to put in the room. Appreciate the friendly staffs for helping me with the check in process and i was able to check in early thankfully.
