酒店位置很好，在商區，離景點都步行可達，購物更是方便。房間不是很大，但設計非常合理，該有的都有，尤其細節非常到位。房間有個小陽台，可呼吸自然空氣。客服應該是意大利人，非常熱情、勤快，打掃房間很及時。酒店前台接待人員都非常熱情、友好，對客人主動打招呼。尤其有位年稍長的女士，講話還很幽默，我們問路時總是耐心解答。離店時是位年輕女生還貼心地問，是否要礦泉水帶着路上喝。下次來還會首選這裏。
